It was absolutely splendid movie theater considering the price of tickets compared with other movie halls. I watched Doctor Strange Multiverse of Madness and trying this movie hall for first time was absolutely worth it. Sound was great, seats were comfortable everything was great. You can get same quality of service compared with renowned theaters in valley and still manage to save some money. Highly recommended Movie theater. Enjoy!

The outer area of the Cinema hall is quite beautiful and spacious. However, the hall was small comapred to other popular movie chains in Nepal. The Curtain/screen where the movie is projected was not stretched properly on the top left corner in Audi 2 due to which my eyes were distracted frequently during the bright scenes. I went there for Avatar 2. Overall experience was good.

Everything is fine, though your cinema hall is new your screen is whether dirt or may be brightness is poor in Audi 2. Please manage your screen. Last time also something was hanging there. May be small rope or spider waves . Whenever there is less people at the theatre, they don’t turn on ac. Please turn on ac, at-least they are there to watch .

1. The sound system is too loud. 2. Instead of Salsa sauce, I got ketchup with Nachos. The food counter is always out of food and beverages and they're never sorry about it. 3. The overall service starting from the front door is too slow. 4. The security guard hand-checks people instead of using a scanner. 5. The seats are always unclean.

One of best cinema in town.......I went for Thor: Love & Thunder..... screen, sound, decoration, lights everything was good....but i wish seat have more comfortable.....time management was perfect,.....coffee was quite expensive but i assume beverage and food is same in all cinemas around ktm, ......... overall recommend it....

Well maintained cinema hall with quality screen and sound. The staffs seem professional. Nice interiors and ample space to relax during intervals. Foods are normally bit expensive as usual with most of the cinema halls. Overall a good experience.

Went there to watch movie overall it was great the only thing is I had to pay to park my bike on hourly basis. I don't think any shopping complex or Mall are allowed to charge specially while going to watch a movie in their own cinemas.

Everything is good but the staff working there has no manners of speaking, totally untrained. We hope u train ur employees accordingly. Not every one is bad but most of the staff has no manner of speaking.

The sound system was good. Cinema is located at the top of the Lotse Mall which is the 6th floor and there are 2 lifts available from the parking lot. Seats were comfortable.

Best place to watch movies. What a good vibe of the cinema hall. Dam, good sound's quality and screen. We loved it, AND LL CONTINUE WATCHING MOVIES FROM IT

the staff members are very rude mainly girl in 1st floor counter and other staff members were also unfriendly. never going to visit this cinema hall again.

Manaslu Shanti Hotel was best hotel in my trekking experience. We got good hospitality, neat and clean kitchen and bed room as well as good service.
