Daughter in law took their car in for a service 2 weeks ago (replaced oil and filter and check this and that $209) and was given a list of items requiring attention including front brakes, drive belts, air filter, engine mounts, spark plugs, front shockers, new wipers and oil leak from valve cover gasket. Over $1,000 excluding GST. As it had the valve cover gasket replaced, been serviced and a RWC obtained 5 months ago I was dubious and took it in to my local fastidious mechanic to check. Result - possibly have air filter and spark plugs replaced at next service, all other items incorrectly listed as requiring attention. Also the inspection found the air filter box lid was completely loose and missing screws which were then replaced. Now the cost has gone from over $1k to an hours labour to check the items supposedly needing attention. Nothing else needs to be said.

You could always trust the team, couldn't thank enough, past 4 years, every time if there is an issue with the car, they could always help to diagnose correctly, I think it is the team culture for this location's mycar auto, honest, dedicate to their work, sense of caring, willing to help, positive attitude, easy communication, from Sam, Lucky, Peter to current manager and mechanic, all have been sincerely providing the best possible service to the customers to fix up their car problems. I am very grateful, today they helped with my car roof leaking problem. At the beginning, I thought maybe was sunroof drainage was blocked, but after they ran the water test, located the leaking spot which was actually seal problem, then reseal was done for both sides of the car roof. Made my day, now no longer need to worry about coming raining days.

I've had my car serviced here multiple times. Once I even had it towed directly to them as an overnight surprise when it completely stopped and they were able to fit in and get it running the next day. They always take the time to answer my questions and explain everything that needs to be done to me so that I can understand, which is invaluable professionalism. The car is usually returned the same day. They can provide you with a quote of what needs to be done if you also ask for that.

I’ve had my car serviced here a handful of times and always receive great service and communication. Today I dropped my car off in the morning at 8am for an essential service but received no phone call or text updates, no price breakdown, I wasn’t even told when my car would be ready to collect. I still hadn’t heard anything by lunchtime. Really disappointed as I wasted my whole morning waiting to receive some communication but instead had to chase it up myself.
