I am a very disappointed customer.l made a lay-bye on 22Sept and went to collect it yesterday.l waited more than an hour for the sales assistant to get the lay-bye and had to leave empty handed as the lay-bye could not be found and was promised that l will be contacted once the parcel has been found.

Poor service at till points no notifications about offline systems. U have to wait long before someone comes to assist you and they never answer their phone in store they also don't call u back or call if u make an arrangment for them to get back to you
