I just want to say a huge Thank youto the ladies that were working yesterday the 2nd of April 2021 They were closing up but still assisted me with a Chai Latte ❤️ I actually came in to buy the tin Instant Spiced Chai Latte but they were all out This is really a hot commodity Out of stock regularly You can actually taste the spices and there are no residue left in you cup I love it, okay the post or review is about the two ladies and I am sorry I did not get your names, but thank you for your friendliness, willingness to assist even when you were busy closing the doors. It is appreciated

The only staff member on duty was more interested in her phone than serving customers. Had to wait for her while she was seated busy with her phone, made the coffees without any interaction and immediately went to sit down and was busy with her phone. The place was dirty and had to ask for sugar and serviettes as nothing was available. Very poor experience.

I did not get what I ordered, I ordered the raspberry dragon fruit just before 13h00 today and I got something that was super sweet, please see the pictures below of what I got picture on the left as opposed to what I was supposed to get picture on the right.

Went to Mug and Bean because they said they open at 7am, when we got there they were not open, when they did open staff were not friendly and told us they will be ready to serve half an hour later. Absolutely ridiculous don't say you open at 7am.

Very little management to the business. Hygiene appears to be very low. See photo attached. This was early morning when they were open for an hour already. Patron that sat on broken chair and brought to their attention was basically ignored. Poor guy.

Have only had about 3 smoothies there (would've otherwise been plenty more) but they basically never have any ice/fruit to actually make smoothies. The staff is also not very pleasant. Would much rather go to any other vida in the area.

I enjoyed it, evens in this time of covid. The staff member that was helping us was friendly and professional. We loved our products we received. I will encourage people if they want good coffee this is one of the places to check out.

Filthy! It’s so dirty I actually walked away after ordering because the counters, coffee machine, jugs, etc, was dirty!!! It’s become common place that this specific location is just gross. Won’t be back!

Disappointing first experience. My coffee tasted of water, the service was slow, the staff was uninterested and the tables around us were still dirty from the previous customers. Will not be returning.

Vida-e Cape Gate tried multiple times. Always short of staff, never have the ingredients for the basic menu option I want, limited range of eats, really not worth the time

Love Vida coffee, very small little shop with limited stock but all and all good place to grab a cup and relax for a bit. Staff ok they helpfull.

My experience was good from their service to atmosphere.
