Staff are super friendly at this store even in the early hours of the morning! The fridges are always well stocked and the food looks fresh. They renovated the store before the pandemic and added a nice seating area for customers. Vitality vouchers can be redeemed at this store for all drinks on the menu.

On seining to Cape Town go a days Business trip I needed healthy choices to cover my days visit without leaving my business site. Was so glad to have stumbled across Vida Cafe - healthy drinks and healthy salads - yes I was an happy chappy - all this covered with the best service

Coffee is not good. I bought two croissant sandwiches and both were only half-filled with fillings; that's dishonest—you're stealing from customers who expect a full sandwich. They did offer a free pasteis de nata as an apology but why not just make good sandwiches? More

Shocking service, and our worst chocolate frio ever after a 30min wait. If you own this franchise you may want to check if your staff are running a chocolatier service on the side, because they are definitely not putting much chocolate in the frios!

The service at Vida e Caffe Cape Town International Airport was absolutely fantastic. I asked a lot of questions regarding the food, what it is, what is inside, what he would recommend. Each question was answered patiently.

Friendly service as always but the system was offline meaning no points. This is a regular issue with Vida. Don't offer a reward system unless it works. It is also more expensive at the airport than other Vida branches!

....We simply love good coffee's therefore whenever we find ourselves in a place or venue that has a good Coffee Shop like Vida e Caffe' we will make a special effort to stop and have a Cuppa......Mmmmmmmm-h!!

This place is a good point to have your nice coffee after arriving at the Capetown Airport. The joint is good to have both your guests at the arrival halls to meet and chat

As always Vida e Caffé has great coffee and is the nr 1place to stop. But this one has extremly friendly staff. They are an absolute bonus to an already great shop.
