Place was an absolute mess to start. Missing sugar at coffee area. I was embarrassed for the foreigners sitting there. Then they forgot that I had paid for a meal and had to remind them after waiting 15min woth nothing arriving. I'm a terrible cook. But the scrambled egg croissant made me look Michelin level. Ended up explaining as politely as possible how bad the experience was, left and went to Knead. (And paid for another breakfast)

Complety botched up my Uber order by issuing the wrong item and the smoothie was sub par. Tried contacting them telephonically and they simply don't answer. I Generally get great service from the other stores but the Kenilworth branch seems to not maintain the Vida e standard. Such a shame.

This is the best place to enjoy the best coffee and breakfast, they have the best lady barista name DIKELEDI (DK) very friendly and accommodating.. I love this place to take my entire family, mostly the kids will enjoy the croissant and best flavored ☕

This must be one of the best sites for a Vida in Cape Town. Beautiful tree in front and a good view of activities outside but not too noisy. The coffee here is always well made - steamed milk the right temperature and espresso not over-extracted. Baristas know their stuff!

I love this Vida as it is the more quieter of the branches I have been to. I use to go here during this year to have lunch while waiting for my au pair kid and to study while waiting. There is seating outside and inside at this branch.

Squeeky clean, friendly staff but no recycling of their paper cups had me stunned! Staff said that recyclable packaging goes in the landfill rubbish with everything else. Why?? No recycling collection in Kenilworth?

Great. Loved the chilled vibe. Coffee was tasty and fast. Internet connection was good. Staff were friendly and music was spot on! Super place to while away an hour or two or catch up on some work in the area.

Advertised a free donut with the coffee but I was told that they had no stock at 10am on a Friday morning. No replacement or apology. Disappointing.

The store is advertised as opening at 7am. We got there at 7:40am and they were closed. Staff arrived at 7:50am, and said food would only start being ready in 45min.

Pretty good place. Their chocolate frios are a bit strange (more like milkshakes) compared to other branches, but they're still delicious. More

Great spot. They should maybe juat strive to be ready when its time to open the doors. Could learn from others Vidas service. Otherwise fine.

Management needs to call staff aside to the back instead of insulting then in front of customers at till points. Not impressed at all! …

Perfect coffee spot for quick dates, WFH or to kickback. The service is quick and efficient; ablution services are also available on site.

They've gone Halaal and there's no bacon or chorizo available anymore :( it's supposed to be Portuguese, so this is no longer authentic.

Everything you'd expect from Vida cafés, a few dodgy looking characters roaming the area though so be vigilant especially early mornings

Incredibly short staffed still in the queue 10 mins later and there is has only been 1 person in front of me in total. Unacceptable

Great vibe as always and really tasty coffee. Also the free donuts with the coffee are incredible. Definitely going back for more!
