Dr Rahma is such a kind, genuine, sweet, attentive doctor. She was very tender and patient with my cat and with me, answering all my questions with a smile. Very professional service in the clinic. While waiting for my turn, Dr Ossama came and asked me to briefly explain the reason for my visit, thanking me for my patience and finally said a few words of comfort. Minimal waiting time. Very very clean clinic. It was a genuine experience, I felt very much at ease with the doctors and most of all I felt safe for my cat. They even gave my cat a toy to comfort her. How sweet, I’m a happy client! Please keep up this unique service.

كنت مرعوبة اعمل عملية التعقيم لقطتي بس الدكتور طمنتني ربنا يباركلها وفهمتني كل حاجة المفروض اعملها قبل وبعد العملية وكمان جرح العملية كان صغير اوي انا استغربت بجد ف كان سهل عليا انضفه كل يوم وكمان الدكتور فضلت متابعة معايا كل يوم وبتطمن عليها لمدة اسبوعين بعد العملية بجد مكان جميل جدا ونضيف جدا والدكتور طيبة ومتفهمة وشاطرة اوي ما شاء الله

Dr Rahma is kind to pets as well as homeless cats by the door. She responds almost instantly to queries and provides clear feedback. The place is clean and tidy. The location of the clinic is easy to find even if you are not a Heliopolisian. Anyway, thanks for taking care of Gercy.

They have very good experience My dog several times suffered from severe diseases like parvo and they treated it very well. they have very good communication and excellent pet care with reasonable prices. I do recommend them for every pet owner.
