SCAM ARTIST BEHO!!!! THE SAME DAY I PAID, IS THE SAME DAY I CANCELED BECAUSE SOMETHING DIDN’T FEEL RIGHT. HE REFUNDED ME MY DELIVERY FEE AND SAID HE WAS GOING TO CANCEL WITH SNAP FINANCE THE SAME DAY. HE NEVER DID AS NEARLY A MONTH LATER THEY CHARGED ME. MIND YOU, IN ORDER TO BE CHARGED WITH SNAP, HE HAS TO SIGN THAT THE MERCHANDISE WAS DELIVERED. THERE WAS NO MERCHANDISE DELIVERED BECAUSE I CANCELED THE SAME DAY LITERALLY 15 MINUTES LATER. WHEN I CONTACTED HIM ABOUT IT, 30 MINUTES LATER HE CALLED ME AND SAID HE HAD GOOD NEWS AND BAD NEWS, THE GOOD NEWS WAS THAT HE WOULD BE SENDING ME $95 THROUGH ZELLE, APPARENTLY “out of his own pocket” AND SAID I COULD ALSO KEEP THE $95 REFUND WITH SNAP. THE BAD NEWS, “IT WILL TAKE 5-7 DAYS FOR ME TO GET MY REFUND FROM THEM” SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE RIGHT IT WAS!!! HE TOLD ME HE CONTACTED SNAP AND THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 5-7 DAYS, THAT WAS COMPLETELY MADE UP!!!! HE NEVER CONTACTED THEM OR STOPPED THE PAYMENTS, AND NOW I HAVE TO CALL MYSELF TO GET THIS HANDLED!!! HE NEVER TOLD ME FROM THE GET GO THAT I WOULD HAVE TO HANDLE THIS MYSELF, INSTEAD HE LIED AND MADE IT UP THAT HE CONTACTED THEM. HE NEVER DID!!!! HIS FAVORITE LINE “I GOTCHU” IS ALSO FUNNY TO ME!!! THIS MAN IS A SCAM ARTIST!!!! WHEN I SAID IF THESE PAYMENTS CONTINUE I WILL BE TAKING YOU TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT HIS REPLY WAS “we can go do it right now” LOL BUSINESS MAN HUH??? Here is my honest experience with this 1000 furniture location. The woman that originally helped us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After we chose our pieces of furniture We were introduced to the owner Beho. Beho proceeded with the financial part which seemed to run pretty smoothly. There was a request for a sum of $200 and change towards the furniture which I paid as a down deposit . He told us that the furniture would be in before we close on our new home here in Oakleaf plantation area. On February 25 we were told that the furniture would be delivered. The furniture that we bought was a living room sectional and a dining room set. We were not notified until they came to deliver only the sectional couch without the Ottoman and without the dining room table and chairs. We were told by the delivery person that the table came in damaged and that I would be receiving it the following week . After texting and calling multiple times to beho and with no responses from him on when the furniture would be delivered. I am now going on the second week I contacted his brothers store up the street and they have not returned my messages or phone call. I had no choice but to call synchrony bank and report fraud. Unfortunately I will be reporting them to the police station by the end of this week for fraudulent activity of taking my money and not delivering my product. My recommendation would be to stay away from places like this. Always and I say always check the Google reviews and outweigh the good and the bad . Obviously from reading other Google reviews I am not the only one that they have treated in this manner. This is not a way to conduct business with your customers.

Walked in for a mattress... left with a mattress and a sectional (to be delivered). Recieved phone call when couch arrived to store and they said they'd deliver that day. Boyfriend told them were not home deliver tomorrow. Then (2 hours later) I received a phone call that said they'd be to my house in 15 minutes. When delivery guys arrived they brough 2/3 pieces to the sectional and said they'd return 1st thing in the morning with the 3rd... by noon the next day I hadn't heard from them so we called back and owner didn't even know of the mixup and had to contact delivery guys to bring it. 4 days later my boyfriend sat on the chase lounge and heard a loud snap. A wood support beam snapped. Contacted store, provided pictures and he said he would have a replacement to us by Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and we call to find out delivery time and owner says he didn't order it and will now. A week later we call to check on delivery and he tells us it's at the store and will deliver by 6. It was about to storm and we had some place to be at 6 so my boyfriend offered to bring the broken piece yo the store and get the replacement. He showed up, unloaded it,and found that the wrong replacement was ordered. So now 2 weeks later, wondering where our couch is, boyfriend contacts owner and he says 'it's here. Will deliver today. Got our couch now. Finally. If we had not contacted him when would we have been notified? I WAS going to refer some friends who had hhgregg credit cards to shop here but not any more.

Lack of timely response from owner when interested in purchasing a couch set. did not feel our time was valued and did not feel we were given good customer service. owner said it was because he was busy with customers in the store but i texted and called him and left a voicemail early in the morning at opening and never received a call back the entire day, then the next day i finally waited till noon to call again, and this happened for three days. sorry but there's no excuse for that, doesn't matter if you have customers in store, you could have found a second in the day to text or call back to at least let me know you were going to get back to me at such and such time. instead i was left hanging and then when i told him i wasn't interested any longer due to the lack of response and not being able to get through to anyone, he texts back promptly saying he was busy again with other customers. i didn't feel comfortable purchasing furniture from someone who goes MIA when trying to close a deal. i can't imagine what would happened if there was a problem with delivery and i needed to contact them. We ended up purchasing a couch for 850 elsewhere at another local furniture store. "Longs whole sale furniture" much better and professional experience over at Longs whole sale, they were quick at answering all my questions and answering their phones, and got me the couch i wanted the next day. Sadly we won't be shopping again at 1000 furniture.

Do not go here. Read the reviews. Those who say they found out their loan was for more than what was stated are NOT lying. I went into the store and applied for financing. I was led to believe my loan was for the invoice amount and I would begin to accrue interest after 90 days. No! 2 days later I happened to contact Okinus and find out that my $3000 furniture is on a lease to own contract that will total over 8k! I went into the store immediately and asked the store manager to cancel the contract. He was belligerent and argued with me about customers lying on his reviews. These people are telling the truth! You don’t bait and switch customers with lease to own contracts and not explain what it is. The contract states I can cancel at anytime even if I had already received the furniture. He has refused to cancel unless I pay $1k restocking fee for furniture I won’t receive for another 2-4 weeks minimum! It’s not even in his stock!! Check the BBB ratings on this store! This has happened more than once.

If you are going to go based off of reviews , be sure to sort for the lowest . You will always see good reviews but be mindful of the negative ones also. This is my personal opinion/experience. The down payment could be 100$ or so. However once the furniture is delivered you will receive and agreement that lays out your real payments . Don’t worry about what the clerks tell you, they are salesman.You have 90 days to pay for the quoted price. Payments are every two weeks . Afterwards they will refinance you for and 18 month plan which will be about double the initial price. If you make payments on time on the dates they lay out , you will pay triple the quoted price . Will I recommend to my friends or family ? Not if they aren’t paying for the furniture in full . I wouldn’t want them to drag out payments for furniture like that. I’m pretty sure you would want to take the 9000$ for and initial 3000 and put it to better use. Just saying for the average person .

If I could I would rate Beho customer service a negative zero. He overcharged my friend $260 and when she went back in with bill of sales to question him, he lied and said that he told her that it would be an additional cost if she didn’t pay in 90 days. And he also told her she had already signed the fraudulent bill of sales and that basically there was nothing she could do about it. She offered to pay bill off and he told her he had to check with the lender. Whereas he only said it would be no interest if bill was paid within 12 months. You DONOT have to check with a lender to verify a customer paying off a bill, and of course he knows this. One of the mattresses is defective and he promised to deliver her another mattress yesterday, did not receive it. Be aware and go over your Bill of Sale before signing because Beho is full of game. Next stop is Better Business Bureau.

I'm starting to believe some of these reviews are not legit. I got an email a few days ago saying the owner of 1000 furniture answered a 5 star review I left on Google. Um... y'all I never left a review for this store and if I did, it would not be 5 stars. Someone hacked my account. I don't know how but they did. That really upset me! Now I was trying to be nice but honestly the store is ok. The owner and the workers are nice. My issue was that I went in to purchase a tan sectional and was delivered a grey sectional. I went to the owner about the issue and he was going to switch the couch out but unfortunately the chaise for the new couch was on the wrong side for me. Now I'm stuck with this one. Everyone else loves it but I know I won't go back again. I never had this happen to me before. I'm still a little sad but it is what is for now...

I have had the worse expierence ever with this company. Beho is a scammer. I purchase a king size bedroom set, mattress, box springs rails, 2 full size set of mattress and rails, sofa and love seat. I received the wrong mattresses 3 times, then a chest, head board, and box springs was broken and cracked. Every time I called he gave an excuse blaming it on the delivery guys or warehouse workers. I finally received my mirror to the dresser until yesterday. He replaced the box springs but then I received another set of box springs that were torn and another chest that was badly cracked. Now I am been told his mattress has bed bugs by a previous customer. The funrniture is very cheaply made. This store should be closed down. I will never do business with them anymore. This store is a fraud they will steal your money you will never get your product they refuse to give back your refund I reported them for fraudulent business practices to federal bureau and I filled a lawsuit to get my money back . Middle eastern people are just fraud to get your money they claim to get furniture for Ashley’s with double the price . They are fraud and they will be losing their business license and be prosecuted for a crime credit card frauds selling products that don’t exist fake advertising low quality furniture in showroom floor . Stay away for your own good . Avoid at all costs unless you want to take them to court for frauding you out of thousands of dollars . Charging your bank twice as much after you live the store they provide fake signatures and documents claiming you signed them which you never did .

They will rush you to spend over $8,400 and promise 2 deliveries then 4 weeks later still not 1 thing is here. No one will return my calls or emails, no one knows where my furniture is or when it will be here. It’s always “I’ll check” “I’ll let you know” …….. days pass and no response. When the furniture finally did arrive the sectional was stained black in multiple areas, the dinning room table had a broken piece so it’ll never be able to extend which was the reason I selected this sectional, there were 3 dinning room chairs missing and I wish I could go back in time to avoid this pathetic excuse of a company. I cannot believe I was tricked into this stressful situation. An absolute nightmare for a new homeowner just trying to make the property feel like home.

I recently purchased a sectional in June from 1000 Furniture. The salesperson, Sally was very nice and helpful at the time of trying to make a sale to me. When it was time for my furniture to be delivered, the delivery was much later than anticipated. The driver moved the time back TWICE. One delivery guy finally showed up alone and he said the other was too drunk. Wow! Luckily I had family at home to help the driver bring the couch in. Once the couch got inside, we realized the bottom was damaged. I attempted to follow up with Sally a couple times to have someone come repair and there was never any follow up. Overall I wasn’t satisfied with my experience after they got my money, and would not recommend purchasing from them. Very unprofessional.

Ok, I’m going to be honest…. We ordered our sectional on July 3 and come July 21st still had not heard anything. I called Lana on July 21 at 3:50 on a Friday upset because we had not heard from them at all. Lana explained to me that they just got the last piece of our sectional that day (custom piece) and she would try to schedule delivery for us on Saturday, at the latest Sunday. We were fine with that, but…. We got a call at 5:40 pm and they asked if they could deliver same day!!!!! By 6:45 that same day, we had our furniture in our home and set up for us!!! Thanks a BUNCH Lana for your spectacular customer service!!! You all went above and beyond to make this family so HAPPY! I 100% would recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Family-owned and operated, Beho has an amazing selection, and he is an incredible person! I was shocked because I didn't know stores like this were around- anything that you find at Ashely furniture, he can get...directly from Ashley! He is a certified retailer and it's also a bonus that I was able to help out a small business owner in the process of receiving an excellent deal on my bedroom set. Beho is patient, works with your budget to find you your perfect furniture, they deliver, assemble, and option to clean-up as well. I'm going to be working with 1000 Mattress from now on for all of my future furniture needs, and I honestly challenge anyone to find a better option out there because you won't!

Saw a online post about this place and decided to call. They were able to text me the address to the store and luckily it wasn’t a wait time unlike other places I have been to in the past. I was excited to know this is not a rental place you own it! The guys here are funny and know their stuff. The furniture has a good selection and what’s not instore they offer to order it. I was able to get a no credit check approval and get my kids room furnished. Very happy and will be back. I didn’t know where the orange dinosaur plaza was lol u til I got here and realized I’ve seen this place a million times lol Great job Guys!

the owner beho is very unprofessional, we already pay for the sectional, and we try to contact beho he never answer, we just wanna know when they gonna deliver our furniture,last day he said the delivery company they cant make it that day, so today i was trying to contact beho he never answer. dont go to this store you gonna waste your time and effort, until today he never reach me back im still waiting for him to deliver my furniture, we just waiting for the furniture. he promised us the time that we went to his store that they gonna deliver the furniture but they dont… he was a big liar dont ever trust him

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE... THEY DELIVERED ME A BROKEN SECTIONAL AND PROMISED TO HAVE IT REPLACED WITH A NEW SECTIONAL WITHIN A COUPLE WEEKS. THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED- THEY NOW DONT ANSWER MY CALLS OR TEXT- so now I'm stuck paying for damaged furniture.. had known the furniture was damaged I would've never accepted it. They didn't disclose the damage until they had completely set it up and was ready to leave. This place is a rip off. I was told I could return the furniture. But they would be keeping my down payment of 600.00. I work to hard to just be giving away money.

The customer service on our first visit was Great . We got the couch and Ottoman we wanted . We were told the initial price was 1200 for everything. Once we spoke with the finance company they informed us that the 1200 was if we decided to do the 90 day payout, if we did not do the 90 day pay out the price with double. After agreeing to the 90day payout and scheduling our delivery we were informed that all of our furniture would possibly not be in and we would have to find out after delivery. Not happy at all , since we’ve waiting for this for about 2 months .

The customer service here has been amazing! We bought a sectional last year and one of the recliners ended up having an issue after about 6 months. The store ordered the part needed, but after they determined that it would take way to long to get the piece they went ahead and replaced the entire sectional. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Their delivery guys are also amazing and very careful when bringing in the large pieces of furniture. I would definitely recommend this business if looking for good furniture at a great price!

I bought 2 mattresses & 2 beds, the product is good, delivery timing is not reliable, the sales associates are amazing. However they delivered the wrong king mattress to me, & have not gotten back to me about switching it out to the correct one or refunding me. The owner does not answer hos phone & is not prompt about returning calls. So I am getting terrible sleep on a firm mattress of a brand i did not order, when I paid for a pillowtop. I am ready to just order a mattress from a more reliable store.

Everything was great in the store, but this was the biggest headache I’ve ever had buying a couch. I purchased a sectional from here that was delivered in the opposite orientation. Then was delivered again broken to bits and left at my house for 3 weeks before a replacement came in. The replacement was not packaged when it arrived and got messed up on the door frame. The lovers also caused damage to my apartment which will have to be fixed by me. Might as well go to IKEA tbh

The employees list advertisements for furniture on the let go website, showing beds from $459-759; to get customers to visit the store. When you get there they lie and tell you the item is out of stock. I listened to them lie to people on the phone because they did not want to honor the prices. I am surprised to see so many good reviews. This place will be reported to the BBB because they are taking advantage of people when times are hard for just about everyone.

Worst place to buy furniture. You will get ripped off. My bed set didn't even last a month with the cheap material they use. Keep in my mind at the store location they have sturdy material for their display furniture. And don't even get me started with the customer service. Do they even have one? Well a year later and I'm still paying for a bed set that I bought and thought out a year ago. Messing up my credit for nothing man.

They are scammers who do not comply with what they offer the client, they tell them that they give 180 days without interest and then they come out with something else, charging triple the value of the item and instead of helping employees get angry when one asks for information or help They almost beat us they should have more efficient and professional staff scammers I do not recommend anyone to go to that place

I can’t recommend Javier & the lovely Lana enough! Family owned businesses are the only places to go! The customer service and one-on-one attention from Javier is second to none! It’s like he knew exactly what I needed, as soon as he saw me walk in the door & then he had a solution for me, and delivery options ready!! If I ever need another room furnished, Javier & the lovely Lana will see me first! I suggest you do the same!

I purchased a sectional that was supposedly "new" it was not new. It had debris and food between the cushions. I tried to exchange it and they would cooperate. They delivered the wrong chairs to our dining room table, they still have refused to replace the chairs. I have tried to communicate over and over with them. Don't buy from this company!!! They are rude and lie about their products!

Beho and Javier were the most helpful and kind workers ever! Their customer service is impeccable and they assembled my entire couch with the purchase of it. They gave me an awesome price for a brand new sectional and worked with me to provide the best service possible. I am definitely going to start shopping there more often and I highly recommend this store!!! Best place EVER!!

Javi is great! Very reasonable prices and javi was definitely willing to work under our budget with the shipping and set up included. Great place to furnace your new house or even change up a little bit. Even bigger plus they love the military and give military discount. Definitely would refer family and friends the this place and send them straight to Javi!

It was a good experience with Beho (owner) the furniture were great and as described with good deals compared to others, the staff were respectful really. Customers have to be patient in waiting time in my opinion to get what they need. The only comment is the customer support and response that should be automatic and fast, the rest is ok. I Recommend it

Very impressed with this store. The manager was personable and helpful. The price of my bed was unbeatable. It was an impulse but but I have no regrets. I have been to several stores before and after and still haven't found a furniture store that can beat the price I got. The quality of the product is exceptional. I will definitely be back.

I received my newest couch from this awesome place! (Which is sooo comfy btw) The people here are nice and welcoming! Though the owner was occupied, he still made time to speak with me individually and ultimately gave me a deal I couldn’t turn down! I left with two more items in addition to the couch! Furniture is very expensive and does not last long. Sectional was supposed to be brand new but they delivered the floor model. The cushions were already worn. The dining table was cheaply made and the screws keep coming undone causing the table to be rocky and squeaky. Read the reviews and stay around from this store!

I purchased bedroom furniture with them over 6months now and still haven’t gotten my nightstand to my bedroom set. Every time I call, it’s always the same thing. In 4 weeks, in 4 weeks , in freaking 4 weeks. That’s month on top of another month. Love my furniture but hate the time it takes to deliver the furniture.

beho was so helpful. We were able to find the mattress we wanted at a price we loved. he is very easy to talk to and we really had a wonderful time in the store. Have not yet received the mattress, but am pretty sure it will be perfect. If you haven't shopped there yet, you really should go in and check it out.

I have watched as these people scammed my sister of several hundred dollars and she does not have her furniture. The manager Veho is crooked, shady and unprofessional. It’s a really sad. Shop your furniture somewhere else folks, shopping here is like flushing your money down the toilet.

I paid for night stands I paid for. They block my on their site so I don’t tell the people how much of a thief they are. Didn’t throw a lamp for paying $4000 paid in full. They have an attitude when I try to tell them . They don’t answer their phone. Horrible. Go somewhere else.

Was looking for a comfortable bed to sleep on when I walked in to this place. Nasta and sally where very professional and showed me around. I picked my bed ordered it on Monday at 12 pm and they delivered it that same day. Now I can get some good sleep. Thank you guys
