Really bad customer service!! I called them last night around 6pm. Because we have had our faucets dripping, I discovered my kitchen faucet is dripping onto the old metal housing for the wiring of my garbage disposal and making it rust. I understand that my pipes have not yet burst, but I can’t drip this faucet now which is on an outside wall of my house. I also cannot run my kitchen faucet to do dishes until it is fixed because the leak is worse when the water runs more. So, after letting me make an appointment over the phone for between 8-12 this morning, they called me at 7:30 telling me they had to cancel because of “emergency calls only” and acted like I’d just hired them to replace my kitchen sink for fun. This would be one thing however I’m now seeing another review where they told someone this a few weeks ago when there was no major frost as well. They offered an alternative place that was closed, then told me they couldn’t get to me till Monday, I called another place and got an appointment for tomorrow!

Patrick B. Did a great job installing our new Elkay Water fountain here at The Discovery Center. Was super informative about the changes he needed to make during the install, and was super respectful of the space and guest around as he was working. Can’t praise him enough for the work, and time it took him to complete and have things running like new again. Thanks so much also to the dispatch for getting someone out the day of my call. I called at noon on a Thursday and Max was there by 4 !!! Needed a new water heater and he came Friday morning and installed it right away !! Great guy ! Professional, nice and informative. Definitely recommend : ) !! ( took a picture of it to late to see the whole thing but I got one w my grandson overseeing them ! )

Caleb was very professional and very knowledgeable about the water heater. He repaired what we asked him to do quickly and efficiently. He checked and verified that the heater was working properly before he left. Very personable and pleasant to have working in our home. .

Came same day and was gracious about the mess. Installed a new fridge waterline and valves. Had to crawl under the house and was cool doing so. Max was personable, down to earth and knowledgeble. Will use this service and request this plumber again.
