By far a horrible experience! I wish I would have stayed with the other location on Blanding. The customer service there is a lot better. My sectional was delivered three weeks ago. And I have still yet to get my replacement center table that the glass came damaged on. And now my first payment is coming up and I have to pay for an item I have yet to receive! Expectations are horrible there. I had to call numerous of time about my bedroom set and kept getting blown off by the manager. I will never refer anyone to this location. Their only saving Grace is the delivery drivers. Luis was phenomenal! Helped me place the furniture and kept me informed on what he was doing!

Very happy with my experience with this company. Luis and Tristan delivered my washer and dryer to my new address after I was told I could not bring my own washer and dryer to my new place but after two weeks of complaints about the dryer not working, I went against the rules and asked Aaron's if they can get my ones I gave up two weeks ago back to me. They were very accommodating and Luis even assisted in advising me on what my apartment management needs to do as far as the dryer venting. Water and lint was inside the venting from the dryer. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been leasing rent to own from Aaron's on Blanding Blvd for awhile. I love purchasing my furniture from Aaron's they have great customer service and they are very friendly. Jonathan always gives me great deals on furniture and he always works with you no matter what your situation is. Luis, one of the other workers, did a great job fixing my TV that I thought was broken. He did an even better job at helping me set up my entertainment set in my room. Wonderful experience!! Got everything we needed for way cheaper than expected and everyone was super nice!! Latoya helped us and got us all set up with everything and was so sweet!! EDIT: on top of having a great in store experience, we had a great install experience as well!! I wish I had gotten their names but they came in and got everything set up so silently!! I told them that the baby was sleeping in room next door and they got it done so fast and so quietly she didn’t even budge!! Huge plus for this tired mom

Let me tell you something from beginning to end this store was FREAKING AMAZING! Brittany worked with me on the customer service end and she was GREAT! She helped me get everything in order and everything was convenient! She was also always pleasant. Jay and Ian came and delivered even with the setbacks they were also kind and professional. Today I had something delivered to me that I purchased from Aaron’s. To my surprise there stood two young men at my door ready to deliver. These two young men were respectful and took their time to make sure everything was how it was suppose to be and even carried away the boxes. I was really impressed and I just wanna give a kudos and great big thank you to Ian and J’Ontae. Shout out to Aaron’s you guys are great. I even got same day delivery. Luis and J’ontae came up earlier than my delivery time and was ready to set up my merchandise, and got it in and out and done. The employees in the store are amazing. They get to know you by first name basis and help you with anything and go above to get you what you want/are needing in split notice! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store! Luis and J'ontae are the best delivery men ever!!! Luis came once before and was friendly, cool and funny both times. This was my first time meeting J'ontae and he was just as cool and friendly. Luis made sure everything was connected from the previous delivery. They easily brought in the TV stand and TV. I made sure to have a clear and easy path for them. The set up was quick and I enjoyed seeing Luis again and meeting J'ontae! Red Lobster is on the menu!!! LOL

Luis was a great wonderful guy so kind and was alot of help for me during my time of bereavement which my mom homegoing is Saturday and I had just moved in my home the day before my mom passed away and I had an entertainment cabinet I couldn't lift because of my injuries he was so kind to put it in place for me without any hesitant. You guys needs more people like him that goes above and beyond.

J'ontae and Luis came out to hook up my washer and dryer after an incident one night where my laundry room flooded. They were nice enough to even help clean up after the laundry room flood. They stayed with me until i had an emergency maintence guy scheduled to come fix my pipes. They came out next day and hooked the washer and dryer up no problem. I really appreciate them!

Luis and Jonathan are awesome. We just moved out of a black mold house so we had to throw out everything that was porous, so we had nothing. We returned a fridge we were renting and we kept getting phone calls to pay for said fridge we didn't have. After try to explain on multiple different calls we no longer have the fridge we were forced to go into the store as they tried to push the bill through yet again. We will see if management has finally listened this time.
