DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE!!!! They treat you great when you go into the store and give you good prices but more than likely you won’t receive every item you order. We ordered our furniture over a month in advance and it still was not all in when it came time to be delivered. The third party company that delivers the furniture is very un professional and delivered $2400 worth of furniture on the back of a pick up truck. The original time frame for delivery was 11am-3pm, the arrived at my house at 9pm. The manager sends a text message to the third party delivery guy and told him to tell me that my sons head board was not in and it will be another week. When I talked to the manager just and hour before he did not mention this to me. The delivery company also left all of the trash that all of the furniture was wrapped in our house for us to throw away, stating “We don’t throw away the trash” I have requested a call from the manager, and even sent a FB message that I can tell has been read, and nothing!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Upon purchase I was offered delivery, disposal of furniture, and set up(espérate charges for each). My delivery they came in a small van and we’re not even aware they had to take the old furniture however my paperwork clearly stated I chose that service. I was called by American Furniture to pay off the balance and was given the excuse that they use a 3rd party and wasn’t their fault. I strongly believe that whatever services you offer to your customers, you ensue your customer is 100% satisfied. This was not the case. They even offered to come another day to pick up the furniture (with an additional fee) another day and have yet to receive a call to coordinate. I will never purchase from them again. I would not recommend anyone if they cannot ensure the services they offer cannot be completed.

Chance & Harley were quite helpful! There was a communication issue initially, however, these guys made it right and made sure that they corrected it on the spot. The furniture seems to be high quality; all previously loved items are disclosed immediately to guests, and look to be in great shape! All new furniture is spotless and pristine looking, at reasonable prices. The staff (who we worked with anyway) were very kind to us and helped us load our new furniture into the large truck, among other things. I recommend giving this place a shot! Ask especially for Chance & Harley :) Happy new year!

Working with American furniture outlet has by far been the best experience ! They have worked with me even when I ordered the wrong thing lol (first time moving out and adulting ) lol they have great customer service I personally worked with Kelvin and Harley and they helped me find the perfect sectional for my new apartment ! We are so excited and happy . They also do lay a way which I think is awesome and beneficial. If we were going to buy furniture again, we would definitely go back to this store, not just because the furniture is cheaper but they have great costumer service. Arismendy is the one that we saw, and he was amazing. This place is also kids friendly, he was VERY patient with both of our children and us , especially when my 2 year old started throwing a tantrum. He understood our needs and wants for our furniture, and try his best to find what my husband and I wanted. (Specially since I was so picky too) I definitely recommend this place 100%.

Best... furniture.... store... ever.. both guys that were there were very helpful from beginning to end. they helped me find what I was looking for and stayed within my budget. I found the same couch online for a cheaper price, and they dropped theirs even lower than the one I found. They even had it delivered same day. I’m happy I found this spot and have already recommended them to everyone at my job. Kelvin and Harley get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Only downside.. they’re Pittsburgh Steelers and Jacksonville Jaguars fans.. other than that. Pretty cool guys

We have tried many furniture stores, but never seem to find what we want, except here. We buy here a lot. The furniture is not cheap. But it’s not expensive either. These aren’t people who are trying to help you. They are those who just wish to complain. Do yourself a favor and read reviews from people who post many reviews. They care.

I'm thrilled with my experience at American Furniture Outlet! The vast selection of high-quality furniture left me spoilt for choice. Jose Garcia was fantastic, pleasant and engaging. He's also a Veteran and we connected along those lines. No pressure, took time to explain details on discounts and clearance and tried to find me a bed and mattress within my budget given my quick turn around time. Delivery was excellent, they confirmed details and delivery times and delivery crew were professional. My guest bedroom was ready by the 23rd and guests had a place to sleep on the 24th.

Got a new couch and loveseat at a great price!! Abby was such a great salesperson. She never pressured us, but made us feel very welcome and let us take our time. They delivered same day, and the delivery team was so polite, and kept in touch with us throughout the delivery process. We've been searching for the perfect living room set for weeks, and finally found it - at a great price, from some great people. Thanks so much!!

We got dining table set 8 months ago, but all the chairs got cracks and one of them got broken already ... very poor quality... but the furniture price is almost coming near to the good show room furniture price .... we need to spend again to buy another set of dining chairs. Waste of money

This place it's absolutely horrible. The furniture is very low-quality, it's absolutely horrible furniture. But you can't tell in the store, you only find that out once you have the furniture at home. And you're not allowed to return anything. I will never go there again.

The worse experience I have ever had. Ordered my kids furniture a week ago. Was told a couple of days. Every day I got a different excuse. So far to date I have not received my furniture. Buyer Beware!

Was told yesterday my delivery will be made today by 4pm. Just called for an ETA and was just told my delivery is now scheduled between 6-8pm. So here I sit in an empty house! Unhappy Customer!

I purchased the two piece sofa loveseat great reclining set and there are pieces missing it doesn't recline you have to physically pull it all the way out to actually recline.
