I bought a new iPhone online and arranged 15 minute appt at Apple Store Liverpool to pick it up, trade in my old one and get it set up. Arrived for appt as the shop opened and was told they wouldn’t help me set it up and wouldn’t take the trade in - all this needed to be done online or over the phone. My previous experience at Apple Liverpool was great, they did everything for me, I’m not completely tech illiterate but they can do it in minutes whereas it takes me hours. Anyway no way were they helping today, the guy was quite rude - a new experience for me at Apple! I asked what the 15 minute appt was for if it wasn’t to provide some support, I was told it was for me to pick up my new phone. So 15 minutes for you to get a phone from a drawer and hand it to me? I asked, yes he replied. £959 by the way! I told him I wanted to cancel my order, he said do it online! I eventually found a phone number and was able to cancel over the phone, the person I spoke to on the phone was surprised at the attitude I encountered in store, not as surprised as me! So Apple lost not only my £959 but any prospect of future business from me. Off I went to John Lewis, like a breath of fresh air, they relieved me of my money with courtesy and professionalism and handed me a fully functional, shiny new phone in minutes.
Booked in last week as my iPhone 12 Pro speaker was faulty and wanted to know why. I couldn't hear anyone on the phone. Was there 15 minutes, had it diagnosed by a technician and was then told it needed a new speaker which is part of the screen. An inherent problem with the 12 pro they have some sort of goodwill screen and replaced it free of charge. Popped back in today, it was done in an hour. All the staff were friendly and helpful and it only cost me the parking charge for a couple of visits. Should have been £240. I also mentioned that I didn't want ti upgrade yet and really appreciated it when they told me there wasn't much point as any pro model are still leading phones on the market. They could have easily told me that I needed a new one, so I appreciated their honesty. Very happy customer!
We came back to your store (as previous customer) to purchase a new MacBook Pro, which is a significant spend for us. Your fantastic team member Loz was able to not only answer the questions we arrived with but better still, guide us through some options to think about and get us to a decision we were content and confident with. Loz holds fantastic Apple knowledge but uses it to put the customer at real ease (sometimes the way lots of tech info is relayed can be daunting). Loz has a great customer skills so much so after we came back from taking a 20min decision break & coffee it was only with her we wanted to make the purchase! We still like the in store experience vs online and it’s only because we were able to come, look try and chat that we purchased a higher spec we hadn’t considered.
A beautiful store whose service and friendliness doesnt match. The store itself looks amazing and every element of the store is visually appealing. However I felt the staff were unnaproachable and unwilling to help. I asked if someone could help me with stock and the response was: "If its an Iphone we dont have". I understand there is a high demand for their products but surely they arent trained to be so brash. I then asked if they knew when stock will be avaialable and they said: "No". I left the store feeling like its a good time to move back to Android It doesnt matter how good your store is, if the staff are rude it makes the whole expereince sour.
Very disappointed in this store. Goes in today because iPhone 13 Pro is playing up. Loses calls and Bluetooth dropping all the time. Walks in asked to speak with somebody and was told in no uncertain terms nobody could help me and the attitude was disrespectful. Because they have a new iPhone release today. I have paid warranty on the phone but still didn’t care. I’m not saying all the staff are this way but the person /staff member I spoke to today really shouldn’t be working for Apple. Very bad experience since we are business customers to Apple products. Make me feel like moving to android phone.
Regarding my recent visit to apple , the staff were very helpful and friendly , especially Clair who helped me to manage and deal with the problem effectively and securely , she is very supportive staff and so friendly . Additionally , she taught me some new things that hepled with the privacy and protection of my iPhone and how to identify apple emails and iCloud from the spammed emails and calls as well as she told me about the sessions that apple offers which was something new to me , I really appreciate her efforts … wish her and all the staff all the very best
Quick shout out to the excellent Loz who looked after me brilliantly on Thursday 27 July at L1 Store. Nothing was too much trouble, Loz answered my queries and provided the best solution for my needs. Absolutely no hard sell, Loz’s polite and friendly manner means she is an asset to the store and company as ambassador. I was also helped by another female member of staff but sadly didn’t get her name, however the double-act of professional assistance was fantastic! 5 Star performance, I even told the Manager on my way out. Thanks Apple ! Marie
Brought in my 2 years old iPhone 11 bought new fir £1000 which was not powering on. Was told it couldn’t be fixed and I could replace it with the same model for an additional £500, in addition to them taking my broken phone. What a scam got the “unfixable” phone repaired and fully working elsewhere for £35 … consequently Apple have to be one of the most corrupt and greedy capitalist enterprises currently operating on our planet
The store is in a great location in Liverpool One near John Lewis. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars, were it not for the daft queuing system. Anyone entering the store has to queue in the doorway while waiting for a free member of staff. If it's busy, the main entrance is blocked. A waiting area with seats would be far better. The store is more than big enough to accommodate this.
Thank you to the person receiving enquiries on the door. He looked at my apple se that suddenly shut down and wouldn’t start. He immediately and stuck it onto a charging pad and it magically started up. It turn out it was fully charged so the cause of the shut down is still unknown. But it’s alive …. For now while I’m visiting Liverpool for a conference. Much appreciated.
Called in today to see if I could get help with the parental settings on my child's iPhone. The store was really busy and I thought I may have to come back but the staff there were so helpful. I would particularly like to thank Paul who was very kind and extremely patient in helping me sort the issue. I would definitely recommend this store.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with Apple. - Customer service was non existent. - Further damage to a product I was getting repaired. Which I was then blamed for. - ‘Repaired’ product handed back in recovery mode. - Hidden excess charge of £79 for Apple Care +, wouldn’t recommend, go with Barclays Tech Pack instead.
Came here for a particular item I was picking up for someone else ( not great with technology ) staff were at the door on hand to help, pointing you in the right direction to best suit your needs. That's exactly what happened here for me, very straightforward. The staff were all pleasant, chatty & friendly.
Popped in the purchase a new phone but it was busy. I was meet with a nice guy helping me book a time slot to discuss with Josh who was extremely helpful. Just like all apple stores the feel and experience is amazing. I would definitely recommend come here if you are looking for your apple products.
I went in knowing exactly what i wanted and could not buy it. It was in stock, i had the money but the staff are to busy gabbing to notice. 1 member of staff did eventually show up, he asked if it was my phone on charge... this was a display phone in there own store. I dont think ill be back here
It was very busy and very noisy with people talking. Despite being so busy I was able to find a free assistant who was very helpful and steered me to the best Ipad for me which wasn't the most recent. She wasn't 'pushy' but suggested different products and accessories and gave me good advice.
Had a couple of issues to discuss. Was approached by a member of staff as soon as I entered the shop. He spoke to me and booked me in to see a technician. After 5 mins I was seen by the technician who sorted both problems. Overall really efficient and friendly staff. Great customer service.
Very helpful staff here. I had made an appointment for my ipad to be looked at, cleared and restored. Easy to book in, and scan the QR code on email they provide when I made the appointment. Downside is the shop was quite hot, which I felt after being in there over an hour. Very busy store.
Never have I met a person so rude and il informed at an Apple Store. I was enquiring about battery life on a iPhone 13 that is 18 months old. The flannel he came out with was untrue, comparing it to a car purchased from a show room. No empathy at all and an attitude that was very poor
Really busy, but with plenty of staff members o hand I didn't need wait to be seen. They dealt with my issue professionally, doing a same day screen replacement of my phone under its warranty. They gave me a time to collect and the phone was ready more or less to the minute they said.
Hiked up prices by £150 on an ipad. Wouldn't do student discount as displayed on their website, nor price match. The attendant knew very little. Amazon was a lot cheaper, so bought from there. Apple store used to have very helpful and knowledgeable staff..
Staff are great, friendly and knowledgeable but my god had to walk out the lights are so harsh. I suffer from migraines and I am very light sensitive. Couldn't stay in there for longer than a couple of minutes had to leave. How the staff cope is beyond me.
I went to this apple store and was very disappointed. Already I do not speak of their very low friendliness... In addition they quickly got to me for fear that I would set alarms on their telephone. I doesn't recognize you at this apple store.
Popped in here to buy a new iPhone and was helped by a very knowledgeable and courteous advisor called Dillon. He explained everything very well and spent time advising different courses of action. Went away from the store feeling that the
Went in with my inherited phone (son upgraded).. Everytime I took a phone call I could hear the person on the other end and went into see what could be done.. I was literally there 15 minutes in tot, done, dusted and out. I first saw Chris
Went in to pick up my iPhone 14 pro max! Had been given a time slot. Upon arrival it was a little chaotic but we got there. Directed to a member of staff that was super helpful! Scanned my code and somebody brought my phone out! Perfect!!!
Awful customer service. The attitude of the people working there is appalling. I was surprised to receive such bad service from a brand like apple. I went there with an overheating issue of my IPhone 15 pro max. The person ran diagnostics
Alex was very helpful and knowledgable when I went and bought my first macbook. I recommend speaking with him. Although I don't know why Apple doesn't keep upgraded versions in store (e.g. with 16gb Ram) - on Macbook Pro 13 for example.
I ordered a shiny new iPhone online to pick-up in store. I arrived at Apple in Liverpool One during my allocated time-slot, but no phone! Was told that although they had stock, it had to go through on the system first, that is despite
A low-quality security company fired me because I was having a good time on the new iphone and a salesman kicked me out of the store because he thought I wanted to put an alarm on. I wanted to pay £3,000 for them.
Even on a Saturday when the place is packed, I still managed to find someone to talk to within two minutes, and I’d made an appointment within another two minutes. Workers are friendly, quick and very helpful.
Not to busy, lots of employees wander around with no customers- still we have to book an appointment with someone who can tell me if there are AirTags in stock or not. Max 5min they said, we left after 8min
Arrived at the appointment time, yet waited 40mins to be seen. Annoying part was that several advisors were just stood around chatting, others on their devices. Really not good customer service Apple.
Upgraded to iPhone 14 today. Excellent customer service and assistance in helping me to back up and download to new phone. Many many thanks to Olivia for her patience and help with everything 5 *****
Learnt to sketch with the apple pencil was a great experience loved it you have to go on the upper level at Liverpool one terrace shops to get there. Plenty of stairs and escalators available
Fast and efficient repair. Got a walk in appointment in the morning, got served in just under 40 mins. Another 20 mins for an immediate on site repair. In and out for just an hour.
The Apple shrine . It is a very spacious modern design place that offers a very pleasant shopping experience. Assistants are very helpful and not pushy at all. …
Amazing staff! Absolutely professional! Very fast service, smiles! Beautiful store! I’m really happy with my experience with this store and my new iPhone!
Great location of the store. The staff is friendly and guide the customers on each and every aspect for the product you are interested to purchase.
Service a bit disjointed and a long wait to get my Mac 27” repaired - it should have been ready when I arrived!
Had a problem with my phone and it was sorted in minutes. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Thank you
Recenyly bought my first iPhone X, really happy, amazing customer service, absolutely recommend it …
Dreadful customer service and communication, can never get hold of the store either when trying to call up.
Nice place, but I wish apple was more into the customer journey from the door through to the purchase
Staff very helpful today, assisted me as quick as they could with my trade in. Very friendly too
Why, if you know what you need, do you have to book an appointment and go back 2 hours later
Great service and staff. Had preordered, so only took a few minutes to get my order ready.
Staff don't pay you much attention if don't want buy and just ask información
Service providers should be more friendly. Felt like they were ignoring us.
Great service today from Rina, very professional and helpful, Many thanks.
Wonderful customer service. Great display of products amazing space
Great staff, always at the ready to assist on products and more.
Bad Customer experience for technical support
