"This is the second time in the past 2 days I've been here to get a new TV its cost me£25 in cabs and still no TV, the reason for this is there is a huge que but 9 out of ten people in the que are waiting to shop in Sainsbury's, this I know because I spoke to most of the people waiting,but when I told the person on the door that I was just wanting to get into the Argo's to collect the TV I was told you still have to get in the que even if its for people who want to Go into the Sainsbury's, would it not make sense to have 2 o ques rather than just the one"

Pearsonly I think its pathetic to see two big shops without any organisation, before anyone says but you could be jumping Infront,no, because they have different ways of payment at the tills. Anyway I'm not going back there again to spend good money on a TV,no good Argos
Visited Argos today 8th jan 2022 to pick up parcel delivered there Thursday 6th January 2022 according to the tracking because I have had items delivered there click and collect before and had no email to say it’s ready . Was told if it’s not ticked as ready it’s not there by the manager . Who had an unhelpful attitude and did I know who signed for it.surely the manager should have a record of that not me ,obviously couldn’t be bothered to check .I returned later to explain it does not have to have a tick in the ready circle I was then fobbed off with if it’s not here I can’t give it too you .HOW THE HELL IS SHE A MANAGER .
Staff member Nicky at 8.30pm last night told me basically to Go away in a very rude manner, all I wanted to know was my package there and could they help. , and now 2 days later I'm still waiting for my click and collect to be updated, I think Nicky is holding my package back on purpose, she has no good customer service in her at all, and lying to me to get rid of me because she didn't want to help me at all in any way, 3 days later I'm still waiting for my pick up email from Argos Rice lane, first class post only too have to wait 3 days for the awful Argos staff Nicky to do her job properly and release my package
Ordered and paid online to collect by fast track. Got to the store, 1 person on the till. Went to collection point, and was told I need to queue up. Queued up for 5 minutes to be told I need to go to fast track checkout. .and was served by the same woman on the till I was already at!! She was quite rude, no eye contact, hello or goodbye. She handed me my order with a 'here you go' didn't ask if I wanted a bag and started serving the next customer before I'd left the till. I didn't notice any faster service by ordering online, probably would have been quicker to order in store Training in customer service required

Why would argos take payment off me knowing you haven't got the product,,, and why didn't he tell me they never had the product... My 80yr old mum called into store to ask if she could return a bifold door which was not suitable,,,as she'd had it for few month's she was not sure,,she asked a man working there called Chris if it would be possible,,he said she could only exchange or credit note,she made her way home and got taxi to rice lane costing her £7.50 only to me told by a very sirly manageress that she would not swap or credit note ,she was adamant and very resonant mum had no money to get cab home and had to leave it there and come back later in week ,, unhelpful attitude and customer service toward 80yr old woman
Went here to collect an order I had paid for online and was refused service as I wouldn't remove my mask (due to safety reasons during the covid 19 pandemic) as I didnt feel safe to do so. When I returned home, empty handed I found an email saying I had collected my parcel! The one they refused to give me. When I called Argos they said they would not issue a refund as there was no proof I hadn't collected the item and their staff "wouldn't make a mistake". Still trying to get this resolved.
After just visiting argos rice Lane and being served by a female member of staff just wanted to say how grateful I am for the service that I was given while I was there there seemed to be a problem with a male arguing about his order his behaviour was disgusting the way he spoke to them I was ashamed the female member of staff was polite helpful and he just didn't want to no and was shouting at her hopefully she will be OK but once again thank you argos rice Lane Liverpool
I would not give not even 1 star, but I don’t think it’s possible. This is a joke, during these busy times, with Christmas around the corner, I have to queue for more than 40 mins to collect an order. There was only 1 cashier available and she was also bringing the orders from the back . Absolute joke. Definetely not recommend coming to this store, or you’ll end up losing hours to be able to collect or buy something.
Argos store Rice Lane receives items to click and collect, they do not send you any notification to come and collect the item despite it being delivered at the store two weeks prior, they are dreadful. This is not an isolated incident and they hold items, staff are rude and ill mannered and try to have a conversation with you when you're not even at the counter. They lack insight and seem to dislike there jobs.
I bought a garden chair from Argos in Rice Lane today. The member of staff who served me could not have been more helpful. In fact, on the several occasions that I have visited this branch, I have found all the staff , in this generally busy store to be unfailingly pleasant and helpful.
I bought an apple iphone from them on line. It was a sim free and unlocked. When I tried to put in my sim card it wouldn't except it. I arranged for it to be collected so that I could receive a refund. Argos are now saying that they have no record of it being collected. It cost me £999.
Tried to buy a Nintendo switch on offer..got told offer wasn't live (even though advertised) the manger told me he would call me when able to sort ! Never called back ....I went on to buy later the same day from agos Scotland Rd...no problem !
Store manager Chris is very unhelpful and rude. If you ever buy of this store and have any issues with the equipment don't count on help or refund ! They'll tell you it's your fault. Ridiculous approach to the customer. See you never Argos !
I thought paying online using click and collect would be the swifter option , nooooo if you pay in shop , your up to counter first on line customers have to wait in a huge cue been here 30 min still not at the counter
I ordered items here had a bit of issue as forgot my card The manager Nicola was so helpful and supportive She cancelled the collection and I re ordered for home delivery Arrived today such prompt service
A very modern store which opened in 2018. Turn left as you enter Sainsbury's and it is situated at the far end. There is plenty of space to browse the catalogues and a large counter to collect goods.
Every item i have wanted to purchase since Argos has moved into Sainsbury I have not been able to collect in store and large items not able to deliver. Much better when they where in own shops
Ordered on line, went to collection desk and got told to join the normal queue even though I had paid so had to wait 20 minutes as they were so slow serving people, don't reserve stock here
