I’m here to share a ridiculous experience i had visiting this store last week for the first time and I've decided i would never be back to ardene, if not this store.I was here with my toddler and a friend also with her kid and while i was busy trying out my son accidently dropped down a rack of keychains hung near the payment counter.I did apologise to the staff as i should’ve been careful with him & infact finally bought one of those keychains acknowledging the mistake though i never needed one and it was quite expensive according to me.Bit since then i saw the staff was getting uncomfortable with us & then my friend came in & told she had a similar experience from the staff when her child did something of the sort which made her uncomfortable too & said she would wait outside until i finish with my purchase.I then proceeded to the cash counter.The cashier there was unexplainably rude and she gave me attitude and those cold looks and also did not explain to me of the first time purchase offer that i was supposed to have received for visiting the store the first time about which i learned from a friend later.She was practically like ‘take your stuff and get the hell out’ which was immensely depressing to watch. I do accept the trouble my son may have caused them & also me when i actually had to try on literally every shoe they had as i was quite not able to decide on what suits me the most,i almost loved evrything there. But this unfortunate incident has truly had me hate that store though i really wished to visit the place again to check out on their excellent collection.It would be disrespecting myself being a customer.

I like the place and friendly helpful staff but the surprise bags are a rip off and not as good as they used to be. I bought one for nostalgia and i remember they used to be loaded with goodies, And this one had a broken headphone case, a phone case that didn’t even fit my phone (they don’t label to let you know), a broken keychain flashlight, and socks that were literally infant sized. I’d take a photo but I was so mad when I opened it I threw it in the trash right away

I shop here often for my daughter. The store manager Michelle is delightful! The store is very clean and incredibly well organized despite the vast amount of merchandise within the store... even the sales area is always very well organized which makes shopping for sizes incredibly easy. Staff are helpful, polite and someone always greets you upon entering the store and asks if they can be of any assistance.

Only go in ever few months for clearance deals. I find being 137lbs I'm in a M/ L size in the store so this tells you all what the sizing is like. Very small! I find most things now made from very light material and see threw yet full price. 1/2 of the stuff is great other 1/2 is generic but love the clearance deals.

Staff is super helpful and friendly, they don't care about sales as much as they do making sure the customer is happy. Always a joy to shop at this Ardenes, unlike the one in Limeridge you don't feel like you're being harassed into buying something, if you need help there's always someone close and willing to help

I went there yesterday to do an exchange on face masks (which I did NOT open the packaging). I understand with Covid, the concerns of returning/exchange such products. However the manager that assisted me was very rude and talked to me as if I was an idiot. Have some respect for your customers.

Ardene is a go-to place for gifts, especially Christmas gifts. Their 2 for $10 on slippers and jewelry etc.. are fun because you can mix and match and they always get new merchandise. Plus, bonus, it’s a lively environment. I don’t know how they create that party atmosphere but it’s working.

The manager- Michelle is fabulous. Beyond amazing customer service skills. Had a very minor problem...boom- right on the ball and helping in every way possible. Also...the floor staff is beyond helpful in every respect. Credit needs to be due for the sraff that deal with this location.

Michelle the manager has great customer service, is very welcoming and knows her products and store well. She greets everyone when they come in and is quick to respond to inquiries and resolve issues with great customer service. She also trains the team with great patience! Thanks

A decently sized store, but their selection isn't great. Lots of items have imperfections or are in the wrong section, etc. An okay place to browse and 'discover' items, but not a place to go if you want to get in and out quickly with what you're looking for.

This is a fantastic location. The staff there is always so friendly and patient. It’s a very busy location with a revolving door of people, the staff at this location handle it like pros. Always a positive shopping experience. Always tidy too!

Last time I went there and trying to return my clothes with tags, they somehow thinks I’m going to buy them AGAIN, and told me I owe them money for these clothes, After they got clear of what I’m trying to do, the old white women at cashier

I was in Jackson square recently and had my first experience at this store...I would like to thank a young lady Lisa for excellent customer service. Lisa was knowledge and went out of her way to offer me options for what I was looking for.

Went in to have a little retail therapy, the store was in absolute disarray. A complete mess. The floors were filthy, clothes were everywhere and the change rooms were so dusty. I think I saw a few bugs as well. Customer service was awful,

One of the staff members was super rude. I went a few days ago to return something because and told me to go return it at another store and was giving me attitude about it as well.

I'm getting too old for this store and fast fashion but it always tempts me. This store is very large and moderately clean and organized, staff are nice without being overbearing.

Love this store for everything from dresses to hoodies, from heels to boots and the awesome surprise bags. Staff are always so friendly and helpful.
