For little kids it's great ... Ish. The little play area is quite good, but having witnessed my granddaughter queuing to use things, when it wasn't that busy, says it needs improving. Massive area to sit on the ground, which is great if your not old or disabled. 3 bench tables, that's it. There are plenty of space to have more seats, and more bench tables. Not everyone is able or comfortable sitting down on the grass to eat. There were just three in over an acre of green grass. One of them inside the kiddy play area, and the other 2 next to it. Meaning over 2 acres of grass and 6 benches, and just the 3 places to eat! However, having said that, what a fantastic area to go play with the kids, or to meet friends, family. Would have been a great spot for burger van type situation. Of course you want more than the 3 bins I saw, if that happened. Want to sit on the grass, or have a kick-a-bout, it's a great place.

Really big field got slight hill there's a park here as you walk into here from bath rd and there's also a place for bikes and skate broads. This place is really clean I've seen other dog walkers and most of them respects other dog walkers I found this place really quite this place is near the PDSA and close to Sainsbury is across the rd there is parking on side rd but I'm not too sure if you can park there or not or if it's residents only thanks

Beautiful park on a hill with a nice walk through Arno's vale cemetery if you climb the hill I love taking my daughter here as there's always kids about in the playground. It would be perfect if there was a toilet somewhere close by but you can't have everything

Quaint little park that serves a little bit of a green run-through from the A4 to Totterdown. There is a reasonably sized child's play area with benches for weary grown-ups and a small skate park type area with mounds and bowls for skateboards, scooters and bmx. The grass areas are well kept, but on the side of a hill. However there is a flatter area that has a small football pitch on it suitable for a kick about.

More front desk training required. Very confused checking in process, with muddled up names and details. No eye contact and no rapport with residents. Room was OK, but very tired decor and in need of maintenance in the bathroom. The breakfast was great however and regularly stocked. This is a hotel which serves the purpose of an overnight stay/short break, but could be so much better with a little work.

Never really noticed it until I moved nearby. Great space for getting some greenery.Lovely little paths up through the trees and links up to Arno's Vale cemetery too. Nice play area for the little kids Could do with the paths being a bit more weatherproof and the basketball hoop and jump track could do with a bit of love, but as an urban place to watch a sun rise or set, you can't really do better.

Generally nice place for a walk with children and a park to burn energy in but could do with some toilets by park because other wise you have to go to Burger King or back to the cafe but have seen many children pee in the bushes because the cant hold. Also the skate track is great for older kids too. I have lots of family here ; you bring back so many memories.

Great park with plenty of open (hilly) space! Perfect for jogging and offroad cycling, especially as there is a jump track here. There is also a small children's playground, in the centre, which is usually great, but when we visited last week (July '17) some of the play equipment was missing/broken, which is a shame for the kids as it's the summer holidays!

The park starts off at the back of Knowle and goes on through to arnos Vale (name of park also). It is a hidden gem. Large hill, the park has a childrens park and what looks to be a small skate park. It is quite beautiful & has Bath Road on the other side where you can go to centre of Bristol or the opposite direction, towards Bath.

Is a great place for the the kids, is a small park but is lovely all so very good to take the dogs for a walk, the have some benches ware you can have a rest seeing the kids having fun in the swings, all so I see a lot of people relaxing and reading, I recommend go and try.

Good place for walking dogs and entertaining children, the sand pit in particular is very nice. However, it's on days like this (29 Celsius) when I wish they had a little shop with some refreshments. Perhaps even a toilet, if I'm allowed to dream big.

Tidy well kept park with dog walk part skate board / BMX track small children's play area . Top of the hill peaceful with a bench to sit & take in the view Lovely place on a sunny day to spend a few hours doing very little except take in the view.

  • Vicky Davies

This is a lovely park with lots of space and woodland area. The children's play area is safe and well kept. Unfortunately there are no toilets which means that you can only stay for a few hours. The park would also benefit from a small cafe.

  • DAVE MORGAN

Good for walking the dog, but be aware, some dogs running free are not as friendly as their owners think. I don't let mine off the leash for that very reason. I know of more than one dog that's been attacked by a supposedly friendly dog.

  • Ramon Sanchez

Arno's court park has a kiddies park that is good with a line wire.walk up the hill and you can go into Arno's vale cemetery. Which is the spot for quiet contemplation.with many trees and wild spots it is a wildlife sanctuary.enjoy:)

  • Jan Labský

Really nice and tidy park, excellent for walking your dogs. The people and their dogs are usually very friendly, too! There's also a children's playground. The park is not suitable for running or sports, as it is very steep.

  • James Martin

Really nice playground with a zip wire, older climbing frame, lsrge sand pit, swings, side, trampoline. At the top there's a downhill pumptrack (not tarmac but pretty sturdy). Lots of space for dog walking and picnics too.

  • Andrew Viney

Really nice, hilly park with good views from the top. Good children's play area with swings, zip line, slide and other things. Plenty of benches and it backs on to some woodland. Really popular for sledging when it snows.

  • Dann Casswell

Great play area for the little one! Massive sand pit with some communal buckets and spades, good climbing, slides and a swing. Feels very safe and enclosed and will keep our five your old entertained for ages :)

  • Ian Chambers

A really nice picturesque park with a decent play park in it. The play park is mostly tailored for smaller children but has a good zip wire. The "skate park" looks like it's seen better days though.

  • Leah Baker

Its about 5mins from home and I love that you can walk through the woods into Arnos cemetery so much wildlife to be seen and quiet peaceful my 4year old loves the walk and the freedom to roam free

  • Joshua Wilkinson-Gavin

Perfect place in the sun! Amazing for families (but you may have to ask the hotel next to it for toilets). Lots of cute dogs! But theres always people smoking weed there, like always.

  • A M

Beautiful park that was really used during 2020 lockdown, huge space and lovely views. No toilets or cafe but for walking, exercise or an hour with the kids on a swing, its perfect!

  • Simon Pollard

Great big open space and a lovely kids play park for all ages
Playground
Swings and slide in a sandy area for little ones. Zip line and climbing area for the older ones.

  • Robert Fradgley

Good park for the kids. Great open space for them to run around plus a bike track up in the top corner. Brill place to walk the dog. All in all a park that we enjoy alot

  • Ben Williams

Convenient to get to, popular with dog walkers and plenty of space to let your dog off the lead. Some nice views from the top and you can get away from the traffic.

  • Lucy Coast

Amazing outdoor space. Beautiful woodlands, large park, fantastic paly area, and awesome pump track. I've never been here before but I'll definitely be coming back.

  • Claudia Dumitrascu

Such a great place to relax, enjoy your coffee or play with your kids or having a walk with your dog. Such great views and green spaces. Love it. My kids love it.

  • julie newbold

Came here with my granddaughter post covid restrictions. We found that we were easily able to distance and there was a nice range of equipment. Nice big sandpit

  • Matthew Payne

Great open space with park and BMX track. It's hilly so good for sledging when the snow comes that one day every couple of years, but bad for football. …

  • mike magee

A handy convenient cut through from Totterdown to Brislington. A nice place for the kids to play and take the dog for a walk and little people to set up home

  • Lake Kimsie

Big green space park leading to woods. Has a small child play park. Is just off main road but a big enough park you can get away from hubbub and relax.

  • Nicholas Cooper

Large open area great for dog walking. Children's play area and football pitches. Wouldn't recommend late at night as it attracts unpleasant company

  • Neil

Good selection of things for small children but for children 8 and upwards there not a lot to do except the bike track up in the corner of the park

  • Will Falconer

Nice large hillside park bordering the A4 but it seems quiet. Small play area looks as if it needs some investment Good views from top of the hill.

  • Iain Whitaker

Lovely little oasis of calm. Great kids play area and BMX track. Very popular with dog walkers, everyone that I've met there has been friendly.

  • Just “Shazza” Shazza

Had a lovely afternoon with my son and grandchildren. Very clean Plenty to do in the children's play area Secure - avoiding dogs getting in!

  • James Chorlton

Great for a dog walk, nice big hill for the pups to run up and down. Space for ball games and several poo bins! Amble parking in side roads.

  • Keith Turner

Quiet haven in the middle of a busy city scene. Great children's play area plus plenty of room to relax. Good place to walk a dog as well.

What a lovely littke oasis in Bristol. Just sat on the luscious grasses hillside and watched the world pass by for an hour.

  • JM A

Great little park - lots to keep you busy. Be aware that the BMW park can be busy and too difficult for under ten year old.

  • Andy Shore

A lovely spot. Decent equipment in the park, which is kept in good condition. Some nice walking/relaxing land around it too

  • Bruna Baldocchi
