Trying to set us off in a car with no front tires. Worst service ever. Lacking empathy. After two hours there came another car allegedly after washing, guy at car park said it was standing there for two days. The staff helping really had no care at all and we're sending a family off with 1.0 mm thread. Never ever again

The car we were given was not washed and it was difficult to conduct a pre inspection. The cabby hole's hatch was broken. The worst is thay the car xould not start mid the rental journey....what an inconvenience of making calls, arranging the tow and having to call uber as we now did not have a car for our plans.
