I’m a medical courier & I unfortunately had a lot of old “claims” from 2 years ago, to get my previous car towed when it broke down several times. Unfortunately car ins companies don’t explain that they will drop you for this. I had Geico for 8 years was told that they would not renew my policy because of the type of business I do, even though I’ve had this job for the past 4 years. But BTJ found me cheaper ins than I currently have & I appreciate their help

They do nothing for their customers my mom has been waiting a month for her new Policy to be reworked everytime she calls the Office they give her some lie about well he's not in and they will call you back and never do she wanted to know what her monthly payment will be and they told her they call you back never did finally she called the Customer Service in Ohio and they took care of her in 5 mins
