I was having a problem with my former insurance agent that didn't seem to know too much about the insurance policies that was offered and the service was not good at all. I started to leave Allstate Insurance and go to another company because of the lack of service, but instead, I called Fred Duke Jr. and he and I had a great conversation about insurance. He is very knowledgeable and very honest and because of that conversation, I was convinced to stay with Allstate. My wife and I have our Home, Auto's and our rentals all insured with Allstate and we are very pleased to have an insurance agent as kind,honest, friendly and knowledgeable as my agent, Fred Duke Jr..... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALLSTATE INSURANCE AND FRED TO ANYONE........THANK YOU MR. FRED

We have had Allstate for at least 30 years and have never had a pfoblem. Allstate and their agent, Fred J. Duke, are very professional and compident. They will do anything possible to see that you are truly satisfied in every way. Nobody wants to have to file a claim, but, if filing a claim is necessary, Fred Duke and all those at his agency, will provide you with courteous service and professional assistance to get your needs taken care of.

These reviews are fake. My brother had insurance on a camper there for 11 years. Water got in the roof and they immediately denied the claim. Camper sit in the repair shop at $20 per day plus the $280 for the estimate. They never called the repair shop we had to call them. We, my whole family will be leaving All State. I was told not to ever use All State. Taking advantage of hard working people like always….

We have paid for several years the All State car insurance and fortunately we have not needed to use the benefits of this insurance. We drive with confidence, because we trust in a good company such as All State Insurance, is with us at the moment that we will required them services. They contact us every month about if we have concerns or questions about our insurance and about their offers.

Fred has been very knowledgeable, professional and also has a great sense of humor. I started out with my car insurance and now have renters insurance. Anytime I have a question Fred responds in a very timely manner. I would recommend Fred and Allstate to my friends and family. My daughter in law sent me to them and I am glad she did.

Rude very rude. To my elderly grandfather who he called senile, when he is just hard of hearing. His assistant, Ruby, was also rude to my mother, who was just trying to assist. And also to the receptionist at our local body shop and another Allstate agent from our local agency. I would not recommend investing in this particular office

Fred and his team are great! Needed a last minute change on a package of investment properties with a challenging issue on one of the homes. They responded quickly with all needed changes within the afternoon! I highly recommend Fred Duke Allstate for their professional above and beyond service!!
