We had a FEMA check that needed to be endorsed from flood damage and we have our house financed with bank of America( for now soon to change ). We sat there for 2 hours only to hear over the phone during a call to corporate to cash the check. Then we went to the counter and because we don't have a checking account they could not cash it and we would have to send it into corporate ! 2 hours later we still dont know any more than we did when we arrived. The manager was a total ass, the associate we worked with had no clue what he was doing and we still don't have any idea what we need to do to get our money !

Waited in line for 35 mins, the bank workers went to the back of the line to help people that just walked in, while the people in the front, including myself, continued to wait without help. They told me that I'd have to be helped by someone in one of the separate rooms, this was now going on an hour of me waiting there, and I sat down in the chairs to wait. One of the bank workers came over and asked who was in line first, took someone before me, walked over and told me that I'd have to wait another 30 mins before I was helped. At that point I decided to leave. This place is an inefficient mess.

I have nothing but good things to say about my visit today. The environment was very clean and attractive. The nicest BoA that I've ever been to actually. I was acknowledged immediately after entering the line and was told i could wait on the couch while someone came to help me. I only sat for about 30 seconds before Margaret came over. She was very friendly and professional and it was a great visit. Glad I chose this one to go to.

I LOVE banking with BOA, but this location is pretty awful. We had a 30 min appointment scheduled for 12:30pm. It’s 12:50pm and we are still waiting in the lobby for help. My husband and I (recently wed) had a tough choice to make when it came to joint accounts. I persuaded him to leave Pinnacle Financial Bank for BOA. This is not a good first impression and is making my reconsider my decision too...

Worst BOA I've ever been to. This branch handles our Business banking and it NEVER takes less than 20 minutes of waiting in line to get our Deposits done. I've actually asked our Corporate Office to change banks since this branch fails miserably at getting customers in/out in a timely manner.

I waited over 30 minutes and the bankers were very friendly with everyone but not efficient in getting anything done. There are a lot of people waiting instead of getting customers what they need and moving on to next customer they are standing around and wasting time. :( poor service

Door is open, sign says 9 to 4 and when you go inside you have no one there to help, stayed 30 minutes inside without getting any help, when you can, no answer. Wast of time if you go in the morning to this location, go after 10 am only.

They never answer the phone. Ever! I guess, because their always short staffed. Sometimes their machines work, but most of the time they don't. If you got time to waits, go to this branch. But if you dont, go somewhere else.

I have had to come into the store three times to do business and all three times they are woefully understaffed at the counter. The service once I got it was great, but I had to wait a long time to get it.... Not happy

Went there with a friend that has a Bank of America account, to cash an IRS check. They told us they were not able to let her cash it even if we showed them that we saw on internet that was possible and sent us away.

Service is good from tellers once you get up there. The wait times are VERY long. The management is unhelpful and smug. This branch is very understaffed. Do not bother going through the drive thru.

Drive thru is never open and the lun we s inside is almost out the door, I trust BOA with the majority of my finances and you cant even staff this location. Maybe time for a change after 20 years.

They don’t answer the phone NO excuse I’ve called multiple times to this location and they never answer!!!!! Even if it’s not a call center answer the phone!

The wait time here is ridiculous. Get more employees. I sit in the line at least 25 minutes every time I come to this location.
