The only reason I went to this bank in the first place is so I can deposit cash into my account and have it transferred to my bank account with Ally. When I first opened the account I was told that I could transfer funds at no cost, all I'd have to do is maintain a $500 balance. After I opened the account, I was told that it would cost money to transfer money from my account to my Ally account if the teller did it. So, I asked about how to do it online. I was given no help at the branch, and just told to contact the phone number. I called the phone number and was finally shown how only to find out that moving money from one account to the other is going to cost me money. Furthermore, I kept getting semantics from the people at the branch and on the phone. "It's not a transfer, it's an ACH" I don't care what it's called, I want to move money from one place to another without having to pay money. These people did what they could to get me to open an account, and did nothing for me after I did.

We are a small business in Las Vegas since 1976. In all those years we have done business with several banks. A couple of years back we kept having identity theft with Chase Bank...they repeatedly allowed criminals to cash checks on our account all over the US. A friend suggested Bank of Nevada..the Centennial Branch specifically..so we made the move. That was the best move our company has EVER made. Ashley and the Staff at the Centennial Branch are AMAZING! They have made our life so much easier and continue to amaze me every day with how they take such good care of us. If you are not happy with your current banking situation, go to Bank of Nevada...you will NOT be disappointed.

I love banking with Bank of Nevada, especially this branch. When you walk in everyone greets you with a smile. I have never had to wait in line, unlike other banks. Also they remember your name and make you feel like a VIP. Amy is a great teller. She is super personable and we always have a great chat about what’s going on in our lives. She feels like a friend that I get to catch up with every time I bank. The manager Josie is also very accommodating and goes above and beyond for us anytime we have a request. Overall I highly recommend doing business with this small bank. They make you feel important, and they know that your time is important.

Bank of Nevada, Sienna branch is the best. Gina Major, Ester and Kelly are their most helpful Employees that we deal with. We have been banking with them for over ten years. They have become more like family. We just love them.
