Firstly let me say i have used this florist more times than i care to remeber, over the years (mainly for funeral flowers) but for birthdays, thank you, & mothers day too and have spent hundreds of pounds, The floweres are stunning, However the reason, i am only giving this place one star is because, i recently lost my mother, the one thing i thought would be effortless was the flowers, both me and my mom have used beaufort florist for years, i knew exactly what i wanted, a week before the funeral i went in sat down with the lady she started writing my order down... Then asked me what date i wanted them i told her 18th of aprill... She looked at me and said "we cant do them" First i thought she ment the flowers i wanted in the coffin sprey.. (Because i had got as far as picking the floweres, colours ect)... She said its bank holiday! We are closed. I was devestated, I asked if may be i could take them on the weekend she said No were closed friday -tuesday. I almost burst out crying in front of her! I asked do you know any where that will be open that you could recomend, She said "google it" Wow... What customer service, I wont be useing them again, I did eventually finde a florist, i remembered driving past a couple of times but had never used it, as like i said we always used beaufort. Cupid blooms!, by the time i got to that florist i was in tears, i kept thinking my mom was not going to have any floweres at her funeral because of the bank holiday! So at cupid blooms i asked are you open bank holiday, The lady said "whats it for" i told her funeral floweres, for my mom, She said" we was going to close" But as its funeral floweres we will do them for you! They were stunning, and half the price of beauforts, The lady was lovely, freindly and proffesional, She took the sprey bank holiday monday to the funeral home, and delivered the rest of the flowers tuesday morning. I dident expect some one i never used before to be so kinde, When the lady a beaufort, never even offered a tissue, let alone a recomendation! Dont get confussed its not just what was said, Its the way it was said! Am i the only one that thinks compassion and customer service is important!

A call from Yorkshire and arranged by Beaufort Florists Birmingham. It couldn’t have been smoother .. During lockdown January 2021 I contacted the team at Beaufort Florists to send flowers to my aunt for her birthday. The BF team did not disappoint me .. on the day they kindly sent me a picture of the beautiful bouquet they created and I and my aunt were over the moon. Fast forward January 2022 .. BF were so accommodating and helpful I didn’t look anywhere else. Again they delivered the highest standard of customer service and care. Again they forwarded me a pic before my order was ready for delivery. Again the flowers were beautiful and long lasting. I would like to thank Liz and Leianne who were very patient and went above and beyond regards their customer care. I look forward to calling Beaufort Florists again because I know from Yorkshire to Birmingham they will deliver more than flowers, it will be an experience rare these days. if only there where minus stars, Ordered my fathers funeral flowers provided a picture of what we wanted, assured us they could do it with no problem, on returning the cards the day before the funeral we asked if we could see it they said it was in progress and advised it wouldn't look exactly as we had asked but would be very similar, on receiving the reef my mother and family where left devastated at the shambles we had received and paid £175 for, I would advised people looking for a skilled, passionate and reasonably priced florist to drive a little further and speak to the wonderful staff at Petals of Madinah, as for Beaufort florists and inter flora shame on you we had limited flowers at the funeral as my dad wasn't a fan so this reef was vital we cant go back and changed this but sincerely hope they avoid this shop at all cost unless you want to buy flowers ready for the bin

I discovered Beaufort Florist back in July of this year. Since then I’ve had 5 star service all the way from Sue and the team. I send a lot of thank you flowers for all sorts of reasons. The flowers the recipients have received have been outstanding! The pleasure they have bought has been second to NONE! Sue and the team will often advise me on the type of arrangement most suitable which takes the pressure off me phew! As I’m very busy with my own business. Equally though if there has been a very specific request they have always done their up most to accommodate me. I had lived in the Alum Rock area for the first 18 years of my life. As long as I can remember there has always been a florist here. I then moved away to London often returning to visit family. Over the years I've come to rely on this florist for flowers and they have always accommodated last minute pop in requests, on the day deliveries for occasions such as Eid, Mothers day, funerals, births and simple thank you. Always do a great job. Conveniently located as you come of the motorway. I would suggest to anyone to forget Tescos and use the SAME amount of money for a more personalised, fresher bouquet of flowers. Highly recommended and great friendly staff.

I have been using Beaufort Florists for a good 3-4 years, for everything from birthday to anniversary flowers and all have been very high quality. Most recently, I had the unfortunate need to order funeral flowers, and so already knew that I would enquire with Beaufort. I spoke to Sue about a custom order, and received an amazing service throughout, from quotation to delivery. The flowers were really wonderful, and a real special tribute to the occasion. Ordered 2 bouquets of flowers this morning following the birth of or granddaughter -Julie at Beaufort was extremely helpful as the flowers had to be delivered to Dudley and it was hard to find an interflora agent there. Nothing was too much trouble as Julie contacted a florist by phone who would deliver to that area (this wasn't showing up on the internet ). Therefore we got our flowers delivered thanks to Julie so would definitely recommend thank you !

We have family and friends in the UK and placed our order from Australia at 3.04am (UK time) for a special birthday delivery. This was our second time using Beaufort Florists and have been impressed by them both times. Our friend was very happy with her delivery bouquet and sent us photos on Facebook to thank us. I used this florist to arrange some funeral flowers for close friends. They are not local to me so it was a case of scouring the internet and choosing. What a good choice I made. I needed a local florist near to woodlands cemetery, as I live in Essex I had to blindly choose as I have no knowledge of florists in this area, thank goodness I chose Beaufort, from the initial order to the delivery I cannot fault the service, the funeral flowers were outstanding as was the whole experience thank you Beaufort you made a sad day very special.

As a customer they had created a beautiful hand tied for a relative. I'd recommend that you consider ordering your floral gifts with them should the occasion arise. In my professional opinion as a Florist with 8 years experience, the hand tied was appropriately sized, made with care and possessing a respectable flower value for a £60 hand tied.

I telephoned on Friday to request a birthday bouquet for an 11 year old. They were helpful; prepared to make up a bouquet, despite being busy and sent it early on Monday for our great-grandaughter's birthday. I've seen photos and the flowers were beautiful and special for an 11year old. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend them.

1st Class service yet again. Only place to buy flowers from. 1st class flowers, 1st class service. marks of out 10...I would give 20!!!! Even waited behind 20 mins after closing as I was running late. Wife always amazed with quality of flowers. Require flowers for any occasion...then I strongly suggest using Beaufort Florists

Amazing service and products, 10/10. My neighbours took in my delivery as I wasn’t home and kept it, I called the store and Sue was kind enough to replace the package which was taken. Amazing service. I ordered from American and I made a mistake when I placed my order. They quickly sent me an email inquiring and then corrected my order and sent it out first thing the next business day. So happy with them and my Mother in law said the flowers are lovely! Ordered a wreath for a funeral and just wanted to say how lovely it was. It was a traditional wreath with red carnations roses and foliage. Well this is a little weird- I ordered and received a bouquet which (for my wife) any lady would be happy with- except I have my own formula for bouquets which works out much much more flowers- so nice but a little weird and I will not be going back- require more flowers

I didn't get to see what I ordered as it was a surprise for a friend. The friend in question,however, was absolutely delighted. This was also a hassle-free transaction, they did what they said they'd do and they did it on time at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Visited yesterday as I needed a bouquet last minute on budget the florist was friendly and very helpful. Made me a lovely bouquet just what i wanted within 10 minutes. The receiver was very impressed too. Will be using Beaufort florist again.
