16.05.21 - Visited lozells Road branch, ordered a 10inch cake, woman serving didn't even ask if I wanted fruit or chocolate as decoration. Sorry to say but the cake was awful, dry and definitely wasn't fresh, Bismillah Bakery cakes used to be really nice but quality has definitely dropped.

Cakes are amazing when made fresh and not the day or week before. Whole family/friends enjoy it however recently the quality’s been dropping as the fresh cream isn’t fresh as the base was made before which ruins the cake and mood however heres some motivation for improvement

Brought a birthday cake for a family member from the lozells branch cake turned out very dry and fresh cream was extremely sweet very disappointed waste of money I definitely don’t recommend this place, I personally think Stratford road branch is definitely 100 x better.
