This CVS is very limited with items, considering the fact that it's pretty huge. From a highschooler's point of view, this CVS has a horrible customer service. Usually there is only one cashier, at the front. The staff is extremely rude and careless. During one occasion, the cashier yelled at me because I looked away from the paying screen for a couple of seconds. The manager bans people so casually. At one point, I saw him ban people for standing in front of the building, because they were "in the way," when they were clearly on the side. This CVS is located near 2 schools, so the staff should expect a lot of kids and be nice and patient with them. I personally have been banned, for "playing around with an umbrella," when I was just holding it in line, clicking the button to see if it actually works. Overall, this CVS is one of the worst ones I've been in. Highly recommend all people to stay away. The staff is awful and the manager is very rude. Kids will be kids, and if the manager can only handle them by banning the young customers, then he needs to find another job for him.

Super rude manager here. Called to ask about someone using my card and the manager put me on hold and never came back. I called back again and he just hung up on me. Then I called again and he rudely said he cannot help me and he's busy. Then you should have come back and said that instead of putting the customer on hold forever or hanging up the phone when they call back again. Not professional at all. I previously called in a different CVS store about the same issue and the workers there were so nice and helpful. Super disappointed by the behaviors of the workers here. This happened on Friday Apr 29 12PM, so please trace back to which manager this is and give discipline actions.

Ordered a prescription by doctor for ear infection on a Monday. Received daily text messages pharmacy was working on getting it filled. Called on a Friday late afternoon to get status. After being on hold 15 minutes was told manufacturer no longer made this drug! 5 days I waited to get this filled and they never checked on this order! Pharmacists suggested since it was the weekend and I was not able to get ahold of doctor to go to urgent care for a different prescription and proceeded to hang up on me.

Elderly cashier (tall with glasses) is outright rude and lacks basic customer service skills and yet he is still employed there, which says something about this place. Yes he is elderly citizen but if he can’t learn he has no right to be in the job market. Sorry had to be blunt.

The people here are so rude and one of them even made me cry cause they were so rude and dismissive. The lady kept cutting me off when I was speaking saying she was busy. Don't go to this Cvs find another one where people are nice and speak to you kindly.

Good staff and stock. The cashiers are helpful and will be willing to help you. Overall a good store. Just do not come at around 3:00 because that is when the kids from Bret Harte come to hangout in front of the store.

My family will not ever go anywhere else for our RXs if at all possible. The staff here is so very courteous and helpful!! I dont know any pharmacies anymore that actually care about their customers. This place ROCKS!!

It’s impossible to get anyone to answer the darn phone. Store and/or Pharmacy. I’m beyond frustrated. Nothing like getting a Rx home to find out it’s defective and no one there will answer the phone.

There isn’t that wide a selection of items and the manager always starts yelling at kids (understandably but he needs to be more patient). He always bans people from coming in for no good reasons.

Justin helped me on July 31, 2023. Justin was very cheerful, knowledgeable, caring, and an asset to your corporation . He was my cashier. Such a wonderful man to have on your CVS team !

Very bad attitude towards customer, a cashier who doesn't believe customer satisfaction. I strongly reccomend to provide training to this kind of cashier.

Zero customer service, they have the nastiest man at their register. Items not marked on the shelf so when I get to the register my coupons don’t work!

The store is clean and plenty of parking. The staff and management needs a lot of training in customer service and customer relations.

The staff here is always friendly and available and helpful. They have a nice selection of items and are a great local cvs.

This location does not have a Photo Center. They can not take Passport photos at this location. :-)

Horrible pharmacy service. It takes a long long time even for a simple pickup.
