Very professional i was helped by a banker he’s name is Christian, he helped me open up my business account and was very very professional and knowledgeable, he went an extra mile in helping me getting a business credit card too, will definitely bank with chase as long as there’s bank representative like CHRISTIAN
The manager LUIS CANARIO from this branch is extremely rude and unprofessional. my family had been doing business with this bank many years now and never encountered someone like this character. We hope to find a new manager in this branch, because employees like this are the ones destroying businesses reputation.
I feel like i do not belong at that bank as a customer. I feel like i could get more help if i had more money. I feel like i am asking for help in the wrong place at the wrong time always. More money more business for Chase not for me and my overdrafts making Chase bank richer while i struggle.
No personalized service nowadays anymore. A bank that can't provide a courtesy fax is not a bank I'm sure I want holding my money. Poor loan products, poor/no commercial lending products. Sad reminder of why I went elsewhere. No added benefits to having money here :-(

This branch is full of incompetent bankers. They have misspelled my name or business name on all of my business accounts causing funds to be frozen for weeks at a time and forcing me to come in and resign papers over and over multiple times
I went here at 11am Saturday 23rd 2019. I wanted to deposit my $3450. I gave all $3450 to banker staff and he received it and counted it. The first time he said $3480, the second time he said only $3400, I didn’t believe and told him count

Had to wait almost an hour to do a simple stop payment on a cashiers check. They are understaffed, DONT go during busy times.
