"Overall folks are pretty nice but the facilities are in pretty bad shape compared to other Cinemarks I've been to"
"Always inconsiderate and loud people, dirty bathrooms"
"Worst movie theater ever!! Just went with my cousins and sister and they didn’t let us because either everybody has to be 18 or at least have a parent or guardian"
"There is enough parking available thanks to the open shopping center and cinema seats are super comfortable"
"Very nice Theatre and they show all of the latest movies at an affordable place"
Overall folks are pretty nice but the facilities are in pretty bad shape compared to other Cinemarks I've been to. The popcorn is consistently worse than others as well. It tastes like they dont change the oil and remove old kernals. I cant eat popcorn kernals. Also they sell a large drink that doesnt fit the cupholders. Super sad.
Always inconsiderate and loud people, dirty bathrooms. Every time I go I need a refund! It is close to my home I tried again and had to reduce the rating to 1 star and if I could give 0 or negative stars this would be it. Stay away!! Go to nicer theater where they respect the customers by having decent customer service.
Worst movie theater ever!! Just went with my cousins and sister and they didn’t let us because either everybody has to be 18 or at least have a parent or guardian. Clearly my cousin and I we are 28 and 24. Take the freaking curfew off no need to have it. Let us enjoy our time together watching a movie.
There is enough parking available thanks to the open shopping center and cinema seats are super comfortable. There's also ample room between rows and it doesn't feel like you're getting a lap dance when people are crossing in front of you. The popcorns were a shame though, really turned off.
Very nice Theatre and they show all of the latest movies at an affordable place. Its disappointing that the Baldwin Crenshaw mall is no longer the same with all the stores they used to have. A lot of the stores actually moved out and they had a few and far in between.
I never had a bad experience in the past years I've visited; affordable pricing and friendly staff. It can sometimes use more attention to sanitation (popcorn or food on the floor, messy countertops) other than this great place to sit and enjoy the show.
I came to the theater at 8pm with my sister and did not let us in because I'm under 18 that I have to come with an parent to enter when clearly on their door it said parent and GUARDIAN she's clearly my guardian please hire people that can read signs
There’s apparently a curfew now for kids under 18 and no where on the website was this mentioned. Also it doesn’t matter if you’re over 18 and bring your siblings, the PARENT has to be there and show ID … Imagine how disappointed my little
This theater has changed brands at least 4 times in the last 15 years, and each change has brought some improvements. Patrons can now reserve seats in the theater, which is great. I noticed several new food kiosks/machines, with self serve
This place is terribly discriminatory towards people who don't have a car. The manager wouldn't let me in with my skateboard even using the excuse saying it was because it might roll down in the theaters. Hello I have a backpack that can
This was a nice movie theater. The concession stands was pretty slow. They only have one bathroom in its at the front when you enter the movie theaters by the box office to buy tickets, so if you have a movie that's all the way up in the
What an amazing experience it was to be at this theater again. The last time I was there was for Black Panther. I was there again tonight for Just Mercy, and the energy was palpable. An incredibly powerful movie. Michael B. Jordan showed
I’m giving cinemark a 1 star review because when I got to the door to go in to watch the troll movie with me and my children which they have been looking forward to for AGES. They discriminated us told us to leave and calls us offensive
I've been visiting this movie theater by myself since 2009. It's my neighborhood movie theater and I keep coming back because of their student discount offer. The popcorn is always on point and the family friendly environment is always
I went to go see a friend of mine movie (back on the strip) that came out on friday. I went sunday and they only had one showing around 9:30am. Its so sad that they could not let the movie pkay for at least a week at a normal time
The Employee here Make It A Very Unfriendly Environment It Seems Like They Get Off On Trying To Make The Trouble Teen Mad They Always Seem Upset It's Just A Matter Of Time Before Someone Is Seriously Hurt Here Or Even Killed
Comfy and relaxed. Clean. Friendly staff. Prices and what they should be (we paid about $10 each for a movie at 7:55pm on a Thursday). As far as COVID, the staff wear masks, however the customers may choose whether
I wouldn't recommend this Cinemark to others because they had removed multiple groups and never informed anyone about the curfew, which is from 3 p.m. to 12 a.m., and we couldn't enter for a PG-13 movie without ID.
Went to see The Color Purple. Everything was ok. Just the people inside talking too much. Theatre was clean , concession lines are quick and my cashier was very nice. Tuesdays I Matinee day so tickets are $6.50
I really love going to Cinemark Baldwin Hills the movie never be crowded. Also the price is right for seniors. I think it was $6.35 for me and my Big Sister. The service is excellent.
The entire preview time the lights were on full. Have no idea why. Kinda ruins the feel of the movies sitting in broad fluorescent daylight while watching cinematic previews.
Cool theatre. The staff there are very kind and polite. The blonde-haired white gentleman (I forgot his name) at the ticket booth was very kind, explaining all the movies to
They turn you away at the door even if you bought tickets already if you are under 18. I took 3 teens to see a pg 13 movie and they tried to turn me away. I am 27 years old.
Courteous and friendly service. Never crowded. Fresh popcorn and pizza. They even have blankets for sale in the lobby, in case you get cold. Ample parking …
Love it , my kids have Autism any they were so comfortable, staff was so friendly and supportive towards the different needs my kids needed. I will come here again!!
The theatre has staff that provide great customer service. The movies down to the snacks are always a hit with the grown ups down to the kiddos. Def recommend!
Need ID to enter due to curfew. Stated that my parents passed away and they would not allow my younger sister in with me even though I am her legal guardian.
The acts were good. The logistics were off. A lot. Program started about an hour and a half after schedule. Who knows why. Frankly, it just doesn’t matter.
Quick and easy using the booth to get tickets. Went in a Thursday to see John Wick 4, it was calm, not crowded, and spacious. Very chill vibe too.
This theatre is the best, the atmosphere is fantastic and the staff was awesome, but the movie The Color Purple best! Movie of the year
Always a pleasure going to see a movie here. It’s messy sometimes but over all the security and the ticket scanner person are nice ..
Loved the way they remodeled the seats are comfortable but the whole time during the movie felt like something was crawling on us
We always come to tCinemark Baldwin Hills it is close to us, and the staff is very friendly, and the place is impeccably clean.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN SHOW ID!!!! Ur telling me this curfew started a month ago but didn’t bother to put it on the website!
WENT THERE ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON FOR SENIOR PRICES EXCELLENT SERVICE AND GOOD QUALITY SERVICE. GOOD PARKING AND SAFE
Awesome place!! Highly recommended if you wanna watch a movie or go shopping. Or window shopping too...
Small but good theater. Good for families and plenty of parking space across from the building.
The Manager and supporting team was way off. They truly missed the mark with customer service.
They are the rudest security at the door. Treat people like nothing with no respect.
