Terrible customer service!!! When I got there I attempted to leave a ticket for my sister at the front who was joining us later, only to be met with unnecessary resistance from the staff, including the manager Sandy. Why?? Why not to do it?? To make matters worse, when my sister arrived with her son with a little scooter, they were denied entry, and there was no designated parking for scooters. The lack of accommodation for such situations was frustrating and inconvenient. Even when we left the scooter at the front, we were still met with resistance to enter the theater, despite not having the scooter with us at that point. This inflexibility and lack of understanding was very inconvenient!!! I appreciate the need for rules, but a bit more flexibility and customer understanding would go a long way. I hope the management addresses these issues for a better customer experience in the future. And those ppl like Sandy should not be working in a customer service!
We had a horrible experience today with the so called "manager name Emily" of the Cinemark at the Howard Hughes location. We have service dogs and she did not want to let us in. We tried to show her the badges and documents but she didn't even look at them and instead she kept saying that there is no documentation for service dog and that is not true. She should get more information regarding PSD. We were very dissapointed and sad cause even as we tried to explained the only thing we received was a very bad attitude and a derogatory treatment from her in front of everybody that was going in to the theater. I really hope they can get more information and correct this issue as soon as possible.
The place is nice! It was my 1st time being there and I was very pleased with the views and place itself! It had some awesome sitting areas on the main floor and top next to the theatre entrance. The theatre itself was pretty cool. We were greeted by an employee that made a face about the customer that entered before us The place was pretty damn clean. We did purchase the tickets online so didn't really speak to the staff. The theatre itself seemed pretty clean and happy with our visit overall. And it's way cheaper than AMC! WAY CHEAPER!
I use to love this theater. My daughter and I went last night to see The Color Purple and it was clear that they are understaffed. There was trash on the ground, no cleaning between shows, my cupholder had a used napkin in it and the floor was slippery. The lights stayed on during the trailers, AND for the first 20 minutes of the movie. Multiple people went to complain and it took forever for someone to come and simply turn off the lights. How hard is it to turn off the lights?
Watched Avatar 2 in 3DXD. Glasses come wrapped, screen is massive, and seats were okay, they didn’t recline or anything. Bought tickets online for about $20, and scanned QR code upon entry. There’s a parking garage that charges $5 for 4 hours and varies for fewer/more hours. Theatre is located in the shopping promenade with other stores-mostly food related in the area. Only docking a star because the movie seat comfortability is important to me during a long movie!
Ok size of theatre, has many screens, the cheaper option of seats are decent, was not as clean as it should have been especially in the area where people buy all the snacks, have a freestyle self serve drinks machine, not surprisingly had run out of all the popular flavours, all the regular snacks. Overall: average cinema ok to watch a film on short notice.
Nasty, unclean, unkept. Went to see the Color Purple on 12/25 they "forgot" to turn the lights off for the first 25mins of movie. The seat were dirty, and the floors were filthy. The seat left a gross stain on my brand new jogging pant. Shame, shame on Cinemark! NEVER RETURNING AGAIN
The theater is located in The Promenade at Howard Hughes Center. You have pay for the parking. Even with validation ,there is charge of $2.80. The ticket and the concession stand prices were not bad. My only concern was the seats, bit crampy.
I had a great time watching the Blue Beetle there. Had to support the Latino community! Nice and clean theater. Everyone watching the movie was focused on the movie and not causing any problems.
