The pharmacist was rude and was shouting at me she didn't even wear her name tag and did not introduce herself to me.An African lady she had dreadlocks.I was then assisted by a lady with a surname Mandetti (i hope I got the surname right) whom she said was her supervisor at the time after I requested to see the rude pharmacist's manager . I've never been so humiliated.Besides bieng patients behind the counter , we are humans. No one deserves to be treated like that..if she wanted a fight she should have just told me to wait for her outside when she knocks off!

Very disappointed with clicks services,, there are 8 till point in the store and that on sunday when i was in the store there was 2 quees,, 1 for normal shopping quee n the other was for dispensary medications,, out of the 8 till only 1 till was open, while other staff stood or sat behind there tills,,, attitude of security is very bad one day someone will loose it and there will be trouble there,, security, staffs n management dont own us for them to bully or have an attitude against us, we are customers and we all pay yourlls salary at the end on the month

I was looking for a bump ointment that I had bought before on medical aid. The guy helping me by the surname of Ngcobo was very arrogant with me and told me to go and look for it in the shelves. After I told him I just bought this thing few months back that's when he checked in the computer and confirmed that it was there, and didn't bother to apologize for his bad attitude. I hate the attitude Black consultants give to Black customers sometimes!!

Have only been here once and had a horrible experience. Had more joy at the other pharmacy in the centre. They were not using the ticketing system for some reason. When o did take a ticket they said it is not valid and I should just wait in line. The ticketing system is there for good reason so that I can cary on shopping while I wait. What seemed like a floor manager was fairly rude.

Rude Manager. Rude nurse. You're not allowed to be seen at the clinic without paying first because "so many customers don't pay". Then you get crapped on for being too long in the queue. Then you get told there is no point in having the test Seriously, go somewhere else. They're super at Lilies Quarter.

I had gone to another local pharmacy before I could go to clicks, I was given tables and other medication that was not effective. I hot to clicks, I was assisted by a sweet short Indian lady, who gave me just one medication that was so spot on this was such a rewarding experience. Thank you! …

I would put zero if I could .... Shocking ... Are there actually any phones in the store as I waited 10 min on the phone for someone to answer but no answer it just went off.... I tried every number the guys tells you to phone .... Shocking... Shocking

worst clicks ever. Ques are very very very very long. General staff are below the standard that i am used to except the Pharmacy staff which are knowledgeable ,friendly. The ques must be addressed is very frustrating especially when you are ill.

Bad service. Staff walking around talking while the queues are long. The manager Sku, is so disruptive. Jokes with staff while they are seeing to the customers. This in turns makes you wait while they talk.

A store like clicks do not hire a receptionist. this is so sad with so much people unemployed.1 hour and i still can not get through to clicks Pinecrest.Bad service
