I gave them 5 stars 1 year ago when i bought my hybrid Kona bike from them. After the gentleman custom tailored it to my leg / torso dimensions and riding style, I couldn't ask for more. I could coast for blocks, and blocks, barely pedaling, and it could jump curbs and do a few tricks as needed for surviving the Urban terrain, but I've never been completely satisfied with the thin tires, or lack of springs. It's a pretty tough bike to have endured a year with me in the city streets of Chicago. After about 5,000 miles and being hospitalized after 3 car hit & runs, I felt i should have a professional look at the mechanics, and took it back into the shop, and I was maybe a week from my 1 warranty expiring. They couldn't fit me in for a tune-up then, but they scheduled me for a tune-up outside my warranty period, because I had brought it in before. :) After the micro-adjustments even, the bike is feeling like a freshly tuned musical instrument, and after the proper tune-up everything is like new. :) They only charged me for the parts necessary. The 1 year warranty you get with buying a cycle from your neighborhood comrade's is worth it, even if you rarely bring it in. These folks are awesome, knowledgeable, and professional. Additionally, the sticker logo on your bike gains automatic respect with local cyclists as well. stacks of compliments. Side note: it is kind of a mysterious place, and I found it interesting that the front door didn't have a spring or ramp for your bike. Its kind of a tight squeeze in and out, so it wasn't obvious that it was a bike shop from the street level looking in. Its always kind of a shuffle going in and out with your ride, but I've never been disappointed with the results. Comrade Cycles shall retain all 5 stars <3

I recently went to Comrades for a hydraulic brake installation. Upon retrieving it, not only did the brakes feel spongy, but I also discovered that the hinge on my e-bike display was damaged. It’s essential to note that their involvement with the e-bike display should have been limited solely to the mounting of the hydraulic brake levers. There was no other reason to interfere with it. Additionally, the fact that my bike was a conversion should not have influenced their approach or the quality of the hydraulic brake installation, but it seems it did. When I addressed my concerns with the shop, their response was disheartening. Rather than investigating the issue, they were quick to deflect blame onto my choice of components. They critiqued the “cheap AliBaba conversion kit” which it isn’t and looked down upon my choice of Magura MT5 brakes, despite these brakes having generally positive feedback elsewhere. One staff member did suggest re-bleeding the brakes, which I appreciate. However, the remedy for the damaged display was merely to superglue the bracket. Given the display’s importance and value, this felt like a dismissive solution. Honesty and accountability are key in any service industry. I wish Comrades had demonstrated these qualities more robustly instead of sidestepping responsibility. My hope was, and remains, for a professional and fair resolution.

I went in with a request on a wheel truing, asking for some feedback on the state of my wheel. A person took my wheel and was back in less then 5 minutes and wanted to charge me 20.00 for their service. I asked for details about spoke tensions and said that you could not have possibly correctly Surveyed my wheel. Besides the 20.00 for less then 5 minutes of obtuse work done. Just from asking about the shady work performed the owner called me a Misogynist. Hmm. Get this straight I don’t care who does the work, just do it correctly. So I asked why I was a misogynist and what did he mean and the few standing around started laughing saying “you don’t know what a mysogynist is?” I said “I know what it is but what’s the reason you call me one? “ He never gave me one. As he kicked me out the door he made a comment about my family, most likely because he’s seen me walk by w/ my nieces. I lived down the block. Low for any person to bring someone’s family into a wheel tru dispute. Loser! I bought a tru stand and Tensiometer and did it myself better then they did. I spent much money there before this occurred. My suggestion to anybody is just find a different shop. They will be nice to you until you disagree with them. A common theme nowadays it seems like. Not a good bicycle shop.

I really want to be loyal to this place, but their tune-up process is preventing me from doing that. You have to take your bike in once to get an assessment. They'll tell you what's wrong with it and what they need to do. But you can't leave it there. You have to make an appointment to bring it back A SECOND TIME. They might keep it for a few days and clean it up -- then you can take your bike for a freedom ride. At other bike shops around the city, you call, make an appointment and bring it in ONE TIME -- which saves me the hassle of trying to fit two excursions to the bike shop into my schedule. I love my bike, but my time is pretty valuable, so I have to take it to another shop for tune ups and that's where I'll likely buy all of the accessories (new bottle cages, bar tape, break pads, tubes, tires) that I need to get me through the summer. You totally lost a customer who loves to spend money on her bike. I know... I'm pretty bummed about it, too, but they left me no choice. Your response is absurd. I don't want to leave my bike at all, but it needs to be tuned up. Why is it so hard to make an appointment and get the assessment all at once? Diagnose the problems and tell me when it should be ready while I'm there. That's how everyone else does it.

Wowow is all I can say. I'm a crit racer and was in town for the Intelligentsia Cup. An unfortunate collision of bikes mid-race left me with several broken spokes on my PCW wheel and no spare. Comrade Cycles fit me into their schedule promptly (in spite of the bike industry going gang-busters right now). They were able to replace my spokes the same day as drop-off and charged me a very reasonable price. The next day- I popped back in for a front and rear brake pad replacement, which once again, they serviced me upon my walk in and had me ready to roll in less than a half hour. The mechanic whose name I don't know (super tall, lovely eyes, and tattoos) also noticed my headset was loose--- he offered to take a look and again, went above and beyond in making sure my bike was race ready. Forever grateful to this shop for squeezing me in and making sure my bike was safe and ready to rail some turns at speed. Much love from Indiana! - A grateful comrade.

I can't compare prices in Chicago, but this place and the guys staffing it are nice, and prices seemed fair. They only charge for work they do, so they checked my bike and found nothing that needed doing that could be done, so they didn't charge me. They were helpful with trail recommendations and general bike information and advice. I told them I'd wait so they worked on my bike right away and called me in less time than they predicted. As far as services, I expect they can do pretty much anything bike-related I'd need. They don't stock a ton of stuff, but the things they had seemed fairly priced, about the same as on Amazon. There's lots of paid parking out front which is convenient, and it's a crapshoot block to block as far as permit parking goes in the surrounding area. Overall very fair, and I can't imagine being too much happier with another shop.

  • Franklin Joaquin

I entered their shop two weeks prior to purchasing a bike and Steve assisted me with finding the right bike for my height. These peeps are dope. Steve informed me on what options were good for a novice/beginner cyclist. I felt no pressure to purchase throughout my time looking for a bike with them, and they spoke to me without using confusing jargon. I told them what style/type of bike I was looking for and my intended use and they were super accommodating. They didn't try and sell me something I didn't want and through all the steps in the process of checking out bikes Steve made sure I was comfortable. The atmosphere here is super chill and HK their dog is the chillest dog ever. She's super friendly and kind just like everyone in the shop. Thanks again for helping me out and getting me on a bike! This shop is a total mood.

  • Elizabeth Schuh

This is my go-to bike shop in the neighborhood. It's worker owned, and that shows in the service. Staff are friendly and helpful, and even showed me how to make small adjustments to my brakes on my own. When a rack wasn't available to fit my bike, they modified an existing one. When something went wrong with a repair, the team here was awesome, working through a few options to identify the real problem. They also gave me my next brake adjustment on the house for my trouble, which was great. They keep track of service and repairs for you, which can be handy. If you need to buy anything, they have a good selection of bikes, as well as a small selection of accessories and helmets. There team gets special orders quickly and follows up promptly. Overall, this is a great neighborhood bike shop and worth a visit.

i have boxed up two bikes myself before, each an insufferable headache occurring only as a last-ditch effort to salvage travel plans gone awry. this time, however, i had the good sense to call these people ahead, knowing my travel was already suboptimal. setting up an appointment over the phone was seamless and my bike was boxed up professionally and expediently in under a day on a summer weekend (!). they even managed to stuff all my touring garbage in there - a tent, some frame bags, some somewhat nonstandard equipment. oh and somehow they fit the rear wheel, fender, and entire drivetrain in without disassembling - meaning that putting the bike together back home took me well under an hour (and i am no hasty nor talented mechanic). listen i still prefer amtrak but this was money well spent.

  • Erick Skaff

I went to a couple bikes shops in the city before finding Comrade Cycles and I could not have been happier that I did. I told them what I was interested in and the price range I could afford, and they showed me bikes that fit what I was looking for. Many other bike stores I went to felt pushy, but the people at Comrade listened to what I wanted and felt honest when explaining the value of different components, locks, pedals, etc. They're well versed in both competitive bike racing and bikes for navigating around the city. Since purchasing my bike, they have been helpful with maintenance, and even offered a free tune up within a year of buying the bike. Their trustworthiness has earned my loyalty and I'm a happy customer.

  • Michael Sims

I came to Comrade Cycles looking for a bike for recreational riding and exercise. Scott‘s knowledge and patience helped me find a great bike, a Kona Dew plus. Two days later I brought my wife in and Scott spent over an hour discussing bike styles and options as well as setting up 2 bikes from 2 different companies for my wife to test ride. When she favored one (also a Kona) but wasn’t comfortable with the set up, Scott adjusted the saddle, changed the front stem and tweaked everything until she was pleased with the ride. We also bought helmets and a car rack. Scott helped us install it on our vehicle, and taught us to use it properly. Overall it was a great experience. Thank You Scott, and Thank You Comrade Cycles!

  • Meg M

In my opinion, this is one of the best bike shops in the city. The service is fast and has always been top notch. In addition, the guys who work here are extremely knowledgable and friendly. I have gone to other bike shops and their staff is snooty and treat you like you're an idiot if your knowledge base of bikes doesn't match their own. Every time I have brought my bike into this place, the mechanic working on it has put it up on the bike rack and clearly explained either the work that was done or the issues going on without being condescending. Furthermore, as a woman, I have never gotten hit on at this shop (which has happened at others). Happy to continue to support these guys and their business!

  • Paul Halupka

Full disclosure: These guys sponsor my race team. But what that really means is that I ask for a lot more than the usual customer, yet somehow the friendly folks at Comrade always exceed my expectations. The atmosphere is real and honest as it gets. If you can get out for $10, they'd rather give you that deal than try to up-sell you. From commuter stuff to racer stuff, they've got it all figured out. And to boot, I love the worker-owned principle. That means that each employee is equally dedicated to making sure that you have what you need, and they do it with a magic self-satisfaction that comes with hard work well done. Visit Comrade and get some of those contagious good vibes.

  • Grant Bent

I came to the store unsure of which entry level bike would be best for me, and Max did a great job showing me the options and didn't pressure me to get anything more expensive than I needed. He also offered to help me install the accessories I purchased (e.g. u-lock) which was great. I had one issue with the bike about a month in, but a different employee was more than happy to help me get it fixed and back on the road no questions asked - really glad I purchased from Comrade and was able to take advantage of their after-sales support vs having to fix it myself! Highly recommend due to friendly staff, fair prices, and great after-sales support.

  • Patricia Stichnoth

Knowledgeable staff who really listen and do their best to fix your bike. I brought my bike to get the FD checked out - every so often, it wouldn't shift, and of course when the mechanic took it for a test ride it seemed fine. But they believed me, so they checked the cables and found something that had been overtightened. Haven't had trouble shifting since! And I should mention - even on a busy COVID weekday lunchtime, they did this right away while I waited. (On my previous visit, I got a wheel true, new rotor, and brake adjustment in <5 hours, even after I told them I wasn't in a rush.) Can't recommend this shop enough!

  • g k

I have known Steve, the owner, and many of the mechanics since well before this LBS opened. I can't recommend them enough. Sure, they can be expensive (as others have critically commented here) BUT you definitely get what pay for: quality bikes, parts, and gear as well as one of the best examples of professional service in the City. I recently replaced my tried-an-true Torker commuter beast. Olgie, Michael, Scott, and Tess all walked me through my first new purchase in over a decade plus a thorough upgrade according to my exacting specifications. I couldn't have asked for a more satisfactory experience!!!

  • Marco Brambini

The guys and girls that work here are really great! If you need bike work, look no further. I stopped here a couple months ago looking for a new bike. I didn’t find what i was looking for but the guy who showed me around gave me suggestions on where to find a good fit for me, so I left with a very good impression on this place. I later ended up finding a vintage bike that needed some tune up, so I decided to come back here. Once again I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked inside and the gal that worked on my bike did a fantastic job. Friendly, professional and very competent staff!

  • Benito Valdepenas

EXCELLENT service and very reasonable pricing. Had a bike spring tune up. Got a quick and reasonable quote. Scheduled within. a week. Had to reschedule due to time conflict and they were very accommodating and very professional. Brought my bike on a weekend and got it by end of day in good as new condition. Also, team texted me promptly one other issues of bike identified. They also made had me road test the bike before to ensure everything is good on my end. Very excellent service and highly recommend comrade cycle shop for any and all bike needs! Thanks Comrade Cycle!

  • Wells Brambl

My friend recommended this shop, and I can tell why he did. Not only are they knowledgeable, but they have excellent customer service. I bought a crankset, a few months later the left crank arm got loose most likely due to a factory defect. I rode the bike in and they exchanged the part for free. This is the benefit of supporting your LBS. I have the tools, however had I purchased the part online I would have been SOL and had to reorder the part. Some things on the internet can never be supersede the power of local, and I think the LBS is one of them.

  • Eva Aguirre-Beck

Filled out the online service this morning and this place is so amazing. The people are friendly and get right to work. I’ve had my bike in my basement for like 4 years and just recently brought it out because my car is not working. I walked 21 minutes there with my bike and explained the issue. They fixed it in 20 minutes, texted me and I was able to buy a lock and cable as well. Best service ever. Will definitely go back for my bike needs. Thank you all for being so amazing. I’ve been having the worst week and you made it a little brighter.

  • Sarah Luczko

I came in at the end of the day with a sad story about someone stealing my seat and seat post off my beloved bicycle. Not only was the bike tech sympathetic, they did a really lovely job fixing up my bike, and I'm in love with my new saddle -- very much recommend their small but mighty selection of saddles, I found one to fit my wide hips! (In a world of narrow racing saddles, it's nice to find one that's the right fit.) Once again, Comrade impresses the hell out of me. Thank you to my tech with the perfect bangs!

  • Marcus Rodriguez

Easily my favorite bike shop in Chicago, and well worth a trip from another neighborhood if you aren't in West Town yourself. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and I trust them with all of my needs when it's time for my bike to get some work done. Over the last few years they have started hosting free bikepacking trips to campgrounds in the Chicagoland area (Illinois Beach and The Indiana Dunes) and I think that serves a much needed niche in the Chicago bike scene. Go check them out!

  • Jeremy Okonski

Went in for a tune up. Was more expensive than any other tune up I ever got but I figured it was local so I'd do it. Since then by bike doesn't change gears when I request and there are some gears that are unavailable. On top of that my chain fell off twice in three weeks since I've gotten it back from them. I've been riding every day for the last 15 years and never had a chain fall off once. I took it somewhere else and now it works fine. Expensive work that doesn't work.

  • kyle ballou

I came to Comrade for a bike tuneup, which considering this is my main method of transportation after a lifetime of vehicles, felt both like a checkup and an oil change of sorts. The kind of routine service of which I cannot perform myself—enter the experts. And my are they very much that. The folks at Comrade truly had my bike running like it was new, like I rode it for the first time. Not to mention they were helpful and friendly. I appreciate it guys—see you around!

  • Tim Midyett

Very generous, knowledgeable staff and a great shop. A lot more bikes in this small storefront than you'd expect from the outside, and their online listings don't even come close to reflecting the overall stock on hand. I test-rode a bunch of stuff and made what I would consider to be a nuisance of myself with the questions etc., but Steve and his cohorts were unflappable, kind, and extremely helpful in aiding my search. All quality merchandise with top service.

  • Mike Hightower

Went in for a tune up and found out my rear axle was broken. They told me I could buy new wheels for $150 and never have this problem again or they could replace the axle for $10 and it might break again in a year. They did not pressure me into the more expensive purchase, they just wanted to help me get back on my bike. I would recommend this place to anyone in Chicago that is looking for an honest opinion about cycling. I would rate them higher if I could...

  • Kailey Smith

I got my dolce here last June and have been coming back here for all my supplies ever since. today I got a flat from a nail all the way in the Loop and I literally carried my bike over my shoulder for 45 minutes to comrade cycles because I only trust them. I could have gone to any other bike store nearby, but I chose not to. I had to get a whole new tire and it was a pretty good price. I will always come to comrade for anything bike related.

  • dakota Holcombe

Bought a bike here back in February and it was the best for someone who doesn’t know much about bikes. If memory serves, I believe Michael helped me out a lot by finding the right frame size, and making sure it fit in my little Jetta before I took it home. Came back in Summer to get a rack for it and they knew exactly which one would fit my bike as soon as I told them the model! Absolute ballers dunkin on the cycle game

  • Colin MacRae

Jen helped me find an awesome commuter bike for half of what I was willing to spend. Never tried to upsell me, and even dug in the back to find the best rack she could. I showed my new bike to my buddy who used to work at a shop and he agreed - Comrade did me right. To top it off, I forgot my ID there (for testing bikes) and an employee literally biked to my place to give it to me. Doesn't really get better than that

  • Jake

dope shop! they stock a lot of the high end components that match my interest (Paul Components, Thomson, Chris King, etc) and they devote a lot of their energy towards steel bikes, which i also appreciate a lot. a great place to go to pick up an All-City or Surly the fact that it's a worker owned coop is cool. ive always found the staff to be super knowledgeable and really skilled as mechanics friendly folk!

  • C D

The best bike shop in Chicago, as far as I'm concerned. I love the worker-owned model, but they also do excellent work and their services are reasonably priced. They are an awesome option for commuter-minded cyclists too, as they sell panniers, cycling hats, saddles, and other accessories. They are my first-choice for getting any work done on my bike and I trust any member of their staff.

  • Tim Lally

Even though there are probably fifteen bike shops closer to my house than Comrade, I wouldn't think of taking my business anywhere else. Good selection of all things bike related. Super knowledgeable staff who are all about that bike life. Steve helped me put together everything I needed for a tour in Asia and even helped me box my bike up for the flight out there. Thanks Steve!

  • abby ray

had a good experience here. needed new tires installed + handlebar tape. i have had a few bad experiences in bike shops due to being relatively new and not a professional cyclist by any means. i work in specialty retail so know the importance of welcoming customers of all skill levels, so i really appreciated feeling like i was being taken care of here without judgment.

  • Jess Hanebury D'Amico

I love these guys. They really know bikes but they aren't snobs about it. They are really friendly when I come in and just get to work on whatever dumb thing I don't know how to fix about my bike. One time one of the dudes recognized my bike but not me. It was weird, but good weird. It made me think they really pay attention to each bike when they are working it.

  • Gregory Mycek

Best shop in the city! The guys are vested in the shop and knowledgeable. They give superior advice without Being pushy or inflicting a "know it all" attitude found in most shops. They know you when you walk in the door and treat you the same weather you spend 10 bucks or $2000.00. I highly recommend this store to any and all!

  • Bill Brown

Been coming here off and on for ages. Great shop for all things adventure cycling. Selection of bikes and bags is top notch and the staff is always super friendly. If you're looking to get into bike touring, bike commuting or just want to carry more stuff by bike this is the spot. Definitely recommend to all the homies.

  • Justin Reiling

Cute shop, friendly employees, reasonable and transparent prices. I went for a bike tune up and a set of new tires, the employees walked me through the options and didn’t try to upsell me at all. They worked on my bike while I shopped around and had me back on wheels within 30 minutes. I can’t recommend them enough!

  • Kim K

They fixed my 1970s Motobecane in an hour after I brought it to another shop who had it for days and couldn’t fix it. These guys knew immediately what was wrong and had the parts in stock. They also rode it around to make sure it was fixed. Your bike is in good hands with these knowledgeable and friendly folks.

  • I'm still here I left

Very good mechanics & good vibe I get from them , let me try out some bikes & guided me well to my super professional, all around good shop & great experience, more on the pricey side but you pay what you get for & im very happy with purchases ,tires ,tubes, bags, pedals ,highly recommended to try them out

  • Daniel Mezquita

Recently cracked and bent my bike frame comrade went above and beyond to quickly get me a replacement. The mechanics are friendly and willingness to teach or answer any bike specific questions. Comrade is definitely best bike shop in Chicago. I work as a bike messenger and trust them with my bike needs.

  • Max Graham

We all know comrade is well regarded for providing top notch service. Today, I accidentally dropped some cash on the way out after picking up my rims. I didn’t notice till I went to get gas. I stopped back by and they had it waiting for me at the counter. Very classy. Tip these guys every chance you get

  • Ben Collins-Sussman

Fantastically friendly and knowledgable folk. Brought in my bike as a walk-in after I got a flat -- they changed the tube in 10 minutes. The next day I came back to buy puncture-resistant tires, and they replaced my tires in only 30 mins. Very helpful both over the phone and in person. Love this place!

  • Jessica Roeding

Highly recommend! Super easy pick up and drop off especially while we are in social distancing. They provided me with text updates along the way, and once my bike was ready! I was able to pay over the phone so limit contact as well! My bike just needed a tune up and fresh brakes. It rides like new!

  • Ethan Siegler

They did a great job on my bike! I changed out my tires for fall/winter and they had a great selection. They did great work, quickly and texted me when it was done. In addition to the good work I asked for, they also cleaned my bike and now it runs so smooth! Good work, good prices, great people!

  • Matt Liss

Avid cyclist with basic knowledge of bike repair. Ride a few different types of bikes and Comrad is always there for me. Fun banter with the bike tech's as well as VERY fair and accurate repair strategies. highly recommend for service as well as purchase of a new bike. proceed with confidence!

  • Dan Roberts

I've had my bike serviced here twice and both were great experiences. They were very honest about what I needed vs didn't need and the staff was happy to answer my basic questions. I will be here again the next time I need repairs, which won't be for a while since they do such a good job!

  • Evan Piet

I came in to get my back inner tube replaced but they forgot to remove the piece of glass stuck in there. I came back 5 min before closing and they were happy to fix it free of charge after. The carelessness attributed to a minor inconvenience but the customer service made up for that.

  • Kyle S

Cannot speak highly enough about Comrade and the staff there. Not only are they very knowledgeable and attentive, but they make everyone feel welcomed, regardless of your understanding of bicycles and cycling. Have recommended to many people I know as the "go-to" cycle shop in Chicago.

  • Matthew Callahan

In the last 2 months, I’ve visited 3 times with both of my bikes for servicing. Each time, staff members are friendly and attentive. Comrade is honest with their service recommendations and never pushes anything you won’t need. Looking forward to being a long term customer of Comrade!

  • Cole Easterday

Brought a bike in I hadn't used for a couple years thinking I needed a full tune up. Mechanic told me it was in great shape and just needed to be cleaned up. It's always great to see a shop to turn away work and builds a lot of trust. Will take any bike I need work on in the future.

  • Ian Eichelberg

Stopped in here when my chain fell off while riding nearby. This is probably the best small bike shop I've ever been to. The worker who fixed my bike was incredibly helpful and friendly, and got it fixed up in no time. Will definitely be coming back here for my future cycling needs.

  • Sarah Floyd

I recently purchased a new bike here. Not only was it a bike they don’t stock, but they tracked down a special center stand I wanted which they don’t even carry for me and installed it with out hesitation. Quick and friendly service. I will be back for all of my future upgrades.

  • Nicholas Auriemma

The people at Comrade Cycles were very friendly. I went in with my bike for a tune up. They checked it out and tightened the brakes for free. Then told me I don't need a tune up and that they would feel bad charging me for one. I was shocked. Great, honest bicycle shop. Thanks.

  • Lauren Giacobbe

Was able to get a flat fixed on the spot as a weekday walk-in for my commuter bike, and everyone was super nice and expeditious; they have some cool bike accessories around the shop as well. This is my first time in here, but I will return based on this experience. Thanks!

  • Gavin

It was nice to walk into a bike shop in Chicago (about a year or so ago) and not feel like an idiot because I didn't know exactly how to fix my wheel issue. These guys are the real deal when it comes to sincere friendliness, honesty, customer support, and bike knowledge!

  • Nichole Sullivan

The selection of bikes available is excellent. The shop has a cool vibe and a very complete repair shop. They will do custom build ups on quality brands such as Surly and will do test rides. They have an extremely comprehensive line of accessories and packs as well.

  • aapur3

Came in with a flat tire along with many others after me and in just 10min I was ready and done out of the shop. Such kind service to everyone they receive. If you're coming in for just a flat tire or a tune up or something more then this is just the right place.

  • Will O'Connor

Comrade Cycles is by far my go-to LBS. I go out of my way to patron here. The bikes they carry are perfect for Chicago as well as the accessories and replacement parts. I have a gift card for here burning a hole in my pocket and can't wait to buy some more stuff.

  • Kirill Novakovsky

Guys at this shop are very knowledgeable and helpful. Have positive attitude and know what they are doing. The bicycle after tune up and repair fells solid and rides like a brand new! I am happy to recommend them for anyone who is looking for bicycle repair shop.

  • Josh Prakash Hart

I went on a busy Saturday afternoon to have a flat tire fixed and the woman that helped me was friendly and efficient. The rest of the staff was helpful to the many other customers that came in while I waited. I'll definitely come back.

  • Andrew Puffenbarger

I was long overdue for a full service/ some upgrades on my 70s Fuji and I couldn't be happier. They are quick to send a quote and continue to update via text if anything else comes up. Prices for labor are easy to find on their website.

  • Russell Lord

Comrade has been my go-to bike shop since moving to the neighborhood a few years ago. They have all the bikes, parts and service and accessories I could ask for, plus a good vibes only atmosphere that money can't buy. Recommended.

  • Don West

If i ever owned a bike shop, this is the one I would choose to pattern it after. Super cool, laid back and friendly owners and staff! Very knowlegeable team who have high quality boutique bikes....not a corporate store like Trek.

  • Mo Fahim

Awesome! These guys are so easy going and very helpful. Favorite shop in the city. Great service every time. I don’t usually leave many reviews. Thanks Steve & Jose for going out of your way and sorting out my recent bike mods!
