Sent my bike in for a major service, asked them to check the gears specifically. Came back with better shifting, but brakes not checked and shocks at incorrect pressure. Back cassette snapped 2 rides after the service. Not sending my bike back here. UPDATE: They have reached out and apologized for the service. There was confusion between the type of service which I booked (race service) and the type which was performed (lube service). Will consider them again in future.

Always willing to help , polite , knowledgeable staff and invested in your love of riding. Bit pricey, especially on their accessories but they pretty much only stock tried and tested name brands ... No superstore lvl poor quality goods sold in this shop... all over .. a quality experience all round . Just wish I had R250K to spend with them. Lol ..

Needed help shipping 2 ebikes to Cape Town. I was expecting a mission. Instead these guys waved their wand and took all the hassle away. Boxed, shipped and delivered ahead of schedule. Took me 2 minutes, they did the rest.
