I’m hopeful EVO will up its game because the concept is good and it would be nice to have another movie option. But right now, it has a lot of room for improvement. Their ‘luxury pods’ are disappointing, so I don’t recommend paying the extra cost. The menu is pretty basic with very little creativity. The element I liked the least, though, was the ordering platform. There was a QR code at my seat that was connected to our seat (which was good), and you order and pay on the app. Minutes after I ordered, though, a server came to our seat and asked if we wanted to order anything. We told them we had already ordered, and he looked confused. Finally, our food arrived, but no napkins to go with our fairly greasy food. When my husband ordered a second beer (on the app), the beer arrived and I asked for napkins and some ice water. And we never saw the server again. But since we had already tipped in the app, his compensation was the same regardless of how bad the service was. Unfortunately, there was no way to call a server without ordering and pre-paying and pre-tipping on the app, so if you need something during the movie. You’re out of luck. The arcade is pretty fun, but the game pricing is confusing as heck. I bought a $10 card and played a few games, but I couldn’t tell you how much each game cost. I thought I had 76 points left on my card and we played a game that, we thought, cost 8 points. At the end of one round, our card was empty. So, apparently, we had no idea how much each game cost. All this to say, EVO has potential, but right now, that potential is wildly unmet.

The theater is clean, people nice, seats and aisles huge. I miss the old Look Theater, but I'm glad to have something in its place. The problem: Finding the theater online. I wanted to go to a movie this morning, but don't want to have to get in my car to ask them what's playing and at what time. Online at evo.co this particular theater is not listed. This is the only reason why my feedback is so low. I had the same problem last week. I mentioned it, but it appears as though the information didn't go far enough to update the website. Frustrating because I do want to get back to seeing a movie once a week, and I really like the first movie of the day which the AMC does not offer, but I really don't want to have to work this hard for it. The popcorn is tasty but expensive (roughly $11) because they only offer a HUGE bucket (similar to Alamo Drafthouse). But the early ticket-prices are great (less than $6). Please make it easy to access online what is playing at the theater and at what time.

Visited the new EVO movie theater tonight. We were used to the old Look Cinema and were excited to try this new version. Unfortunately, it started off rocky because the website was having issues with it purchasing tickets. After a few tries on multiple phones, we finally got it to work. Upon arrival, we connected with Dean, the manager. We gave him some friendly feedback about the purchasing experiences. He was really receptive and thanked us. He took notes and then went above and beyond. He reviewed our seat selection and provided helpful suggestions and treated us to a bucket of popcorn. Ultimately, we had a fabulous time and Dean was a major part. We will be back on a date night and with our granddaughter for a fun arcade adventure. Went here to watch a movie and will say it was a good experience overall. Definitely an upgrade from the look cinemas that was originally there. Pros are that they have a good assortment of games that you can play before watching a movie, and standard food options in the theater that comes out fast. Cons are we paid for “premium pod seating” which really isn’t anything special. You are literally pay extra to sit at the back of the theater so don’t waste money to get it. Second, I’m not a fan of paying and tipping before you get your food because if you want to order more stuff you’d have to keep paying multiple times. I also don’t know why they are advertising heated seats when they don’t have seat warmers. For those reasons I took off stars, but it’s a solid place to go watch a movie and eat.

The chicken tenders and popcorn were great! The venue was clean. The staff is great, especially Brandon. He was the jack of all trades! He was our server in the movie and was also on the floor in the game room and helped us out there. The games are fun and entertained my kids for a few hours. I love that there are tv's so that sporting events can be watched also. The manager, Stephen, was also really helpful when we were purchasing items with the tickets we won. I also learned you can rent out a theatre and hook up your ps5 or gaming device! Will definitely be making EVO a regular in our outing's

The food was good if overpriced (comparable to prices at Movie Tavern & SMG), but the service? Not so much. I suspect they were grossly understaffed as this location has just opened because the manager who'd been working the ticked stand came to take our order... eventually. No heated recliners as I'd been led to believe, and the ticket markup for the private "pod" for 2 people wasn't worth it. My $10 spiked shake (a salted caramel bourbon concoction) was. I'm giving them an average of 3 because the food and cocktails earned them a 4, but service, seating amenities and pricing earned them a 2.

First time checking out this new family friendly event place. Friendly helpful staff. Food was exceptional, I got kids quesadilla, the guacamole was spicy for me, beware if you order for child(ren), and my companion got a burger. The fries were so tasty, crispy, non greasy. I hope to try out the theatre some time. U order food at concession, and then it is brought to you in theatre. For extra money, you can pay for your own private seating and have your personal wait person. This is a must go to place for adults and children. Yes adult beverages are served.

BEWARE if you have allergies!!! The staff has not been properly trained. We ordered a gluten free bun for our son, who has a gluten allergy. They assured us the bun we received was gluten-free (GF). Our son ate the first burger and when we ordered a second GF burger later, it came with a different bun. The same server assured us this second burger was GF as well. We refused it and management came out to confirm the second burger was in fact GF, which meant the burger he already consumed was not GF. This is totally unacceptable.

The term "bowling" plastered largely on the sides of the building are EXTREMELY misleading. This is duck pin bowling, extremely short lanes with a very small ball, and the pins are attched to strings... Definitely disappointed when we arrived to not find any real bowling. Even the images all over the Evo site showcase REAL bowling. Maybe the other locations have bowling, who knows. The prices are outrageous for mini bowling. We abruptly left after that. Not a ton of games, but could be good for families with kiddos.

My wife and I saw the Wonka movie last night. If was our first visit to this new entertainment center and we very impressed with the comfort of the theater and the service. We enjoyed drinks and a nice meal while watching an excellent movie. After the movie we were greeted and thanked by a nice manager named Dean. He was sincerely interested in our movie experience and our satisfaction with our service and food. I highly recommended this theater and entertainment center.

The chicken and waffles is bomb! Big crispy chicken, and soft waffles. I'd suggest getting buffalo sauce to dip it with. The shrimp and fry's are kinda just there to take up a menu spot. Our bartender was awesome! Games looked pretty fun, although kinda pricey. I'd be a happy camper to watch a movie and eat some good food.

Evo has it all! What a wonderful place to go for entertainment! I watched the movie Wonka. Great musical movie! The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the managers, Dean, was very courteous. He truly is a wonderful representative of the company. I’ll definitely return with family and friends. Ask for Dean!

Wonderful new entertainment center on Preston and Beltline. The movie theater has comfortable seating, good service with delicious food and drinks. Also have bowling, bar and arcade and good event packages for special occasions. Good customer service and clean atmosphere, lighted and convenient parking area.

Evo is the spot to be at!!!! Dean was very helpful and kind. he informed me about the deals on Tuesday’s and Wednesdays. with $5 movies. and half off games. I don’t know if I will ever go back on the weekend. If y’all go. ask for Dean! you won’t regret it.

Highly recommend. Theater is well designed, intimate and small, seats are extremely comfortable and theaters and facilities are clean. Service was a bit slow for adults beverages but everything else was pretty fast.

A high energy venue with 75 cool games and Duckpin bowling. ( The lanes are shorter and smaller pins and a bowling ball a little bigger then a softball). A great bar and great food. And of course the movie studios.

My kids and I always have a great time and experience at EVO. Their movie merch is super cute and their food is phenomenal 10/10 would recommend for a fun night out with the family or friends! …

It does NOT have bowling. It is 10’ baby lanes. Not bowling. I even called and asked, “do you have a bowling lane” and they said yes. What a waste of my afternoon meeting friends to bowl.

After i got my food. They told me it’s not their job to bring my drink. Like bro you could’ve just brought it with so i had to leave the movie to just grab my drink. Never again

Friendly staff, food is good and love popcorn machine that you can refill yourself. Not a fan of mini bowling but for little ones it’s great. Great option for $5 movie Tuesdays.

Movie theater has very comfortable recliners and you can order food and drinks throughout the movie. It was a super fun experience! I would definitely recommend it!!
