As much as I love this store and would always come to support them. Today when I was there, there were 3 people in store not wearing any masks over their faces. 2 of them worked their and I think one was a supervisor. The man who was a customer was COUGHING while he wasnt wearing a mask. I dont feel this is in compliance with the COVID 19 regulations. I wouldn't recommend this branch until after COVID if I was you

Exclusive Books Nicolway posts a phone number on their website, but will not answer the phone. This either means they are under-staffed or that they would rather customers buy their books from Takealot or Loot. So "exclusive" that you make potential customers drive from EB to EB to find out if you have a specific book? Shame on YOU.

Had a great shopping experience on 23.08.2023 around 14h50. Pity the lady who assisted me I didn't get her name. The service and level of professionalism was awesome. From walking into the store, assisting in getting what I wanted and point of sale. Thank you for your service and keep it up.

Extremely large, great range of choices to tailor all ages, all tastes. Large alleys, specialized and general books, magazines, stationary. Plenty of chairs, tables, lounges. Very cozy but the lay out could be improved, not adapted to

Becoming one of my favourite stops on the way home. Not as big or as nice as some of the other EBs but good service and friendly staff and some good coffee at Seattle Coffee around the corner

Always great service at any Exclusive. Are they casuals that work there, bright young students. I don't know. But always keen to help

Not the biggest of shops, but conveniently located next to one of the entrances makes for easy access.

It is still growing but there do know wat there doing even handling customers and book writers

Calm space to read a book and they have many genres of books to buy
