My family and I regularly visit this Exclusive Books for coffee which is always a pleasurable experience.Today, however it definitely was not a pleasurable experience at all.I spent an hour or so working on my school projects and drinking coffee and I decided to leave around 6 pm.As I exited the store I was surprised that the employees were standing by the door impatiently waiting for me to leave. I asked one of the employees if I had perhaps been an inconvenience leaving at this time ( even though the closing time on google was 7 pm ) and to my surprise she pulled an annoyed face.This was extremely unprofessional and frankly quite rude. If I was an inconvenience it would’ve have taken nothing for any of the employees to politely tell me that they were closing at 6pm.I do not think I will ever go back to this store.

This Exclusive Books has ample space, which is ideal as families are automatically attracted to the very child-friendly reading area. The shop provides enough space to sit and browse through books and decide upon a purchase. A very friendly, open space with WiFi, coffee and cake. There is a large selection of books to chose from, but other than that, it's a place to linger a bit longer than a mere purchase. Friendly, helpful staff.

This is my go to stop when I visit the mall. The convenient coffee shop which forms part of the book shop makes this a great place to get a good cup of coffee while browsing new books. There is also a good selection of board games and puzzles. The kids area is also very great with some bean bags and it really helps when the kids go along. Staff is super helpful

Such helpful staff ! Wish the store was still as big as it was...but still a great bookstore ! Staff will order books for you as and when needed. The store is always clean, neat and welcoming...well done guys ! We ar at Drainmen Services ordered a few books on staff training and they arrived a few days after order...excellent service allround.

Great place for books and coffee. Staff is friendly and helpful. Value section has alot of the same titles for longer periods of time lately. But the shelves get updated regularly making new titles easy to find. Includes several seating areas encouraging you to enjoy your coffee whilst reading your latest purchase.

It is a lovely store with a good range. Sad to see their magazine options are less than they used to be. But overall friendly staff. Store is a bit dark at times. Love the kiddies area. Would love to see more kids book specials to really encourage young readers.

It still feel so great to lay your hand of a. Hardcopy for a good read rather then this new online business. Great collection of books and I am sure everyone would find their test of reading. The service is always great!

One of the better Exclusive books! Always looks good, and has a Seattle coffee and workspace inside the actual store. Sadly no WiFi, which limits the amount of time spent in there from a personal perspective.

Exclusive Books has a large range of everything from fiction, nonfiction, childrens books and lots more. It caters for the Classic Rock fan to the Asterix lover. Pop in and browse to your hearts content.

They have everything you need at a reasonable price. Books are always an expensive buy but this place make it reasonable and because of their coffee station you can read and have a coffee

Very good experience. We visited during loadshedding, yet the staff was friendly and available with torches should it be required. Friendly service and comprehensive collection of books.

Sport section needs some focus. This shop is in the mecca of Mountain Biking, surfing and Kite surfing but stock almost no books on these topics. Wake up!

I think all the bookstores battle to survive during this time. I love to give them a chance after Covid and see if they can do better.

Excellent if they haven't got the book you want, they will find it for you a day contact you immediately when they've received it.
