I love this place. Ezel is the owner and he is absolutely amazing!!! This place is the only place I would go to for my furniture needs. I went to 5 different furniture stores looking for a sectional or living room set. I sat on over 30 couches/sectionals before I came to his store. I hated each one of them. They were either the wrong set up, too firm or not enough padding, I didn’t like the material, or they were overpriced. From the moment I walked into FL furniture, I felt I went to the right place. Ezel met me shortly after I entered the store. He listened to my story, my concerns, what I wanted, and kept me within my budget. He had many different layouts, colors, and fabric choices. He was not a pushy salesman and he gave me honest opinions. He made me feel like I was his friend and not just some customer. He personalized my experience and made sure I was satisfied with my choice. He took the extra time to let me decide what I wanted. Not only did I find a sectional I love, but I got the matching ottoman, pillows, and a tv stand (all within my budget). GREAT SELECTION, FRIENDLY STAFF, COMPETITVE PRICES. After being let down by crazy lead times and high prices at 6 other places in town looking for a sofa, FL Furniture was our last stop for the day after a recommendation from some friends and we are glad we went. They have a great assortment of items in their showroom and worked diligently with us for over an hour narrowing down what we liked and disliked. The sofa we chose wasn't there in the exact color we wanted that day, but they were able to look it up and tell us one was in route and gave us a reasonable ETA that ended up being very accurate. Their customer service is top notch, I personally witnessed two instances to back this up. Our friends had purchased a sofa from them a few months prior and it arrived with a slight flaw, FL Furniture stood by their word and made it right and replaced the part the very next day. While we were shopping another couple came in with an issue of an ottoman arriving stained from shipping when they opened it, there were some options in store, but not exactly what they wanted, so FL Furniture got a new replacement on order for them right there on the spot. Great experience all around, we will be back in the future and would highly recommend!

I can't say enough about how WONDERFUL FL Furniture is!!! This is unlike any other furniture shopping experience. First, don't be quick to judge based on the limited options in the showroom. Just let Ezel know what you are looking for and he will quickly share a catalog of options via the internal website. I was extremely surprised with how many options were available to order and impressed with the quality of the stuff they had on hand. The same stuff is available at big box stores (Ashley Furniture), but here for a reduced price in comparison to what you would pay at Ashley. Ezel was extremely laid back, easy to work with and offered a fantastic discount for the beautiful coffee table set we picked out. To top it off... we purchased the set on Monday and it was delivered and assembled for us on Thursday! From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. Great store with great selection, we had 6 stores picked out to go couch shopping, I was ready to defend against furniture salesman the entire day, turns out we just needed to go to FL furniture!! First store we went to, first couch we sat on, zero need to go anywhere else! Super relaxed environment, Olga was the sales associate and gave us such an easy hassle free purchase!! We even met the owner ezel who was a very cool cat, so much so we hung out after our purchase and just chatted with them both for a bit, this store is awesome! It feels smaller than The big box stores but when it's only filled with top notch furniture there's no need for the giant stadium sized stores where you have to wade through a showroom full of cheap crappie filler couches to find the good ones, every couch in ezel's showroom was awesome, you'll definitely find what you want there, highly recommend! He also has loads of other furniture too, bedroom sets, dining room and living room furniture, I'll go back again and again for all my household needs!

Hands down the best furniture place I’ve been to, won’t go anywhere else going forward! Was in desperate need of a sectional, and finding one I liked was extremely hard during COVID-19. I drove out to FL Furniture and noticed a sign on the door saying “appointments only” due to COVID. I called the number and Ezel answered. He was super friendly and went out of his way to tell me he’ll be there in 10 minutes. His selection is the best in town by far, and beat quality. (I visited several others before this one). I found a sectional I really liked, and a table set I saw earlier. Ezel’s prices were cheaper than the other stores, and his quality is unmatched. What sticks out the most is how friendly he was. Ezel isn’t like these other places where he’s trying to make a quick buck, he wants his customers to get what they want, at the right price, and leave happy. FAVORITE FURNITURE STORE IN JAX!! I bought a few items from this location a couple weeks ago, and I am more than pleased with the quality of product and services that were provided to me. The sales staff is kind and very friendly, they worked with me for several hours to find the perfect couch that fit my budget and all of my concerns. Finding a fabric and color that was easy to clean, and a piece that would last me a long time. I ordered a couch from another company several months ago and there was little communication and my order kept getting delayed, but they delivered all the furniture I bought the next day and did a very efficient and clean job setting up. Definitely will be coming back!!!!

We bought a reclining sofa and love seat, and it turned out amazing. The salesmen there were not pushy at all verses the other people we had dealt with. We got a great deal, and it was delivered the next day. Everywhere else we went we were told it wouldn't be available for months, but luckily we found this place and it all worked out. The prices are fair, very quick service, and the show room is wonderfully set up in my opinion. Everything has its place, and you can still see everything. Overall, very good business, and I love that it is family owned. If I ever need more furniture, I will definitely be headed back!

We came when all the COVID-19 was starting.Ezel meet me at the store was patient while I looked around I decided on whole bedroom set up and leather couch love seat and recliner.Problem was my house would not be ready for at least another month not a problem he held it for me Until the date we decided which was May 15th.The delivery guys were fast and friendly they brought everything in and put together and my couches were very heavy.The price was awesome and I did a lot of looking around . I am so happy with my decision and so thankful for all the help Ezel and Fl Furniture gave me during a stressful time.

The nicest people ever. Ezel and Rj were incredibly helpful. I wasn’t sure if a mattress would fit so they immediately scooped up one the same size and showed me. They rearranged couches, and had items in stock ready to go home that day. No long waiting, no haggle, just honest and professional. I will definitely be back to add to my home decor. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The delivery also only took a day and they were kind, cautious not to scratch the furniture or floors and made sure I was happy with the placement of everything before they left. I was in need of a new sectional and found them on Facebook so stopped in and fell in love with a sectional and ottoman after no luck at so many other furniture stores. This place is amazing! We have found our forever furniture store. We used to shop at Ashley furniture but got tired of being ripped off. Ashley furniture recently tried to charge me $6300 for a living room set. I got the exact same name brand, model number and color from FL FURNITURE for $2799. Don't shop anywhere else and pay the ridiculous inflated prices. Come to FL FURNITURE and be treated like family. Also Ashley wanted $350 for delivery in 4 to 6 weeks. This place got me delivered for $99 the exact same week I bought it !!!

FL furniture is the best place to go get your furniture from. They are honest hard working people who care about their customers. We have bought many things from Ashley furniture in the past and it’s always a struggle things get scratched then they have to reorder, only come to your home certain days of the week. But here they deliver either same day or next day. Wonderful. I will never buy from anywhere else. The staff is great. Go there if you want great furniture at wonderful prices. Fantastic service through and through. Bought a couch and entertainment center a while back for almost half of what Ashley Furniture wanted for the EXACT SAME pieces. Our sofa recently had some damage and FL furniture sent out a repairman free of charge. He was not able to fix it so FL Furniture offered to replace the piece!! Will continue to shop here anytime I need furniture and HIGHLY recommend this place for great prices, and most importantly fantastic service after the sale.

These guys are amazing! My husband and I went into at least 10 different stores before finding FL furniture. The biggest problem we kept running into was that every store was either out of stock or only had one or two couches available to choose from. FL furniture had DOZENS, really modern choices available too! We walked in right before close and chose a couch, which these guys delivered to us the very next morning. Honestly could not recommend this place enough!

FL Furniture is the only place we will buy furniture from! Unlike other stores, you can take your items home same day and their prices are hard to beat. We purchased a couch and ottoman in February 2022 and love it. We were able to take the couch home same day and ordered the matching ottoman which arrived quickly! We just returned today and purchased a 5 piece bedroom set which is also is stock. Nothing but good things to say about Ezel and his team.

Great selection and very helpful staff and owner. Just moved to the area with 3 kids and could not find a couch that would deliver soon anywhere (thanks covid!). Finally found what I needed at FL furniture after someone suggested them to me. Delivery was supposed to be in a couple of days but owner made sure I got it next morning when we told him I had nowhere to sit. Given that I bought it close to 7 pm, it was great to have it delivered so quickly.
