I will start with the pros. The flowers were really beautiful, and made for great arrangements. The downfall is that it was not a reliable service. I made an appointment to have my wedding flowers done here. The day prior to our first appointment, I called to re-confirm that the time worked for the owner (this was still during Covid, so some places had limited hours). The owner, while very nice, said the time no longer worked for her and she had meant to call me about it, despite it being close to closing time. Had I not called to reconfirm, it would have been an hour drive wasted. It felt really unprofessional and abrupt. That alone was really dissapointing, and I'm committed to using BIPOC vendors for everything wedding related, and most things where I spend my money. I gave them a second chance to send a bouquet of flowers to a student of mine graduating. The order got messed up, and the owner called apologetically saying it would be a day late. Which meant the student would not be getting them on time. They wound up being 3 days late. Originally Wednesday, then pushed to Thursday, and eventually arrived Saturday. They were beautiful but this store isn't reliable. I understand mistakes happen and things get wild during Covid, but I won't be going back. Super dissapointing. Beautiful flowers but perhaps not the best store if you're needing things to be delivered or meet the owner on a reliable timeframe.

I searched for a local flowershop near a business I needed flowers delivered. I used the link to access their website. After researching their selection, I selected product # E8-4198, The FTD® Pure Romance™ Rose Bouquet which was listed for 49.99 plus $5 delivery fee. I got an email confirmation and was satisfied. About 30 minutes later, I get a call from the business saying they made a "mistake" and would need to fix the order for 89.99. That is bait and switch. They blamed the error on their website. I simply stated that it was not my fault their website was faulty and that they should honor the order I placed. After a heated argument, they chose to cancel my order. I'm guessing that this sort of "mistake" practice might be common. I would never do business like this. You must honor the prices you set, not attempt to charge your customer more for your incompetence.

I spontaneously stopped here for a small “just because” bouquet. I had nothing particular in mind, so the sweet employee (whose name I failed to catch) asked me my price point and had me point out any flowers in the case caught my eye. For $30 she put together this perfect and unique arrangement! She and Mary were so helpful and welcoming, and I loved the large selection of previously loved vases they had as well! Now the best part— my visit was on May 13th. It is now the 27th and the flowers are only juuuust beginning to show any sign of wilt. That’s two full weeks of beautiful, lively flowers, folks. Astounding!!! I will certainly be visiting this quaint little shop again, and I highly recommend anyone in the area pay them a visit as well. You will not be disappointed. ❤️

I called at 2pm to place an order for two sympathy arrangements, and asked if I could pick them up at 4:30, and Mary stated she could work in my short window. I got to the shop a little before 4:30, and Mary was still working on the second arrangement, and though she apologized that they weren't ready it gave me a chance to see the care and thought she put into the arrangements. Since I had called and ordered two, without specifying that it was for two households, Mary had created each individually, and even said "if they're going to the same place I didn't want them to be identical". It was such thoughtful, personalized care, and I want to encourage everyone who needs flowers for any occasion to shop here, it was a truly wonderful experience.

Very disappointing, I ordered a bouquet for delivery for my grandmothers birthday and the arrangement arrived disheveled, thrown together and not professionally constructed. Flowers were already wilting and after only one day the rest were in full bloom and others began to wilt. The bouquet had a very short lifespan, flowers at strange lengths just very unprofessional. I emailed the company and have yet to receive a reply. Save your money because I feel robbed. I also paid for the premium package which was definitely not worth the money and the arrangement looked nothing like the online image.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered what I thought would be a beautiful bouquet for $90 and was delivered something completely different than what I paid for-different flowers and colors and some of them wilted. When I called she basically told me some things happen in life that aren’t fair, really? She also offered to send out another bouquet after they had already been delivered to my recipient and I declined because why not just my money back? Don’t waste your time or money on this flower shop. Truly disappointed

I ordered flowers for my mom on her birthday and wanted to surprised her (I live in San Diego). I made my order 24 hours in advance and gave them a call to request they deliver the flowers in the AM so she could enjoy them all day. Per my request, the flowers were delivered first thing! The lady I spoke to was so sweet and I was so happy with the customer service and their accommodation. It goes without saying, the flowers were absolutely beautiful.Strongly recommend!

I called and ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday I was very specific when they need to be delivered and where. The delivery driver got to the restaurant 2 hours early, and chose to leave my daughter's flowers at the business next door needless to say my daughter never got her flowers. I have to say that Mary reached out to me and refunded all of my money and apologize several times I appreciate that because I know mistakes happen

Just wanted to give fair warning - do not attempt to go into this shop with your dog. The store keeper seems EXTREMELY fearful of them. (They're completely within their right to deny entry to anyone with a dog! But when my husband thought to go in for flowers while on a walk with our dog the florist SCREAMED at him before he was through the door.) Hoping to prevent some future stress for all!

Flowers Just-4-U is amazing. They are a lovely group with great taste and style-- I've gone into the shop to pick out bespoke bouquet pieces (and with their help, turned it into a real 'official-looking' bouquet) and I've ordered online. Both methods have been wonderful experiences. They're a local wonder and I recommend them to anyone ordering flowers in the Seattle area.

This florist did our wedding flowers 28 years ago and was very kind about helping us arrange them on the steps when we accidentally got locked out of the hall. Ever since we’ve been using them for flower delivery in Seattle and have had nothing but good experiences. Beautiful arrangements and fast, no-hassle delivery. Highly recommended.

October 8th was my 38th wedding anniversary. My husband ordered flowers from Flower's Just 4 You on 23rd and they are gorgeous. Fall chrysanthemums in bronze and yellow , sunflowers (one of my favorite flowers), coral and dark pink roses, pink carnations, and wine colored eucalyptus. You won’t be disappointed using this florist.

This shop has great customer service. Asked for flowers for my aunt at the hospital. Flowers were delivered after my aunt left the hospital. This florist reach out to my mom and was willing to drive to her house. We chose a refund due to the distance. My mother loved the repectfulness and kindness of the florist.

I often get my flowers at Pike Place which is walking distance from my office. But every now and then I go out of my way to buy from Flowers Just-4-U. Mary, the owner is so lovely, and her arrangements are beautiful. Her store is the first - and now only - black-owned floral shop in Seattle. What’s not to love?

The bouquet is beautiful, but I really want to talk about the service. We had a snowstorm and there was still a fair bit of snow left on the ground. I wasn't expecting the flowers to make it (understandably). They still delivered! Everything about this experience was excellent and I will order from them again.

Don’t waste your money for week-old bouquets such as what was delivered to me on my 50th birthday. Flowers were dead in dirty water. I got a much smaller replacement bouquet with some old flowers again.
