What an absolutely wonderful place to order flowers! I live in Albuquerque, and I wanted to send something beautiful to a family member in Olympia who’d just lost her husband of 48 years to cancer. I located Williams Flower & Gift online and called. It’s one thing to have a beautiful product; it’s another to have extraordinary people answer the phone and treat you with amazing professionalism and kindness! I requested an orchid, and you were able to quickly obtain one and get it delivered. I can’t thank you enough… the orchid was absolutely stunning; moreover, it brought much needed comfort and solace to someone special at a time when it was most needed. Thank you so very much!!

We placed an artist’s choice bouquet order (the standard arrangement) as a get well gift for one of our colleagues and this is the fun and beautiful creation the florists came up with. I love the pumpkin as a seasonal touch. The color palette and textures are all lovely. We received a text and email with a picture of the arrangement before it went out for delivery, which was a nice surprise. I expected it to be a total surprise and was hoping for the best, but it’s great that you’re given the opportunity to call with any additional requests after you see the bouquet. Highly recommend!

Flowers were very nice, thoughtful and well-built but delivery man called my recipient and fully ruined the surprise, even though I gave them the instructions to call/write me(!). Additionally, I included in my order a small stuffed animal which didn’t arrive. The card was beautiful but it was handwritten - which wouldn’t be a problem if not for the 27 character limit on each line. Satisfied with the flowers but the whole experience wasn’t fulfilling and surprise got ruined.

A first time customer who lives on the east coast, but wanted to send our daughter flowers for hosting our family’s Thanksgiving weekend. Before arranging the display, the designer sent me a picture of the flowers which she would possibly use. She listened to my container and color requests. They came to our daughter’s apartment in beautiful shape. I felt that this personal attention was wonderful, especially from afar.

I just ordered a designers' choice Thanksgiving arrangment for friends in Seattle, and the shopped set me a pre-delivery photo. Pictures are better than words, so it's posted with this review.

This is by far the best customer service experience I have ever had. We are long distance and they emailed me about a substitution, called me to ensure i saw the email. And then texted me a picture of the beautiful gift basket to make sure it was exactly to our liking. It was gorgeous! I would give 10 stars if I could.

I ordered a flower arrangement for same day delivery for my sister in law. Within 30 minutes, Williams Flowers texted a picture of the arrangement, asking if it met my expectations—I’ve never had that level of customer service for flower delivery before! And of course, the flowers were beautiful!!

This flower shop was great! I called from out of state for a same day delivery and they were able to accommodate. I let the designer choose and provided a budget. The flowers were delivered very promptly and they looked great. I would definitely use them again.

Flowers delivered on time and we’re beautiful. The only downside is that notes weren’t added to any of them so she didn’t know who they were from. Kinda sad but they were absolutely gorgeous flowers. We will use y’all again in the future. Thank you!!!

I ordered flowers for a friend in another city who just had a baby. I liked that they sent me a picture of the arrangement before delivery. Honestly it looked a little wonky, but I talked with a very nice gal who listened to my concerns.
