very poor customer service, asked for a flower and chocolate bouquet and they only delivered flowers even tho I specifically asked for both and on asking them about the chocolate part just responded with oh we forgot to add them, lol don't take orders and charge so much when you can't deliver

Pathetic service, I have ordered flowers but and sent the amount 1 week before the delivery date but on event day they behaved unethical by saying that we can’t deliver the bouquet and gajrays on time. Shameless customer service

I ordered custom made gajray from Flowerworks and they were magically pretty. The size was huge and they stayed fresh all night. I definitely see myself shopping again❤
