Shahbaz location -Extremely rude customer service. They were pre paid for flower bouquets the day before . We messaged them on the day of that we will be picking it up and there was no response. We went there to pick it up and they pretended like we had no order placed. The lady was extremely rude and disrespectful. I highly recommend that they look into their staff and customer service skills. We were disgusted by them!. In response to the owners response- Clear facts as a customer - we paid Rs 1000 for the balloons. So it was not complimentary. Secondly the review is about the terrible customer service . And yes the elder lady was my mother who was treated badly. Also complete chaos for a preorder - the paid receipt was presented but you (the owner) and the team pretended there was no pre payment or order . Your business was paid the night before. I never booked delivery it was a pick up. This is not the first review of this nature. Please be honest with your customers.

Members of the Zerritta Flowers team have given FAKE 1 star reviews to other flower companies and given themselves 5 stars. This is totally unethical as this basically means you are misleading potential customers who want to spend their hard earned money in sending gifts to their loved ones. It's okay. Ordered one of the pre-set gifts from website "Treats and nibbles gift crate" however they reduced the stuffed bears from 4 to 2, changed chocolate types and removed cherry sticks. They charge premium for their services so at the very least it is expected that item quantity will be complete. Furthermore left message on their number with the complaint and no response was received. Would not recommend online ordering !!

Recent negative experience with Zerritta. Poor and rude customer service. The bouquet was made with wilted flowers and when asked about trimming the edges or swapping the flowers we were told that they are only complimentary and cost 450/ stem. I mean who asked for a complimentary offer? We could have taken only a couple of flower stems BUT fresh! Will not recommend it and will not be purchasing from them again.

The best flower shop in town, zerritta flowers no matter where in the world they are from they look freshly picked and perfectly arranged to make any occasion beautifully memorable. It timely delivers bouquets and flower arrangements that look just as good in real life as they do online for sure. Always exceeds expectation, Zerritta is definitely the upper echelon of the flower industry in Pakistan.

A good flower shop at a very convenient location on Shahbaz Commercial DHA phase 6. Parking can be an issue at times since it gets busy there with alot of eateries in the neighbourhood. Alongwith flowers, they also keep other items such as presents, chocolates etc. Prices are on the higher side though. Expect to pay a reasonably high amount for the quality that you get.

Pathetic customer service overall. I wish i had chance of giving them no star rating. Placed an order online. Was told it will be delivered by 3pm. Still waiting and it’s almost 5pm. Calling them on their branch and whatsapp number. Not responding to any of them. It they call them as one of the best florists in karachi, then I wonder who are the worst.

I simply cannot speak too highly of this branch and in particular Saira … Nothing was too much trouble everything was available I was kept updated at regular intervals the service was efficient and on Time The product quality was marvellous the design beautiful this is a model florist one you should definitely use the time and time again

Zerrita Flowers offers a delightful range of chocolates and flowers to give to your loved ones on their special occasions. The presentation is fabulous too. The client service has been a pleasant experience. In the long while, Zeritta Flowers have been around, they have managed to build a good reputation for themselves.

Any, seriously ANY service would be better than that of Zerritta Flowers. They do offer a good selection of imported flowers however, the sad state of customer service is not worth it. In this age and time, one only wonders how such an establishment can survive in the long run. Hope the management looks into it.

Zerritta flowers are the best in Karachi. Specially their bouquets. They have always made arrangements for my main dining tables and side tables very elegant and gorgeous.my favorite is their lilies.There flowers are always fresh. Their Bamboos are the best in town.

I was very hopeful about these flowers since the prices are quite high, but the quality was not good. The roses arrived brown and starting to wilt. Also the "crystal" vases I ordered were plastic cylinders that were too small to even handle the bouquet.
