It was my fourth time ordering from them because I was in hurry to get something delivered over Eid and it was convenient that they were ready to deliver on a short notice but what got delivered was a disaster. I'd let the picture speak for itself. A bunch of already bloomed and withered lilies for $63! Last time I had ordered, it was no different but I was assured I will not be disappointed again and was compensated with some roses but I shouldn't have trusted. Anyway, lesson learnt the hard way. This was definitely my last time to ever order anything from them. Rosetta, you lost a genuine customer. I am not looking for any compensations because no compensation would make up for how I wanted to make my loved ones day special. My only compensation would be if you could serve your customers who are paying a premium price with something that actually is premium. There is no shame in refusing the order if you can't manage.

The owner of this shop handles everything very perfectly and sends the item on the exact time given. Not only does he do everything with responsibility, his products have its own perfection. The flowers are fresh and so beautiful! I sent flowers and inflated balloons for a friend's birthday and when I saw it myself I was quiet happy and stunned with the whole service and how everything turned out to be. Usually helium balloons deflate within one or two days, but the ones he sent lasted for a very long time about a week and more. Customer service is also SO GOOD. I selected a wrong payment method and contacted the owner via whatsapp after 12 am pakistani time (since I live abroad) and he answered the call and dealt with the situation very nicely. I would say do shop from rosetta, you will not be dissapointed at all! Flowers: 10/10 Service: 10/10

Okay , so i came from Faisalabad , i was staying at Regent Plaza hote , Karachi....and i had to go and meet my bestfriend who just had a baby boy , i wanted to bring cake , Bouquet and Baby boy Balloons...and i am not lying i called like 2 or 3 services but no one had everything for me or was ridiculously expensive and somehow by my luck i came across Rossetta Flora and they not only listened to me but provided everything within an hour.....like an hour....i was happily surprised and very much pleased with their quick service.....and my bestfriend loved the flowers she loved the balloons and my day was happily ended and everything ended up just as i wanted it to be....Alhamadulilaaahh.. I reccommend their services to everyone they customized their flower bouquets in reasonable prices too....

I’m genuinely so happy how quick the delivery was, usually it takes a day, but I placed the order within an hour and it was delivered within the next, this actually made me so happy. Placed an order for the flowers. Very prompt service. They kept me informed. I definitely recommend them. Flower arrangement and choice of flowers was exactly as shown in the picture. Just one request, the greeting card message should have been typed instead of hand written. But it wasn’t a big issue for me but I would prefer in future that it should be typed. I ordered roses, not only did they charge an insane amount - which I was okay with paying as long as they provided okay service, the roses reached the address dry, ugly and limp. I feel scammed out of my money. I also told them specific instructions on the colour I wanted the paper and ribbon to be and they ignored that completely. Never using this place again.

Everything from start to finish was so easy, I chose the flowers online from Dubai for my mother in law and sister in law in Karachi. It was a good experience overall! I live in Canada and sent flowers to my wife who was in Karachi at the time. The price seemed reasonable compared to other services Ive tried before and the delivery of flowers was smooth. A person constantly stayed in touch with me over watsapp till the flowers were delivered. Payment methods are also flexible.
