Ordered flowers well in advance and requested to deliver within office hours. Despite numerous follow-ups the delivery still hasn't happened and I keep getting non committal responses. The person on the phone kept arguing with me that I had input the wrong address. Once she shared the system screenshots, the correct address was right there! Guess it's too much trouble to read. One would think a flower delivery service would understand the difference between shipping and billing address. Was mistaken to order flowers from these guys. Utterly disappointed by the service. Would recommend to steer clear of them and go to a mainstream service like TCS or Zerrita. This also leads me to conclude that the google reviews are fake! You've been warned!

Within hours of placing my order, a representative contacted me on WhatsApp regarding the incorrect payment method I had selected, and walked me through the process of reordering. The representative (Aman) was polite, to the point, and efficient. The flowers were delivered in Karachi the same day, and the representative sent me a picture of the flowers, the card, and the front gate of the house to confirm delivery.
