I could give Mark team 10 stars if I could. After getting quotes from different moving companies, Full Service Moving has the reasonable price with the best customer service. The good experience started from Manager Alex who answered the phone call with courtesy and patience. Mark with his team arrived on time taking good care of furnitures and were very communicable. They are very professional and decent guys. Beyond that, they are reliable and responsible. We didn’t realize the truck cannot drive up the long drive way due to the lower tree height until the truck is there. Mark has to street park the truck. The team manually haul all stuffs including heavy furnitures up the long drive way to make sure the everting is done without any hesitance or complaints. This is a big move for 4 bedroom house. We truly appreciate everything the team did for us during moving. Moving is no fun, but I am glad to find this company to help out of uncertain situations. Definitely recommend to everyone.

The customer service who handled booking inquiries was already a good sign. They were the kindest and most responsive of the companies I shopped around from. The crew—Eugene & Eric—were really prompt, pleasant, friendly, and handled all my belongings with care. I got a text saying they were on their way and would arrive in 25 mins within the time frame of my requested move time/date. They arrived a few minutes earlier and assessed the work to be done. They unloaded everything efficiently at the destination. Good vibes and good energy for the 5 hours they worked on the move. I moved from a 4th Fl apartment with only a small elevator in a 100+ yr old building and they did everything seamlessly even if they had to go down narrow-ish stairs with large furniture like a heavy adjustable metal bed frame and a queen sized bed. Nolan and crew did an incredible job on our move. I was skeptical about fitting our two bedroom two bathroom plus garage condo into the truck but they made it work! Nolan also had a smile on his face the entire 10 hours! Not only did they treat every piece of furniture with care, they also took apart our beds and rebuilt them without asking. We just had the items in our house moved to the new place. Nolan and his team helped us move them. Felt pressured to post this and worker asked for a double tip. I paid the amount that was charged. If the worker feels they deserve more, they should take up their salary with their employer, not pressure customers. I would have left a nice review anyway but the pressure to do two reviews in front of him and the shake dowwn for $80 was intimidating. Mark and Gena were great. Moved everything. Thank you guys. I recently used their service and was very happy. The crew arrived on time, was very friendly and packed my things with great care. They had to move large furniture down a narrow staircase and do so without damaging anything. They worked quickly and efficiently. Also, they bring all the equipment to take apart and reassemble the furniture - huge plus. I’d definitely recommend this company.

Nolan and his team were super helpful, efficient, and organized right out of the gate. We had a very heavy and unwieldy antique writing desk that we needed to move out of our narrow apartment, and then move AGAIN after we had to reconfigure a room. The desk came through without a scratch. They were gracious and understanding, and worth every penny of the cost.
