Honestly the worst business banking comapny i have ever spoken to. All i want to do is dispute a payment and i have been passed around like an unwanted present and 2 hours later i'm still holding and entering my details time and time again. I feel this exeriance will push me to moveing banks.
Total: 5 phone calls, 3 branch visits, 9 Facebook messages, 4 email. And after all of this communication still no advice on bypassing the 25k online limit or on why we were told a transaction didn't go through so we should do it again. Only to be charged a £892 insufficient funds fine!
The staff are friendly and try to help. But it seems like they are stuck with systems that won't allow them to assist or be helpful in any way. The bank and app have terrible reviews everywhere. Compare it to the reviews for online banks like Revolut. Consider going anywhere else :)
HSBC are a great Bank to deal with. They were so very helpful with my recent issue and went above and beyond so as to resolve it to my satisfaction. I spoke with a lady named Pardeep who was fantastic. She was so very helpful, so caring and so polite. She is truly a credit to HSBC.
