Rating: 0 - my money got stuck in that out of date machine. after waiting 4 days , I had to go in the bank again myself waiting my valuable to find out apparently no money in stuck in the machine. Totally unprofessional service from the staff to the manager as the manager tired to say I'm lying over £50 !

Nice bank... The female staff are very friendly the dudes are the typical jobsworth. Even tho it's in a very poor area . Come on what to do expect when 70% of the area are on benefits . It's got crackheads outside... The staff are excellent for what they have to deal with on a daily rate.

Very slow and poor service. I think the staff and management have changed but not for the better, new staff are very slow. Even with a long que waiting the staff want to have a chit chat with certain customers. 1 cashier with roughly 10 people in the que. Pathetic

How much effort would it take for someone to indicate online that a bank is closed for refurbishment. It's very annoying that after tsb have closed down their branch in Kingstanding to waste my time by indicating that my nearest bank is one under refurbishment

A very busy local branch based at Perry Barr. It serves the local community and being the only one bank located within that vicinity (Barclays now shut down) it gets really busy with new customers adding to existing customers.

Very bad service. They have very long queues to deposit money, the machine is broken so you can't even put it in there. The app doesn't even let you scan cheques aswell so it's all a shambles

Ridiculously slow customer service, have had a recent refurbishment but they were better off sorting out their staff and their way of handling customers, rather then the building itself

This bank does not have enough staff to cope with the amount of customers they have. Please be prepared for a very very long wait. You may need a packed lunch.
