By 1st Vet, 2nd Vet & by reception No, No and again No Use of emotional blackmail to upsell these extras was disappointing, made to feel I wasn't a good owner by not accepting them. Dental work costs the same as people. If I had to choose my mortgage and putting food on the table for my kids over additional extras for my pet, family wins every time. Appreciate veterinary equipment is expensive and there are no medicare subsidies. But hey, these are animals and not humans. Disappointed by the emotional blackmail tactics. Our pet had to have dental work completed due to a split back molar. The Vet Annette was lovely, friendly and attentive to our pet. PROCEEDURE & FOLLOW UP Very kind and attentive Excellent communication PREOPERATIVE APPOINTMENT Felt like an upsell event. Use of emotional blackmail to upsell non-essential extras. Questioned why I refused X-Ray and prescanning bloodwork by 3 different staff members, including the vet in attendance. Auxiliary options are just that - non compulsory alternatives. I love our family pet, but that is what he is "a pet". He's healthy, no real issues. As such I was happy budget from last year $100's dollars on essential dental. But please do not guilt your customers into spending additional money on unnecessary blood screening and X-rays that would mean less food on the table for my family and credit card debt!

Friendly staff, I guess they know what they're doing because so far none of our animals we've taken there has died. Minus one star for the fact that despite spending many thousand of dollars over the last couple of years, they won't allocate me a car park with my name on it and I have to fight for a car park like an everyday pleb turning up with Mittens for their $20 check up instead of the high roller I am who probably put one or more of their children through college.

Excellent attention to my cats leg injury. Mr Kitty was in great pain and quite miserable, after pain meds and antibiotics he was feeling better and had his appetite back just the next day. Dr Jenny gave him a thorough examination and addressed all issues, and explained them fully and clearly. Thanks Dr Jenny! Costs are quite reasonable, considering the great level of care and attention. Best vet experience in my opinion.. Highly recommended!

Jenny is a fantastic vet and the staff very caring and professional. Unfortunately our beloved JJ was too sick to be helped and was laid to rest. A very sad day for all of our family. We still have another dog and will definitely use this practice for his veterinary needs in the future. Well done guys for making our painful day a little better with your understanding and compassion. Thank You.

My only dealing with these wonderful people seems to be returning lost and misplaced animals with their owners. They have it down to a science. I never feel like it's an inquisition or too much trouble. So I gather they treat all the local animals with this much care. If I had a dog this is where I'd be taking him for vetenary care.

Friendly staff who really care! Receptions are absolutely lovely and the same with the vets. Took our little dog here because we found our previously vet was rude and didn't give the right vaccinations but when we went here, I noticed a huge difference. I really trust these guys with my dog. They are also quite reasonably priced.

Hands down the most incredible vet and team. The amount of care and compassion they give to ensure you and your fur-baby are well is outstanding. I am so grateful they promptly helped me and my unwell dog to get him back on the road to recovery quickly. ALL the girls are always so kind, I am so thankful xx

My Daughters cat Trevor need emergency treatment here and it was first class Trevor took two days to recover but he got home better than he was two days earlier he's still a long way to go to be fully fit but thanks to these wonderful vets they saved him well done

Our pupper has been going there since he was 10 weeks old (he's now 9 years!). He has a couple of ongoing health issues so we visit regularly. He's an anxious lad, but he's swayed by their treats and their genuine love and care every time!

We didn’t know what was wrong with our darling dog. We took him to HPVC and they were lovely with him. We found out it was muscular, he was given a treatment plan and now he’s back to normal going for runs and jumping all over us.

Excellent, caring and friendly vets at this practice. I have been taking my boys to the Holland Park clinic (they also have one at Carina) for a few years now and they are always lovely. Definitely recommend to all pet owners :)

very good VET. doctors recommended that my kitten a vaccination that allowed kitten go out. I must to agree with that right now. My kitten went out, when I am not home. Hope this vaccination will protect him in the future

Great clinic! I usually go to more well known vets but I find they have a get in and out approach to customers. It's a very caring environment and they genuinely want to care for your pet.

Very good clinic, fair prices. Some staff are hit or miss but all of them genuinely care about the animals. It's a small vet but it's perfect if you live locally.
