This review is based solely on my experience and personal opinion. I am an IKEA's regular customer and I was waiting for all the COVID pandemic restrictions to be lifted to go ahead and write a fair review about this store. I went to IKEA Saturday the 11th of Sep. 2021. Here you can find an extremely wide range of products that IKEA designs and sells ready-to-assemble. The product list includes furniture, kitchen appliances and home accessories, among other goods and home services. I love this specific IKEA, which is different from others, because they offer a pretty big selection of live and faux plants, because of the big restaurant upstairs and because of the CLEARANCE section where you can really find GREAT DEALS if you can carry it with you and if you do not need a box (and in some cases, if you do not mind some minor scratches and worn signs). The Houston IKEA it is a two story building and this store follows the layout of having the showroom upstairs with the marketplace and self-service warehouse downstairs. FIRST FLOOR: on the first floor you can find the Showroom (with many preassembled furniture, kitchens, sleeping rooms, kids room, living rooms and so on that you can walk thru and take notes of what you like). The Showroom is basically the section where the desired goods and services are displayed. Now, While you walk thru the Showroom you'll come across many IKEA employees that can help you with your search or with directions and you will find at least two areas where there are IKEA computers that help you design your space using IKEA furniture and Decor and many expert IKEA employees you help you understand and figure out what is that you need and what is that you need to buy. On the same floor you can find the big restaurant with alot of good food and many seats and tables, and a small food market. SECOND FLOOR: on the second floor is where the customer collects a shopping cart and proceeds to an open-shelf "Market Hall" warehouse for smaller items like décor, kitchenware, rags, carpets, curtains, pillows, light bulbs, lamps, plants and MANY other small items. on the same floor you'll find visits the self-service furniture warehouse to collect previously noted showroom products in flat pack form. on the same flor you will find the CLEARANCE section (that I personally love). on the same floor you have all the cash registers and the self checkout, you have a big food market, you have a To-Go restaurant where you can buy ice-cream, frozen yogurt, hot dogs and hot cinnamon buns among others.... and much more. on this floor you will also find the return desk, the shipping desk and the customer service desk. Visiting and shopping at this store is very easy and intuitive if you look at the layout maps that are all over the place. CLEANLINESS: The overall cleanliness of the place is very good and usually the go above and beyond by cleaning the resting areas over and over again. You can always spot a staff member returning items to their original location, moved by customers, or other staff members taking care of displays that have been altered by careless customers. You will hardly ever find products or items on the floor or messy areas. and I personally love this about IKEA. RESTROOMS: restroom 90% of the times are spotless. super clean and with a very good fragrance. Even in super busy days you will always find hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels. STAFF: 95% of the staff are friendly, nice, competent, and knowledgeable about their products. They have their share of "rotten apples" (at least three that I can recall), but they do not spoil the all bunch. So far I've always been treated as a valuable customer and always been given great customer service. PRICES: prices have slightly gone up compared to two years ago, but so in the rest of the stores that sell the same products. I still find a high quality/price ratio at IKEA. The price is proportioned to the quality of the product you buy, easier to understand. CONCLUSION: I have a great experience every time I go.

Worst and most stressful shopping experience of my life. Came 1/2nd expecting to have a fun day shopping and now I know I’ll never be back. Classic bait and switch on pricing. First, I went knowing what I wanted and checked online for availability. Found what I wanted, took pics of the items on the sales floor with the tags, wrote down the info on their paper and in typical Ikea fashion, grabbed extra impulse goodies that were advertised with their bright yellow “Winter Sale!” signs. Here’s where everything went to hell. Went to the aisle and bin numbers posted and of course none of those products are there. Searched and searched and an employee said to go to a help desk. Long line you have to stand in, get to a person and he said locations changed and tags were never updated. Lovely. I showed him my pics of what I wanted, he pulled up their new locations and noticed that the tags are also showing incorrect pricing but that when I check out, to show my photos and they can honor them. Fine. Went to check out, they call a manager who tells me they can’t change prices. I have to pay full price for all the sale items (even the smaller items like blankets that were on sale all rang up regular price) then go to customer service, show my receipt and photos and they’ll have to refund me the difference. Great! Another curveball. I pay and go to customer service which of course has a huge line, realize you have to “check in” on a mobile device. Options on the sign were text or scan QR code. Tried texting and the link didn’t work. Scan code and it just loads and loads…. Mind you, this is all a race bc crowds are all trying to type this all at lightning speed as they see more and more all trying to check in on their phones. None of these options are working, I go ask and they said try the kiosk….. go to a kiosk where there’s a separate line of people waiting….. I couldn’t get out of their fast enough. I got screwed and paid more than all of their signs said. Genius in their part bc they can advertise a sale and rely on people not want to go through the hassle to get refunded for that price. Attached is an example of one of the pics showing what I wanted that had the wrong tag.

I wish we had an IKEA in Louisiana so this is a treat for us when we visit Houston. We always have lunch here when we stop by so that we have energy to go through their maze of furniture and sets. For first timers, it’s located on the second floor to the left of the escalators. You grab an empty tray and get in line. There is also a cool cart where you can set your food and push it instead of carrying it especially if you are here with your family. As you go through the line, you can go ahead and grab a few items like salads, soups and bread before heading to the hot station where you can place your order for your main entree. They prepare it right in front of you. After that, you pick up your empty glass and head to the registers to pay for everything. The drink station is self served. I love trying their version of cola and it is so sweet and bubbly. They use real plates and metal utensils. Seating is first come, first serve so sit anywhere you like. After you’re done, you clean up after yourself and bring your tray to little station to stack your trays on these metal rollaway racks in the middle of the dining hall. We love their Swedish meatballs. Full of flavor. If you ever had pho before, the flavor profile is similar in how it is spiced. Their berry sauce is a nice complement to balance that sweet and savory. Mash potatoes and peas could definitely use salt which they offer little packets for. Our meal wasn’t expensive at all. $30-$35 for 3 people. Their furniture is affordable as well. Love their designs. The ability for you to actually view that piece in one of their carefully crafted settings really aid in the deciding factor for purchasing. You can also get a free photo shoot done here too since there are so many different settings haha. Make sure to pick up a pen and paper at the entrance so you can write down the item number to later find it on the first floor. It’s a huge warehouse where you get the boxes yourself.

I love IKEA, but a few days ago, I went to get an organization product. To my delight, there was a big sign that said the item was on sale, even cheaper than what I had planned to pay for it. Because it was on sale, I decided to grab multiple items instead of just one. After waiting in the line to check out, and after hours of walking in the store, the receipt for my items showed that they charged me the regular price. When I asked the attendant, she told me I had to go back into the store to take a picture of the sign to prove to them that I wasn't lying. This would be fine if the store was like a convenience store, but it was a 3 layered maze where people with disabilities could get trapped and die! So with my arthritic knee and lower-back, I went back into the store to find the large sign showing the promo price, took it back to the self-check out attendant only to have her tell me to go to the return center. What a waste of time! Not only did they take my money unethically, but then to demand even more of my time waiting for the return center to refund the overcharge. THIS MIGHT BE THE 4th time I've been overcharged by IKEA, but this was the first time that I caught it before leaving the store. This is kind of repeated lack of service is called DARK PATTERNS and is liable for a lawsuit. They need to change their policy ASAP to avoid such lawsuits and disgruntled customers who got ripped and then got more time taken away from them.

My wife and I purchased a Birds of Paradise plant from IKEA with a planter for $96.00. The plant was in rough condition but we were under the impression that we could love the plant back to life. I spoke with the manager Eric and he with extreme attitude and nastiness pretty much told me that I had to eat the cost of the plant because all plant sales are final. Come to find out they put a faded script on the back of the receipt for plant sales being final. There is literally no signage that states all plant sells are final. If there would’ve been signage that states this policy for plants as they have for clearance we never would’ve purchased the plant or planter. Instead of management being helpful and understanding they went on defence mode as if I were the one to blame. When I showed the manager there was no signage he along with another manager Ellen both said it doesn’t matter. I’m super disappointed with this store and management. Now I’m speaking with the store manager Jenevieve and she’s telling me that I should’ve read the receipt. My issue is you don’t get a receipt until after purchase which we still would’ve been stuck with the plant. It doesn’t make sense! Avoid all plant purchases if you shop here and I hope to God you never have to deal with management.

Severely understaffed making the guest experience a nightmare! We are torn because we love some of the IKEA pieces for our toddler daughter’s room, but are scarred from our most recent in-store experience. My husband had to wait 30 minutes in line as only 2 registers were open and over 100 people were waiting between the 2 lines. What doesn’t make sense is that they were using only one self check out lane when they have 4 as an option. It wasn’t until after my husband complained that they opened up more. It shouldn’t take a complaint to use common sense that more lanes need to be opener. Even if you are understaffed, use the resources you have! I tried calling Ikea Houston but no specific Ikea allows a direct line for its shoppers. So the generic customer service employee on the phone said she’d relay the message, which didn’t help. Like other reviewers said, might not be worth the wait for such a poor experience. They are more staffed on weekends but should use the resources (like self checkout) they have on weekdays to help.

I love IKEA I been coming for years . The furniture is nice and good quality for the price . However I recently went on my lunch break to buy a large number of shelves for my salon. I brought along my small dog and put him in the basket . I was stopped at the front door by an oddly built Hispanic girl abd she said “sorry IKEA isn’t pet friendly.” I said well he’s here what am I supposed to do leave him in the car ?” Mind you it was a fairly hot day. She replied “you can leave him in the car , or Leave him at home but he can’t come in here!” That was an absolute jaw dropper! I took my dog back to the car and tried to run in and get what I needed but I was under so much pressure to move fast because the dog was in the car that I bought $400 worth of shelves with the wrong brackets and everything was mixed matched. I had to bring most of it back and get the right thing at a later date. That was a terrible experience. Shame on you IKEA for treating my furry friend so terribly .

IKEA is an experience in furniture shopping that is unmatched in most peoples lives. It’s big …. it’s really big. The best way to navigate. that place is to treat it like terminal C at bush international airport. Look at the signs, find out where you are and go in the direction indicated for the section you want. There are perhaps 16 to 20 different sections specializing in various aspects of home decor. If want you to go from one section to another is not as straightforward as the airport. I got lost going from section 3 to section 4. The sections are chopped up with walls and doors placed between many sections so you might have to work a little bit, but the experience gives you a better sense of a room rather than a warehouse. if you’re truly looking for multiple things you might be there a while, so luckily there’s an adjacent IKEA restaurant for you to sit down have a cafeteria style meal and get back at it once your strength is back up.

This is amazing place for Furniture and furnishings and general household items. Lot of variety of good in each catagory. The beautiful part is everything is on display as it is to be placed in your home. You can visualise how the products are going to be actually seen . You can easily decide to buy or not to buy. You can see my YouTube channel @rakeshkochhar. Title: Why IKEA visit is must . The link I have given . Complete video of the all product is shown with price . One more good thing this is most modren Shopping Mall I have seen as inventory is huge and well place in racks according to the system. The billing also takes very less time as both by the staff and customer can also make bill and pay himself. Very nice . Most amazing experience one must visit if you are in Houston. Please subscribe my YouTube channel also for more such videos. Thanks.

IKEA in Houston is Terrible. Not the experience I've had with other IKEA locations. I made a sizable order on their website. Received a text from IKEA that one item was not on the sales floor but would be shipped from the distribution center and be available for pickup the next day. Never heard anything back. I called the 888 number and couldn't get a straight answer then was hung up on. Called back. The new person proceeds to tell me she can't give me an update and there's nothing she can do about it. I now don't have my items and don't even know when they're going to be available for pickup. The store is 1-1/2 hours from my house. So I can't just skip up there. I asked if there was someone I could talk to higher up, and the rep said "I could try but it won't do any good. Call back in 4 or 5 hours" Shameful and disappointing.

Employees are nice but prices are misleading and deceiving. I purchased the black Alex drawer here and was led to believe it was $89, but it turned out to be 110 when checked out. When I asked about it, an employee asked me to show them a picture. I walked all the way back and showed them the picture, but she said there's nothing she can do. She asked if I wanted to speak to her manager instead, and she came. The manager was anything but empathetic and just said that it was only for the white one despite the tags only showing $89 everywhere. She reiterated multiple times "if you want, we can go back there and also scan the code". I said it's fine and left. Not to mention all prices have gone up about 25% throughout every product category except the cheap stuff like plates and accessories. Overall 1/10 experience.

Good service from the guy works for delivery. Too much stuff that we have to take care by us. It's confusing if you are first time shopping there. Got almost can't find someone for help. Nothing for free if you shop for furniture here 9/20/23 This is the worst and my last time to come here. All customers got help but mine still waiting forever. Numbers showing on the screen says verifying but they got their stuffs to pick up already and I was the second person but wait and I don't know when I can get my products. The sale guy told me I will get free delivery then come down see the customer service said I have to pay for delivery and wait until the night time when the store closes so I can come to pick up. Going to buy their stuffs like go to steal their stuffs. What's convenience!!

Overwhelming! This is the biggest store that I have EVER been in! With that being said, I am impressed with the cleanlines of the store. I was not actively helped by a store employee, but they made themselves available by being out in the open so if I needed assistance, I'm sure they would have been more than happy. Great prices! I give this store a 3 out of 5 stars because I take greater pride in organization and I did not experience that there. Most of their furniture was sold out and not available. That is fine, but they did not update the too level to let us know so our hopes were destroyed. I would recommend this place to my friends, but only if they are in desperate need of furniture.

  • Gina Kahrs

Takes awhile to get thru the store. Can take about 2 hours to get thru it all if you are just browsing. Lots of zigging and zagging, but it is a lot to look at. Always changing the displays that they have, but that's to make it fresh. Came here in September then back a month later, and what I was looking for was in a different place than I remembered it from last time. The first time I went to IKEA, was in Dallas 2021, and was rushed thru it. Was actually looking for the mini change purse, but was told this time that it was discontinued. Bummer! But I did get a few food storage containers that I was on a mission to to get.

People talk like this place has the cheapest stuff with good quality but I rather go with Amazon and have it delivered free at my doorstep This place is waste of time and funny part you cannot take your cart in elevator to top floors ! How am I supposed to shop or how am I supposed to carry stuff which is in cart ? The restaurant were out of hot dogs mid day and they hardly have any items on menu to even try! Drove an hour just to waste my day for nothing This is my personal experience No such deals to be amazed Every big item to be delivered has a delivery fee Things are actually expensive than Amazon Wouldn’t go again

  • Mike Smith

First time in an Ikea. We do not have these in Houston until very recently. Very busy and confusing parking lot. Inside is like a warehouse setting with some display models. Didn’t try the food. Very long line, long wait time. Purchased some basic bookshelves. Easy checkout. Nice people. The heavy duty carts for moving furniture have 4 wheels that steer. A nightmare to control and unload. The styles don not appeal to my personal taste. However, very busy indicates that otheres do like it. Need to come back after the newness has worn off. To get a better feel of what it is all about.

Kenny is FANTASTIC. He is undeniably happy to help. Talk about going above & beyond. The PATIENCE that he has with the demanding rude A$$ people. As I stood in line, & as I heard his calming voice & nicely delivering paperwork & instructions with a smile. For a minute I thought I was at Disneyland! This Man! Management, please hear me, Please keep Kenny. Please promote this prideful man that takes his job seriously with a SMILE. That does NOT happen much anymore. To that, Kenny, my hat is off to you kind Sir & a curtsy. I appreciate you & your infectious SMILE!

  • Jl Mendez

As soon as I walked in, the escalator was under repair, so I had to take the elevator. When I was on the first floor, I walked over to the marketplace, and I could easily make my way to my desired item as it was not very crowded. Employees were walking around, but unfortunately, no one noticed me, so I was not helped. I grabbed my item, which was a rolling cart, and made my way to the checkout line. I chose self-check out and completed my transaction without any issues. The item was decently priced, and I recommend going there.

  • Dimo & Gunter PA

All was good until we got to the check out. We opted for self check out and rang everything up. Then the employee wanted to verify we rang everything up and gave the excuse that sometimes items “stick” together. Funny how he did not do this to the white customer before us with same product but did to us. To make sure I was not imagining this another person next to us noticed the same thing. Thankfully this was my first and last experience at IKEA. Profile much! (Happened at 10/13 at 230pm at self checkout)

  • Mandy Reese

IKEA in Houston is a great place to get furniture that is not ridiculously priced. Keep in mind that some of the cheaper furniture here is made from small pieces of wood glued together. That furniture doesn't last at all! However, if you get solid wood there should not be any problems. Ikea is a fun place to walk around and see what is available. Make sure to check out the cafeteria when you are shopping at Ikea. It is good and reasonably priced. There are sometimes promotions going on that includes food.

  • Bill D

1st and 2nd floor. Food sucks. Double charged me even after said approved. Showed manager the deduction out of our account, told him it even said approved on the machine, but he still refused to fix saying it was just a hold, would drop off in couple of days, it didn't go through our system and we could call or come back if it didn’t. Really?!! Such great customer service, NOT!!! If it didn’t go through IKEA's system, then how did it deduct from my bank account? What an Idiot!!! Buyers Beware!!!!!!!

  • eric b

Extremely disappointed. Whoever is running the cafeteria should be fired. The food is ok but no one was interested in picking up trash from the floor, nor mopping up water from the floor. No one even bothers to put out forks so bring a fork with you. If you are looking for a job and if you don’t want to do a good job, then work at IKEA. Truly ridiculous how much trash is on the floor. I asked for Apple pie and they handed me a lemon tart. They don’t even know the names of their own food .

  • Cherry Berry

They had everything I wanted and then more. I came here for organizational items, and they were all in stock. For a faster checkout I came in through the end of the warehouse, which allowed me to skip through the staging areas. However I highly recommend to go through all the rooms if you are looking for inspiration. I forgot to take pictures until the end, but the one I did take can give you a glimpse of how it looks when you are looking for your product in store.

  • Cinthya Trevino

Neisha (face full of piercings so you can identify her) had the worse customer service, I greeted her like if I am the employee, I felt like reminding her she works here and I shop here. She had a disgusting attitude and seems to hate her job. She is at the “home deliver and online orders” I really can’t believe someone hates their job so much, IKEA, pay or treat your people better so they can appreciate the customers who contribute to their pay check.

  • Steven T. Native Texan

An amazing shopping experience. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes because this store is expansive. There is a great variety of furniture items all through out with showroom displays to give you great ideas of how to furnish different rooms. The only negative I can say is that sometimes it gets really crowded and almost feels like a line for an amusement park. You will have to step out of the walkway and move into whatever showcase you are looking at.

  • Meera Kanakamma Mohan

IKEA is a unique and economical marketplace as always! It is the food and drinks that I love more than any other restaurant that I have visited. It is always a pleasure to watch their presentation style as they never cease to amaze me. I would describe it as a play ground designed especially for adults. It is a great place for you to use your creativity and buy the building blocks so that you can build up your home.

  • J Dub

They have just about everything you can imagine. The store is absolutely huge and will take you a long while. If you go through it all. It is not the best quality.. but it is completely in line with what you’re paying . We were missing one screw that brought our install to a halt. They were supposed to mail us a new one, but it never showed up. We ended up just purchasing it.. after several weeks of waiting.

  • Markus Carter

Arrived at the store today to buy a certain item that ended up being out of stock. Sales associate Marvin went above and beyond, answering all our questions and helping us order and arrange for our item to be delivered to our home. His tremendous customer service turned what looked like a discouraging experience into a very positive encounter. I'll definitely return because of Marvin's service tonight.

  • Andie Salazar

I like the ikea concept. Decently priced furniture. Be prepared to walk, there is about to see. Majority of the furniture come unassembled, they do have a paid delivery and assembly fee if that works better for you, if not it can be a test of your mental fortitude and attempt to put the item together yourself or with help. While the directions are easy to follow the process can take a while.

  • Cara Weathers

Came here for their spring sale and they did not disappoint. They have pretty good prices already but I found some great deals. Stop at the cafe for some lunch or visit the grab and go downstairs for ice cream and other treats. The staff are available throughout the store to assist you with anything you may need. There are plenty of restrooms and elevators so bring the whole fam.

  • Candid Reviews

Location okay. Lots of parking. Lots of cute European items. Restaurant was out of a lot of things. Food was dry. Felt as if one were dining in a war-stricken European country, but that is quite the aesthetic. Restaurant staff indifferent. Store staff- unwilling to help as usual; usually a stressful atmosphere to shop in. Always have a helping hand if shopping at any IKEA store

  • William Sanders

I work on the task rabbit app so I went to go pass out cards and put my stickers up and to see the new items I haven't built yet I've only been to ikea 2 times I personally would go nuts in this store if I was shopping for furniture lol way to many things to choose. But I love building it lol. I've been doing it full time almost 3 years. Ive built probably over 2k items.

  • J. BISBAL

I love this place, been shopping here since 2000, I've furnished several homes and kitchens with some of their best stuff. Their restaurant is pretty good too for basic European inspired dishes, I'm glad to see that they added some vegetarian stuff to the menu. Good food market too. Great parking, better to visit late and midweek, the place is a zoo on weekends.

  • Varsha Vilankar

Great place for all your needs from furnishing to kitchen and great decor ideas. The displays are excellent specially in small spaces a complete apartment living. There is lot to take in. Wear comfortable shoes while visiting this place. Place is well stocked. All the store associates are very helpful. Plenty of parking. Well organized and clean.

I LOVE Ikea as a store. My husband and I enjoy coming here for inspiration and to furnish our home. I understand the concept is a self-service for the customer but I don't appreciate the workers being rude when I have a simple question. I also had a curbside order and the girl literally just threw the boxes in my car as quickly as she could.

  • Rajini Jesuraj

Our experiences at IKEA vary based on store location and specific products, but overall, IKEA has gained a positive reputation for its affordability, design, and variety of products. Whether we are looking for a small decor item or furnishing an entire home, IKEA is often seen as a go-to option for budget-friendly and stylish solutions.

  • Matthew Albr

TRASH trash TRASH! My online order (Order#446955459) was marked as “Ready for Pickup”. Drove over an hour to pick it up, only to find out portion of the order was Out of Stock. What am I going to do with the doors and hinges to a TV stand that is out of stock? Would have been nice to know before making the 3 hour journey to your store.

  • Allyson

There is just so-o-o much!! Upstairs. Downstairs. Go thru that door… after you pass …. But at least IKEA still believes in staffing enough people so that you can ask questions. The staff doesn’t try to run and hide when you make eye contact. If it’s your first time or it’s been years since you were last there, just be prepared!!!

  • M S G

Ashley in customer service (returns/ furniture pick up) is AWESOME! Friendly, extremely helpful, and knows her stuff. Really appreciated her help in trying to find items that were either misplaced or still in back warehouse and not put back on shelf yet. She's a wizard! The 5% off for ikea members is good too (better than 0% off!)

  • Gio Tovar

Great decor ideas and affordable prices. We are starting up a new place so got great ideas and stuff to kick off. Some of the small items seem to be out of stock so make sure to check the availability on line before heading to the store If the intention is to walk in shopping. Otherwise the staff can assist with the information.

  • Vera Maxey

I do not usually eat lunch, but I decided to treat myself today. I was VERY disappointed with the cafe! The menu was not what I thought it would be. There was pizza and hotdogs (veggie/regular). I just KNEW I was going to have their meatballs. They didn’t even have the proper cup for the icee! Will never make that mistake again.

  • Hannah Combs

Very friendly and helpful staff! It’s always clean and most of the time well-stocked. We love walking through the showrooms and finding things in the market place, especially when their Christmas items come out. Also, we are SO happy about their vegan food options they’ve added in the last year. Keep the vegan things coming!

  • Sarah Yip

You ever wondered what it’s like to have a home as a Gen-Z adult? IKEA fulfills a lot of my fantasies. They have a cafeteria with affordable dishes like chicken, plant-based meat, salmon, and salads. They also have a bistro with cheap smoothies, sodas, and Icee. I got a mango smoothie and it came in a little paper cup.

  • Jay Claudel

This is a huge place with a lot of furnishings for you to look at. Just when you think you've seen it all, you find another area with more stuff to look at. Be prepared to do a lot of walking. Don't worry though, you can take a break at their restaurant and get something to eat while you're there.

  • Regina Fugat

Definitely a great store for university students and young people starting out. I find the merchandise a lower quality, but the prices have gone up considerably. Difficult to find a store clerk to help out. We had breakfast. Cheap, no frills, but elder people, like my parents love the prices

  • yasir farooqi

IKEA was good not all cheap stuff. It had some good products and some desks and other furniture was a good quality however there were few choices and the store is far but it is at a very busy intersection in Houston and an accessible place just far from my place, great store great selection.

  • Adrienne Merritt

Lots of great items/furniture and a great place to find ideas in the showroom. Just be prepared to spend a fair few hours and wear comfortable shoes. Taking pictures of the tags of items you want can help you find them in the warehouse or online later if you want it shipped.

  • Tash Solangi

This isn't a store, but an experience! We went dorm shopping with my son, and we just had a blast walking around and enjoying ourselves. We bought everything we knew we needed and a bunch of things we didn't know we needed till we walked in. I also got all my steps in too!

This ikea seems a little sad. A little depressed. Not the worst ikea, but not the best, either. A woman came up and asked us how to get out bc she had been walking around in circles and couldn't find the exit. Probably a metaphor in there somewhere. Really makes ya think.

This place is awful. I hate shopping here, but we like the furniture. The lines are a mile long. The employees are rude and disinterested in helping the customer. I REALLY try to avoid this place. I'm pretty sure "Ikea" translates to "we hate you, stop coming here."

Great service from the employee in the office area. I was trying to purchase a desk top stand and the employee helped me locate a better product than the one that I had been considering buying. He saved me some money and I am grateful for the assistance.

Wonderful place to eat up time. Seriously, I always leave with a new gadget I never knew I needed. Good organization. Courteous staff. Good coffee beans. I took home frozen mashed potatoes, and they rock. Don't forget the licorice and Ligonberry sauce.

I love Ikea! They have affordable smart furniture especially for college students. You can literally spend hours to browse everything in here. I also love their food court! Meatballs and ice-cream are so good. It’s a fun experience shopping at ikea!

* Follow me on my Google account for more reviews. Place receives alot of traffic during lunch time. Majority of the dining tables are out of stock. So have your phone internet on and check statuses right away. Seems they were short staff too.

I love Ikea! Great selection of items. Furniture is not too expensive (although sometimes it breaks). Love walking around and checking out the deals. Do not forget to check out the food here. It is reasonably priced! Deserts are yummy as well.

Love this place, the show room are really nice and comfortable to walk through, clean and quiet. The stuff there are nice too. You can get almost everything for your home. Prepare for two to three hours to walk through all the show rooms.

I love shopping at IKEA. I really like the consistency of customer service with the rest of IKEA store. I had few problems with some products they sell. I like the satisfaction guarantee policy. So, I can return stuff I don't want.

  • Mirka Mendez

It's entertaining to walk around the store. Everything is on display. Organized and system easy to use. Very reasonable price and wide variety of furniture. Not good for a quick visit since it is a big store. They sell food too.

  • Mauricio Trevino

Ikea is a great place to shop for your house furniture and accessories needs. Pleasent cubicles with wide examples of what you place can look like before you buy. Also, if you're hungry make sure you stop at their food court.

Our favorite place to buy Swedish chocolate and big house plants. I take my kid here and we play "tea" in each little kitchen nook before we get down to real shopping. Very kid-friendly, disability friendly, price-friendly.

Just a neat place to look at furniture and accessories. The restaurant inside was also delicious. Included photo is the salmon with one of their sauces ..came with a potato gratin thing and some basic veg. Was really nice.

  • Paul Ferguson

HUGE!!! Really well laid out and quite nice walking from section to section getting ideas on how the furniture would look in a room. Used my camera to snap things we wanted and picking the stuff at the end was really easy.

  • Anthonny Arias

There's so much stuff here I was overwhelmed, I wish I could take it all. The exhibition hall gives lots of ideas to decorate. Bought two malms with 3 drawers, two brimnes with 4 drawers and one 1x3 kallax, I loved them!

Ikea has a great selection of all kinds of furniture (and probably some things you never thought of), the staff is friendly. We drifted from area to area seamlessly. Everything is marked so that you can scan it and go.

  • Tracey Wicker

My only issue with this store is that it’s too far away from my home. Otherwise, it’s clean, friendly staff and cleverly displayed vignettes makes for a pleasurable experience. And who doesn’t love Swedish meatballs?

  • Elih North

Can never go wrong with an IKEA experience. Ate at the food court and was delicious, as always. Did not know they also had veggie hot dogs, which I had to try and it wasn't anything like I expected; it was better!

  • Parag Chaudhari

Jeez ... bring your own bags ... so if you have not planned beforehand, you are stuck. Plus "self check-out" in the express lane (less than 15 items) ... really got me upset the other day. Will minimize my visits.

  • Nancy Adams

Selection was good. But some items were in back stock and not available due to supply chain issues. Everything home... is here. Thin Blue Lane RV Life - On YouTube #thinbluelanervlife #haroldthedinosour Instagram

Товары не плохие, но я приезжал два раза и оба раза не было в наличие товаров, которые указаны на сайте как в наличие. Работники просто разводят руками и говорят что ничем помочь не могут. Отсутствие сервиса.

  • Nelson Thompson

I mainly go here for inspiration and end up buying something I hadn’t thought of. The materials aren’t exactly high end, but for how much you’re paying it makes furnishing your dream home very accessible.

  • Christopher Kittrell

Although I’m convinced that IKEA is really a psychological experiment to test the will of people lost in an endless maze of furniture options, it’s a great place to shop for inexpensive furniture.

  • Rachel Park

Ikea is a fantastic place. There are so many products of my favorite design. If you like a simple design and it's not hard to assemble yourself, I highly recommend Ikea furniture.

  • anonymous anonymous

One register open on the holidays with a half dozen employees standing around. Absolutely ludicrous! Avoid shopping here during the holidays or be prepared to wait in long lines

  • Peter Harris

It's great until it isn't. Good luck dealing with missing parts, and then missing parts not available or back ordered. They make getting a refund as tough as possible.

  • Chris St. Romain

First time here, very neat place with home deco and home goods. It's setup like a maze of individual mock bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and dining rooms.

  • Mas Final

Ikeas great! I still buy majority from here. All their curtains are too long for my home, but a quick hem and they're perfect!

First time we went there.i like it.we will see what the results our items we brought

  • Raquel Cervantes

Nice layout. Has everything you could need at all prices points.

Nice place, clean, and organized. I want everything from Ikea
