ZERO STARS. The WORST quality of furniture. Trying to get someone to help from RTG is a joke. Purchased a "leather" sectional in which we were repeatedly told, when asked, that it was genuine leather on all areas you touch. So everything but the back of the couch should be leather. Ok. Understood. This is the FAKEST genuine leather. We specifically wanted leather because we have pets and our last leather sofa lasted YEARS and was great. As we were moving into a new home we wanted something new of course...wrong. This couch has worn down to holes in multiple seats and shows wear in other seats in the short year we have had it from normal sitting. Your jeans will scratch the color off immediately. We have had a few spills and cleaned it but it does not clean well and a smell lingers as if absorbed immediately. The recliners bend and are so fragile they could break at anytime. We do have warranty but trying to get someone to help us...it would be easier getting help from a toddler. We get NO WHERE. Absolutely the worst experience and worst product for the amount of money we paid. Complete WASTE of money. I was warned but decided I really liked this sectional...which by the way is not a true sectional as we were told in the store. There is no way to connect the 3 pieces as they had in the store. Ok we did a little more research and that was on us for believing the stupidity of the sales reps we spoke with...who obviously just wanted the sale. We are now out of our hard earned money with a sectional that looks like it has been ROUGHLY used for 10 years. We take care of our furniture and our last couch was used for 10+ years and had less wear on it than this one. Do not buy from RTG. Worthless. GO WASTE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE BECAUSE THE QUALITY IS A JOKE! RTG needs to take responsibility for the quality of the material used on their products.

Well.. we found what we wanted online and just went in to buy it to ensure we liked it in person..likely the easiest sale of that salesman’s life. First delivery, the entertainment center was broken… ok not a huge deal, annoying but not the end of the world. Where things took a turn. Store said “we’ll refund your delivery” then proceeded to call an hour later and apologize and say that they actually weren’t going to refund delivery because of no notes from customer service?!? Not a good look. Second delivery showed up and once again our entertainment center was broken now for the second time. And… I took off work to accommodate a delivery exchange for a non-broken one and now customer service says they’ll refund the $49 delivery but that’s all they can do. $49… for an $1800 sell second time screw up not to mention the delivery was over an hour late and the guys didn’t speak English …no other accommodations… you’ve lost a customer for life. When your food gets messed up at a restaurant they’ll comp it or make it right. When you buy from Amazon and they get it wrong they make it right… your team did NOTHING. How cheap and bad customer service can you be? UPDATE: HORRIBLE. That message below led to “Zoe” not doing a THING! I don’t want an apology I want this made right!! Guess what! We’re now on hold AGAIN for customer service for a 4th broken delivery!!

First time ever visiting a rooms to go and I was simply blown away. First of all super clean and smelt wonderful. Second the salesmen did not follow us around like a lost puppy dog. He let us brows and look around and let us take our time. Every once in a while he would come up ask if we were okay or hand any questions then off he went bebopping around doing his own. But when we needed him he was right there! So very friendly and helpful. I don't walk good due to health issues and I have to hold onto my fiance's arm to walk and no one in there made me feel like I wasn't important or even looked at me like I was weird. Treated me like a normal human being and I am so thankful for that! I super positive experience with everything about this visit from the store to the associates to the buying process. Our salesman explained every single thing to us and did it in a manner to where you can understand. From the buying process. What charge is for what. How the warranty works how long the warranty is. It was amazing. If your looking for furniture please don't hesitate to go see Edwardo!! He is amazing and will make you feel like family!

Please! Please! Please, go to RTG for your furnishing needs. They are flexible and let us break up a set because our living room can’t hold the entire set and tables. Our sales person was AH-mazing, THANK YOU MARY DAVIS 10 star service on a 5 star scale! So we ordered that 3 seater couch with all the bells and whistles, just ordered in grey! That is our accent chair and pillows for couch. And guess what…ordered and paid today-will be delivered by end of week so absolutely AWESOME and we will be back for more furniture needs!!! Here is a kicker…We also ordered two new barstools because the other set we purchased from undisclosed retailer (EF where low prices live) a little over two years ago and the stand to raise and lower stool bent/broke off. I actually was looking to invest in them and purchase but no, no not anymore!!! So I normally do not do reviews because it is usually talking someone up to garner business but glad I did the review!!! Next purchase entertainment console to hold tv and electronics!!

The store and the sales person where just fantastic. It was delivered with a defected leg which was sent via mail right away. As far as service to repair the leg - well that's another story. I only had access to the sofa until June 1 as it's in a home that is a rental and tenants moving in. They tried to push off the repair for 2 weeks. Finally got them to agree to come before June 1 and waiting for 4 hours for them to show up. They never did. No call, no text, nothing. I called them and they said the driver "had an emergency and tried to call but got a busy signal" which is a total lie since my cell beeps in when another call is coming in. Then they wanted to schedule after June 1 ( which is when they originally wanted to schedule). They said they couldn't come until then. Now I have to inconvenience my tenant and wait ANOTHER 4 hours and hope they actually show up this time.

I won’t be purchasing items from rooms to go ever again…. When the delivery came, they brought the wrong pieces to my bed after thoroughly reviewing the order, and initialing at the store that that was, in fact my order. The delivery drivers are incompetent and they don’t know how to assemble your bed when they get there or hook things up appropriately. It took three weeks for me to get the appropriate parts and when they were finally delivered, the delivery driver stopped at the door and said they won’t be able to assemble it because they have to leave the parts in the garage where they found the previous parts still in their original packaging (Hu? … are you kidding me?).. when they left, I spoke with someone from rooms to go, and they stated that the delivery drivers were supposed to assemble the bed when they left….

I purchased the Nanton Park Gray 3 piece king upholstered bed. Aesthetically the bed is nice. The frame is poorly built and does not support the weight of the mattress. The adjustable legs are 2 pieces made of plastic that slide on wood flooring and bend no matter the amount of times they are adjusted. You have 48 hours to figure this out yourself or you will be past the return policy deadline. A “tech” is able to come out and if they deem the bed defective then they will replace the bed, that’s as far as that goes. Rooms To Go is quick to let you know that they are not held accountable for the way the bed was built, that that is the manufacturers responsibility. But again, you must figure that out within 48 hours of having the bed. Highly disappointed in Rooms To Go and will not be a returning customer.

My family and I went there a few weeks ago to purchase furniture. Unfortunately, I have to say that we had an unfortunate experience with our salesman. I believe his name was Kai (though I might have spelled it incorrectly). As salespeople, we understand that their job is to sell, but we soon realized that everything he told us was a lie. The furniture we purchased was supposed to arrive a month later, but he claimed he could make an exception and try to expedite the process. Surprisingly, there's no such thing as that. What’s more, he added a warranty to our purchase without our permission. I just wanted to let you know that if you encounter him, be very cautious and don't believe everything he says. I'm giving two stars only because I know there are some honest and hardworking employees there.

Do Not Shop Here!!!! We bought an adjustable California King bed from Rooms To Go and it was to be delivered on June 24th. When the bed came in, it did not have the right base, so it could not adjust up or down. It also didn't have the legs. So basically, we paid almost $4,000 for a futon. The 2nd delivery today was supposed to fix those issues, but the delivery people said the base was wrong and they did not have the legs. The base was actually right, but they didn't know that and then the person we talked with also said it was wrong. So if they don't even know their product, how is the customer to trust them? Rooms To Go said it would be another 2 weeks to fix the issue. We have returned it and will be finding another company that can deliver the correct product in a timely manner.

My wife went into purchase a dining room set [Floor model $975]. earlier this afternoon.[9.2.23]. Salesman David Lucadou explained that he would throw in the delivery for free which also included a 3yr warranty for $1195. Come to find out, delivery is free when your purchase is $1200 or more. At the end, we were charged $119 for the extended 3 yr warranty. My wife was extremely happy as she finally found the table she actually like however didn’t notice the $120 charge until i she showed me. Of course, Management from R2G didn’t care and didn’t honor it. “Either return it or pay for it, that’s the only options, no one here, not even the GM has rights to discount “ blah blah blah. Very disappointing from a customer service stand point.

We ordered the Nanton Park Gray 3 Pc King Upholstered Bed and let me tell you it's the worst piece of furniture we have ever received. The frame and supports are poorly and cheaply made. They do not support the weight of the mattress no matter how level you get them they always bend. On top of that you only have 48 hours to go figure it out or else you'll be stuck with it. We've had the bed less than 30 days and are now stuck. Customer service was of no help and made it clear that they(Rooms to Go) are not responsible for how the bed was made. But they are quick to take your money. I do not recommend this or any of their products since they don't stand behind them. I will not recommend them and will not be a return buyer.

Very disappointed in the coordination of the delivery. They arrived 1 hour earlier and said the dispatch will wait 15 minutes as I was around the corner. As I arrived there within the 15 minutes of the dispatcher calling me there was a sign that said 'Sorry we missed you' on my door. The driver did not even bother to call me like other furniture delivery people do. The only time rooms to go could reschedule was another 2 weeks later! That's a 4 week wait for a very expensive sofa which I paid extra for shipping. There are serval places with much quicker lead times and more responsive delivery crews in the area. Take that into account before paying all that money for something that's 'in stock'.

Horrible beds, customer service, and particularly this store has extremely rude workers. I wanted to get one of the worker's name to report him to the manager because he was yelling at me and he told me a fake name and even called me a 'Karen'. They do not honor their return policy. I ordered two identical beds. One of them was fine but the other one had a noticeable manufacturing issue meaning there seemed to have been some layers missing. The bed was completely flat and sunk in. There is no return policy concerning a manufacturing issue. And you cannot request a return until 30 days after you had the bed. Lol. So you have to keep a defective bed before you can make a complaint.

I have made the worst mistake purchasing a sofa sleeper sectional from Rooms To Go. The arrival was long (3 months) and split delivery. They send one out of the 2 pieces sofa incorrect. Store manager Amy was unhelpful and rude. Only solution was given to pay $200 difference due to the price of the correct sofa piece. I feel like it's not my fault that the order number was placed incorrect and it's not fair when I paid the whole amount of thousands of dollars the same day of purchase. NO RETURN POLICY!!! so now I have to sit down too uneven color and unfinished sofa sectional. Makes me upset every time I look at it.  I will never purchase or recommend from Rooms to Go!!!

Rooms to go customer service is AWFUL...living room set purchased in March is breaking down, I need an afternoon window for service technician to come and see damage (cushions breaking down and arm broken from barely leaning on it) but because i live in 77521 zip code, they only come in morning for service, even though i request afternoon, i am always told you only come in morning to my area, awesome customer service, they should be proud of their Amazing Customer Service. I regret spending $4600 for lack of quality furniture, i should have spent more money and purchase the Love Sac modular set instead of their knockoff modular. Wish i could just return it all.

I have always liked Rooms to go. Today I visited the one near Baybrook Mall in Houston, Texas. I was needing a mattress for my daughter. I had the best salesman Bryan E. He patiently took us around mattresses 3-4 times and explained each one in full over and over until I finally decided on the one. No pressure to buy a more expensive mattress he just gave us all the options. I would highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Bryan. He was very professional and friendly and had a great personality. Thank you Bryan for helping me with my purchase. The pleasure was all mine!!

Positives : The delivery date was as promised The sales person was reasonably transparent with the price and options to choose. Negatives : The delivery guys were supposed to put the boxes inside the homes as we had prepaid for the delivery. But they were delibarate in trying to get more money to put the boxes inside the home. For high price items delivery is free/included elsewhere in Costco, galleria etc. RTG seems to either pay less to their delivery folks as they resort these tactics. The price for the item is higher compared to other places for the same quality. When you include the entire cost.

Overall the experience here was a huge inconvenience — was given a time frame of all day for a mattress to be delivered, was delivered way past the frame late evening which wasted our time and was given the wrong mattress. Furniture came with some scratches and imperfections. Next delivery for the right mattress was almost a bust, they said they almost couldnt make the switch to give me the right one. Thankfully they could switch so finally gave the right one after a week or two. Honestly both stars are for Eduardo who was so helpful in-store and a great sales man.

I would caution anyone getting a king-sized bed frame from Rooms To Go. They do not have proper support to hold that large of a mattress. The one we got has collapsed TWICE, luckily no one was hurt. And so far their customer support hasn't been the greatest. I was offered a $30 refund or $50 store credit for a $600 bed that I had to fix, because their guys couldn't put it together correctly. They went up to $150, and that's it. They couldn't have cared less. Great job, guys.

Bryan Easton talks so much doesn't even know he's selling you on products he's a very good and patient with all our confusing questions and the back and forth my husband and I do.. he's so good he sold us a bed in a box without us even realizing it .. dying well all jokes a side he deserves a raise and employee of the month for real .. made the experience joyable and this place will be our first stop shop for now on when we are on the market for our home

My family's shopped here before a few years ago for a mattress for my mother. Great experience. There was no change this time. This time I needed a new bed. I believe the gentleman who greeted us was Kai. Warm friendly & showed us where in the store we needed to go. Then we met Marlone who was great in helping me find just the right mattress. Very good customer service! I fell in love with this bed for my daughter. Since it was Labor Day weekend I got it on sale so that was a plus! Luckily they had it in stock at the warehouse so we had to go pick it up in katy. Kyla Lewis was very friendly and she helped me a lot and had a lot of patience while showing me different mattresses that would go perfect with this bed! I highly recommend them!

I bought a reclining sofa during their Labor Day weekend sale. Linda Tran was great to work with. She wasn’t overbearing and allowed us the time to look at all the sofas we wanted. She answered all our questions and helped us determine which package was the best based on our needs and budget. The last time we did this it took over three hours. This time the salesman was personable, friendly and could tell what we wanted. The whole process took about 90 minutes from the time we entered the building, met the salesman, made our decision, finalized the purchase and left. This was a much better experience than we had before.

Great selection and reasonable prices. I recommend Eduardo as a sales rep. He does not pressure you but goes above and beyond to make you happy. The only reason I did not give five stars is because I wanted to buy a chair, but it was not in stock, and would not be available until July. I would, however, give Eduardo five stars.

Save yourself a headache, customer service is horrible. Sales people are great but when something gets damaged you're on your own. The extended warranty you can purchase also gives you the run around. Furniture is cheaply made. I was a long time customer, but they've lost my business.

Got the wrong configuraion on my sectional sofa. I wanted the configuration that they had on display but still he made the wrong order. So now i have to keep the one they game unless i want to pay a $300 plus deliveri fee to change. Like if it was my mistake in the first place.
