We needed some work doing on a leaky pipe. Innoo took the job on after we posted for help on local heroes. We could not be happier and more impressed with the service we received from Innoo. Excellent communication from the get go. The engineer who came to the house was excellent instantly spotter and resolved the problem and was extremely professional. The whole process of replacing my old Combiboiler with a new boiler from Innoo LTD, from gaining a quote, refining it with them and then the fitting of the new boiler was efficient and clear, with very good communication and timely responses from all involved. The 2 person team fitting it were friendly, helpful, competent and tidy. Also the price of as very competitive. Would definitely recommend based on my experience.

I contacted Innoo as I needed a shower tray replaced. Someone came around quickly and gave me an honest quote explaining how the work could be carried out properly without additional costs. Jay came round and the work was carried out efficiently. He kept me informed of what he was doing and tidied up after himself. Hired to replace a radiator and remove a second. Very pleased with the service, the job done and the cost. Would highly recommend.
