Went in this morning because my Fitbit wasn’t working.... and what a service they provide! I was served by Tom... he was so courteous and patient, the whole process took nearly 11/2 hours... but he just saw it through and made sure it was working perfectly before I left. What was Notable was.. the fact that I was not ‘purchasing’ a product... just getting it fixed.... but that made no difference to Tom.. outstanding service!! Service like this is a real standout, when we do not experience it that often from many companies.. in actual fact at the Oxley branch every staff member who was serving a customer- gave them the same service.. there were a few around me, and that’s what I observed.. will always go back and definitely recommend this store. Well done guys!!

Used click and collect to purchase an emergency television so I wouldn't miss the last ever episode of "Neighbours". Recieved great service and help from everyone including the security bloke who explained where the loading dock was and walked me outside to show me. No handling, they place all items directly into your car. Knowledgeable and accommodating. This JB Hi-Fi store is really accessible off the highway and you don't need to drive around to a seperate loading dock to collect larger items as its all housed at the front of the building. I'm surprised by the constant evolution and competitive prices at this franchise like white goods and coffee machines. Definately a great range for both private and business needs.

Not happy with the girl who served us today, my partner has two mobile number under his name , one is for business, the other is consumer use for me. When that staff was looking up our contract , she instantly said my number is on a business contract , so she can’t help us for upgrading the phone , but she was totally wrong , coz mine number isn’t on a business contract , although it’s under my partners name , we were trying to explain to her and wanted her to pay attention on it , but she refused and turned her nose up, also with a very rude , arrogant attitude!!So we went to other JB , and guess what , I got to upgrade the phone without problems!! Will never go back to the Oxley store ever again.

Don't believe a word wen the sales lady (P, she's hard to miss) tells ya only 1 stock of this unit is left. It's the one the want to push u to buy.. just walk out.. was desperately looking for a fridge and microwave. Got caught up with a noisy Hisence fridge and large Samsung micro as they said they have no 200+Ltd fridge less than $1100 in stock.... and that's the only pieces in stock in entire shop.. the fridge is noisy as hell and feels like someone's reject piece.. I just don't have the time to return the product as it is not an important appliance. but that was my biggest mistake.. will never recommend JB hi-fi for anything ever.. save Ur money, just don't shop here for appliances..

2 bad experiences here. Just left after trying to purchase a fridge, JB advertised at $2697. Competitor advertised at $2408. Store wouldn’t price match mentioning something absurd. I knew online team would as they know their rules. Left store. Bought from Good Guys across the road for $2408 and when told them about JB they laughed and threw in free delivery.. Seriously. If you have a competitor so close. Try harder. 1 time the floor staff wouldn’t place a order for a desk because “it wasn’t in stock” yet I had ordered the same desk before the same way and waited for it to come into stock. He wouldn’t help at all. Ended up getting the manager to sort it out who placed the order.

Looks like one of the biggest ones i have been to. I received the best customer service today. The consultant was a star. 22 April - a month later after I ordered the washing machine of my choice, 4 times follow up on the phone with the store, also another sales rep promised that my sales consultant would call and provide details. Nothing! Seriously, the lady promised that she was going to keep me informed. I am considering of taking my money back and going elsewhere. It has been the most frustrating service. And I was assured at the time of the purchase that my item was already on purchase order and in stock. Super disappointing

Went in to look at washers and received great customer service. Not only was I greeted by several members of the team while browsing through the store, I was eventually assisted by Minh who really understood what I needed, provided options and alternatives and really went that extra mile to make sure I got everything I needed. I also came back the next day (as I had seen the product I purchased cheaper elsewhere) and the team couldn’t of being more accomodating to price match the item for me. I couldn’t highly recommend another JB Hifi store!

If you’re a bit under dressed or not well presented (came from gym)then expect zero customer service. Both times I’ve visited this store I stood there and pondered over products I wished to purchase but had a few questions. Multiple store clerks ignored me, stood beside me and had conversations with their colleagues and 1 even asked a customer behind me if they needed help after he ignored me within close proximity of himself for approx 2 minutes. Been here 3 times in the past 24months and every occasion is exactly the same

JB hifi online staff gave me a great price on a monitor. After they sent me the link, I paid online and opted to click and collect my order at Oxley. It was ready to collect within 5mins! Blown away by the speed of service. When I picked up the order, the collection desk is near the main entrance (on the right hand side) which was convenient. Service was prompt and efficient. Highly recommend JB hifi online team and Oxley. Even the security guy at the entrance was friendly and made a good impression for the store.

Staff were efficient and friendly and it was a good all round experience. Bit of a shame I had to travel out to Oxley to pick up my new laptop as the transfer between stores was taking so long, given they're so close to each other, but the staff did make it very easy to pick up the laptop purchased so I did not have to wait longer for it to arrive at the store I did order it from. I cannot remember the name of the person who served me but they were a 5 star employee. Thank you for your time and help guys.

Went in for a brand of washing machine. Didn’t have the model I went in for, asked about another one which also wasn’t available, I asked which ones are available? The staff checked and there were actually none of that brand available. All of them were for show. Probably to look like there is a variety to choose from. I didn’t rate it too low cause it’s probably like that everywhere in Queensland at the moment although I’m not sure if other stores are more up front about lack of availability.

Dude JB HI FI is the best love going them to buy films but not just films there are anything and everything to buy them. Just say you need to buy something for someone you know birthday they will have you back and you will find the perfect item for them not to mention that they will love it would be the perfect present. Don’t believe mean then that’s you lose not my I will say is I feel sorry for you. You need to be smarter and go to JB before its to late. Hope you enjoy you time at JB.

Went in to look at the fitness range of watches for a present. The person we finally found to ask seemed like he didn't want to be at work today. Wasn't helpful and certainly wasn't trying to make a sale. On the flipside. The watches on display can't be taken out to view and they only had one in stock out of the full range for us to look at. We'll so the lazy non interested guy said anyway. Who knows he may have just wanted to sit down and have a break from all his hard work.

The customer service at the Oxley store was faultless! I was super impressed with Liam, not only with the in store service but with his follow up phone call to make sure that the delivery and installation went well. There was a slight problem regarding the installation, but Liam rang ASKO immediately and the matter was sorted by the next day. What I really admired about Liam was his honesty. If he didn’t know the answer to a question, he rang ASKO immediately & asked them.

The staff at this store are the friendliest people I've ever seen in a store. One of them complimented my shoes as they walked past which was GREAT. And the person helping us, I wished I'd asked her name, she was incredibly helpful and spent a long time trying to help us find stock at other stores. Even though we weren't able to find any, the general attitude of the staff made the experience very enjoyable.

The most disgusting service. The sales person lied about a product being available sent me out 30 minute drive to a warehouse to pick it up wasn’t available after assuring me it would be. Now told unable to refund unless I drive all the way back to the store. The sales person only cared about the sale basically didn’t check anything and now I don’t have the product and I’m $549 down.

The other week, I was helped out by a sales rep named Gabe. He was super helpful and friendly. It was some of the best customer service I've experienced in a while and that's coming from someone working in retail. I have some headphones that are faulty, given they are 3 days out of warranty I thought I would call and see what could be done. I was told to bring then down and they'll be able to sort out an assessment when I arrived I spoke with the same girl I was dealing with on the phone only to be told they could do nothing and to contact the manufacturer. Waste of time and money.

Its true that you can find nuggets and bangers of a bargain still. 200hz QNED, 4k for 1.4k bloody bargain. Don’t remember seeing this in the catalogue either. Also had some issues with a delivery that was immediately rectified by Emily the manager. Although it was an honest mistake from everyone the team went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Thank you!

Awesome music production gear in this branch. Staff seemed knowledge able and friendly. I was on the hunt for a freestanding 600mm oven but alas they do not sell ovens. However, there were a large number fridges and washers. So in the end it was an enjoyable shopping experience and I will return to buy products they do sell soon. …

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was accidentally sold a similar model phone which is confusingly named so similarly to the one I was after. They allowed me to exchange to the correct one next day and didn't even charge me the extra $50 it should have been because I had to come back. I will definitely go back again! Thanks guys!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, a clean store, lots of eye catching banners (kudos to whoever draws them) Purchased a DJI drone, phoenix (sorry if that's the wrong spelling) had a laugh with us, asked if we wanted extra warranty, was Extremely warm and friendly. Good collection ... excellent deals .. we shopped around and they were able to give us the best price. Were also happy to accommodate some changes we requested after delivery. Also, the price on a product fell after I purchased it. They were happy to refund me the difference.

It's a good store with quite a few tv's on display which is the reason I came in here. The only drawback is that all the tv's are on fixed settings so it's hard to know the range of settings possible as we weren't allowed to change them. Apart from that we had good service.

My dad was up sold $199 for help with TV set up and was told both the TV and sound bar would be set up. Only the TV was set up (which took 2 seconds to do). Way way way too much money just for someone to plug it in and leave. Feeling absolutely robbed for my parents.

Good location and heaps of parking. I was able to find items I was looking for. Raj from JB HI-FI was excellent and provided great customer service. He was able to price match a westinghouse dishwasher for us we saw at Hardly Normal (HN) with delivery.

When I needed a Samsung remote replaced, the phone communication was excellent, everything that could be done for me was, and when I arrived at the pick up area I was greeted warmly and dealt with efficiently. Excellent service. I highly recommend.

Always a busy store. Staff helpful although may be understaffed at times as it can be hard to find someone available. Plenty of stock. Parking outside store can be very limited but there is a covered car park under building.
