I wish I could give ZERO star....DON'T GO TO JB WERRIBEE.... Pathetic customer service, waited nearly an hour to get served and when it was my time the guy again wasted another 15 minutes to find out just a simple thing from his manager I wasn't the only one, there were other people waiting there too they were saying long wait, this is not good etc. Also staff is really slow in dealing with things.... Most importantly, I had this special pricing link from JB direct that they didn't honor to purchase form store and asked me to purchase through the link instead. This was really bad experience (especially after waiting for an hour) as many other JB stores (i.e. Altona, Hoppers Crossing) have no issues in doing it and in fact JB direct tells me that store will have to honor the prices if you want to buy from them, ultimately it is JB business but seems Manager (Tan) @ JB Werribee is very greedy guy and he doesn't want to sell anything on special price... what a joke... I will never go to this store again and I recommend people to go to other branches but IGNORE JB WERRIBEE....

We had the pleasure of meeting Jared in Home Entertainment. The service that Jared gave us was unbelievable. I didn't think that this service existed anymore. Jared took the time to explain what we needed and why. He explained the pricing and arranged for the installation. It was a big purchase for us, converting from an old projector to a Samsung Frame TV. We are beyond happy with the service, product and the installation. We have even been back to ask a couple of questions, Jared even got the Samsung rep involved. Not once did Jared make us feel like we were taking his time, it was quite the opposite. We were over the moon with his total honesty, a rare thing to find these days. He is a very bright young man that should be promoted to Management. He has the perfect customer service skills and an endless amount of knowledge. Thanks Jared for making my husbands dream come true, and giving me back my TV. We look forward to referring you to others and doing business with you in the future.

Horrible Pick-up Experience Lousy customer service sent me to the WRONG place for pickup. I bought a Sony TV and was told to go “around back” for it. This was confusing because in my picture below, the photo and address (warehouse) are two DIFFERENT places. I went to the address 7.3km away (and wasted lots of petrol), only for the people at the warehouse to tell me I needed a different receipt apart from the tax invoice I was given. The store forgot the other receipt for me to receive my order. Despite knowing that the store didn’t give me the right receipt, someone took my tax invoice ANYWAYS and I didn’t get it back (thank God I had a pic of it before). Anyways I made it back down and I got the TV at last. After a lot of wasted fuel, a few cheeky phone calls from service reps, I’ve finally got the TV at home. Sigh. If I’d know this is what JB Hi-Fi had in store for me this Sunday afternoon, I’d have never come.

Very bad service. Total fail! Store wasn’t busy at 5:15pm. Almost closing time. Can’t even get any one to help with products. Staff couldn’t care less and not really attentive. After about 10min I had to stop someone that’s not even acknowledging or even wanting to help. Understand if you are busy, but a “I will be with you right after this” will be really helpful. Staff doesn’t know product well or even want to suggest alternatives. So much for the good old days of genuine good customer service. Customer service is dead these days. Thought we have leant much over the pandemic … not really. Retail is back to its arrogant past, we don’t really need yours business. Not buying form this Outlet anymore. Google luck.

We came to the store on Friday. One of the staff told us about a TV 75 inches was available. We ordered it and booked delivery on Monday. On Monday we received no message, no phone call. We called the store to have a look and the store person said that they do not know who told us that the TV was available and that delivery could be booked on Monday. They advised us to come for a refund because the ETA for the TV is not known. Okay we came for refund, bad luck happened, bad service from JB Hifi is not something new. When we came in, one of the staff took our receipt, said that he would check with the warehouse again. He let us wait for nearly an hour. We patiently waited for him to comeback. Then he came back, offering another TV coming on 11Th April with free delivery. If we wait around two weeks, they will offer us the newest model, the difference is around 400 plus delivery.

Terrible store, one of the worst JB going around. You call up, speak to the receptionist and she transfers you to the relevant department. Then you’re on hold for 10 minutes - nobody picks up. I’ve called 4 times today and every time it’s the same. I wait for 10 minutes and hang up eventually without speaking to anyone. Then when you head in the service doesn’t get any better. You walk around the store looking for some help but their staff aren’t interested. I watched three different staff members all ignore customers to keep talking between themselves. Do yourself a favour and take your money elsewhere - this store doesn’t deserve your business. Go to good guys on old Geelong Rd. It’s close, has the same stock, ALWAYS cheaper and their staff are genuinely helpful. I’ll never come in or bother calling this store again.

Wanted to buy two high end Garmin watches, phoned ahead to make sure they had plenty of stock .. waited on hold for 10 mins to be told yes they have plenty and good range. Attended the store and stared at the watches for 10 minutes before interrupting 3 staff members conversation and asked for help. The staff member lacked interest and had zero knowledge of the products, and after I tried to get blood out of a stone for some features on the different watches they didn’t stick the ones I wanted. Absolutely useless, and a frustrating experience. JB, find some staff that actually want to be at work, train them properly on the products and give them some incentive to sell them. $3k walked out the door today because your staff member couldn’t give a rats Poor effort is an understatement.

Store is decent sized and has mostly everything listed. Unfortunately there are just not enough staff members on to support the level of customers coming through. I've been there quite a few times in the past few months (at varying hours) and consistently struggled to talk to staff and get served. Small items are okay, but anything that requires them to grab, unlock or get from the back has a delay. I've often had to wait 20+ minutes when the whole interaction might be < 1 minute to unlock the headphone case to take up up the desk. I don't blame the staff, they're definitely doing the best they can, however there definitely needs to be more people on.

For the first time I met a very rude customer service agent at the Werribee store who didn’t want to serve a client who wanted to exchange an item ordered online. This is a great eye opener for the store manager to recruit the right people if you want to have a good reputation. The service agent I’m referring to is an elderly woman who shouted saying that she doesn’t want to serve the client simply because the procedure was lengthy. She was wearing a gray tshirt and the incident took place at 7.15-7.22pm on 4th May 2023. I guess she’s one unhappy woman joined JB Hi Fi to vent her frustration over clients who actually pay her salary.

Very unprofessional.. Yesterday went there to buy a phone the assistan was serving there was so rude and Judgmental. I asked for a phone at a cheap rate he was so rude that he told me.. You can’t get any cheaper. My choice was quite precise to get something cheaper. He was so desperate to make sales. At a point I told him that’s to send someone back home… He literally told me people send Apple back home.. ReallyThis is how you treat your customer. I will defenitely come back.. But management should train that assistant how to serve customers with out any judgement and make sure they are satisfied at the end.

Genuinely convinced the staff here are allergic to customers. I went in to buy some stuff for my PC and I waited around the Pc section for about 15 minutes, okay cool so I went to the desk and asked for a hand (I knew exactly what I wanted but I needed them to get it for me as it’s locked by security tags and stuff) and they said they’d send someone over to me. TWENTY FIVE minutes later I’m still waiting and the staff had clearly seen me waiting too as I tried to wave some of them down. What a joke. You guys lost out on a huge sale as I decided to go to EB games instead x

Waited over half an hour. The guy could see I was waiting. Said he'd call someone to assist us. He was chatting away about the flood waters and no urgency to assist the other customers. Worst experience in retail. The worst part was it wasn't even that busy. My recommendation is to manage the staff a bit better so customers don't have to wait ridiculous times and they should have a system so the customers who have been waiting the longest get served first. Not on a if someone sees you then you get served.

The absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. Had to ask four different staff members for assistance to take a security lock off a headset I wanted to purchase in the space of forty minutes. Staff were extremely rude and impatient, walking away to get help that never came ended up leaving without making a purchase after almost an hour in the store. Focus less on blasting music obnoxiously and more on efficient staffing throughout the store

Great customer service experience. I didn't had the enough documents with me on the day to collect my online order. But the girl who served me clearly can see, she was willing to help, so she asked me few security questions instead. Eg. How did you ordered this product? How much was the amount?etc. Which saved me another trip to collect it. So it was wonderful that they had something in place where just in case you don't have enough documents on you.

Called up 3x with a genuine question, asked to speak to someone from small appliances, got hung up on the first time, called back and spoke to ANTHONY who redirected me the first time.Before I finished my sentence which stated I was hung up on, he puts the receiver down. I don't usually do reviews but this stuck. Called a third time and a lady answered but was hung up on again. Does staff at JB's not wanna work there or something hahaha!

Had to return a faulty kettle today. Took ages for someone who could handle the task to come to the desk. Floor staff member was helpful when I was looking for a replacement. Then the guy at the counter, possibly in charge, rudely told me to come around to the register, instead of where I'd been directed initially with the faulty product. Fine to redirect me but his attitude was uncalled for. Won't be shopping there again any time soon.

Went in store to pick up a click and collect which was ready within like an hour of ordering. The lady that served me was very polite, welcoming and provided excellent customer service. It was my first time going in store as I've not long lived out this way and I wasn't sure where to go. A worker approached me to ask if they could help and pointed me in the right direction. Great staff, clean store. Will definitely be back again.

I've been waiting for someone to assist me for a product that I wanted to buy. It's on a weekday with very less customers, but still it's been more than 25min and still waiting for someone staff for a sale assistance. There is No wifi and Mobile signal is too weak. Such a let down to browse about the product online while we are waiting. Not a great experience, no wonder people are more tending towards online shopping

I went into the store with hopes of making a purchase or at the very least gaining more information on the products of interest, just for there to be no employees in that section of the store, they were too busy hanging around the main desk, having personal conversations with one another or crouching behind isles in hopes of sneaking up on others employees. Not once was I approached. Absolutely useless.

Went in at 27 Dec 22 to buy a mid range phone, asked for price match to other retail store but got rejected straightway by the staff who worked at mobile phone section, thought JB High fi does say price match policy on its website but apparently the staff did not want to reward it. Then no worries, just walked out to another retails and bought the same phone with a more competitive price.

I was in the store at 9:15am when I requested assistance. The second time I requested help, the girl who looked disinterested stated she’d called sales team twice already. No sales assistant came till 9:35am at which point I walked out of the store. To give context, the store had only 3 customers of which I was one. Worst Customer Service! Disgusting! Not shopping there again

Very poor customer service as well as problem resolution. Failure to fix issue with laptop, had to send it in 2 times only to receive it back with the same problem, no note on the repairs both times. Huge waste of time and effort. Staff couldn't care less what the problem was and were quite dismissive in store and on the phone. 0/5 would not recommend.

I wanted a smart watch. I chose one of the display boxes and took it to the counter. The cashier says they didn't have that in stock, nor do any other stores. I went back to look at the different models and the sales person brought back the display box of the item they had no stock for and put it on the shelf for the next person to waste their time.

Went there to get a TV. The person who served us didn't seem to have much info and kept telling my phone is not working so would find someone to assist..waited there 15-20 min still no one turned up. Few people were busy putting new promo and other seemed least interested. So went to good guys and yeah we got ordered new television same day!!!

Usually quite well stocked and fairly helpful and informative staff. However the store needs to hire more retail assistants cause there never seems to be enough to help customers. If you are going to buy something here in store, give yourself adequate time in case there's a line into the store or a line to talk to staff.

I ordered a Fetch TV late last night, and when checking out online it gave me an option to get it delivered the next day by UBER. I got to pick a 2 hour delivery window and this was just $4 more. This is awesome customer service so thanks heaps Werribee JB HI-FI, I could not recommend them highly enough.

I purchased an online order and when I went to pick it up no one could find it and I had to wait for around 10 mins till the Manager came and I said I want to cancel the order, so I was advised that he will go send an email to cancel. I asked for any proof of cancellation and there was none!
