Order never arrived after 2 hours of waiting called the location was put on hold for 6 minutes called back got hung up on called again & everybody was the manager. I order from this location 2-3 times a week & won’t be returning. I also contacted customer service which was an absolute joke.

I love Jimmy Johns. Today, though, I ordered through the app and accidentally picked the wrong store. The girl made my order for me anyway in about 2 minutes and called the other store to let them know. It was great customer service. I love Jimmy Johns even more now!

Ran in EXHAUSTED after work. Workers were attentive and polite. Bonus points as after the man touched my money he immediately washed his hands before continuing onto the kitchen area. Makes me feel confident about cleanliness!

Never Fails! Decided to try Antioch location on my way home from work, and my unwich was prepared with rarely any lettuce and mayo dripping everywhere! Please go to other locations this location is sloppy!!!
