Avoid parking here! Falsely issued a parking ticket and I have used thid car park for over a year! Parked first thing in the morning as normal, only to return after my work shift (8.5 hours later) to find a ticket perched on my windscreen. I was horrified as I had paid for up to 12 hours (as I do every day) and have multiple proof to confirm my claim e.g. proof of bank transaction, notification via the RingGo app, etc. The company responsible for this space is called Secure Parking Solutions. You only have to look at their online reviews to understand my warning. The telephone numbers I found on their website are out of service. They will not take verbal appeals, which is insane and apparently due to "legal matters". I have since relocated to another city and in doing so have misplaced the ticket which shouldn't have been given to me in the first place. They are saying without this, I cannot appeal at all. What kind of scam artist service is that. Why won't you accept verbal appeals? Is it because of the barrage of phone calls you would likely receive knowing that you falsley accuse innocent, PAYING customers of some kind of wrong doing and you then make it difficult for them to appeal? Absolutely absurd! I have made a formal complaint on your website which apparently will be responded to within 28 days ... 28 days! Having read all other reviews about your company I feel tremendously sorry for those you have scorned with your illicit money making schemes. Total scam artists. You should be ashamed.

Having recently parked at Hospital Street Car Park, I was astonished to find a parking fine slapped on my windshield almost instantly after my ticket had expired. This overzealous enforcement smacks of nothing short of predatory behaviour, deliberately aimed at penalizing patrons the moment they slip up. It is clear that Hospital Street Car Park, in their partnership with Secure Parking Solutions Ltd, is more interested in profiteering off minor infractions than providing a fair and customer-friendly service. This is not about a mere oversight on my part or about avoiding responsibility for respecting parking regulations. Rather, it is about the questionable ethics of a system that lies in wait for a chance to fine rather than to serve. Such practices tarnish the reputation of the businesses involved and erode the trust and goodwill of the community they are supposed to serve. I am calling on all current customers/commuters/community members to stand up against these underhanded tactics and boycott Hospital Street Car Park until they sever ties with Secure Parking Solutions Ltd and revise their predatory enforcement approach. It is unconscionable for any business to partner with an organization that looks to exploit rather than to accommodate the very people whose patronage they rely on. Have a good day, :)

❌ AVOID AT ALL COST‼️ I regularly park here for work. I always pay and display. However, today I have received a parking ticket for £100 from Secure Parking Solutions. I have received the letter after 28 days. I have clearly displayed the ticket on the dashboard and paid for by contactless. I have bank transaction to prove it. And their reason is that I didn’t display the valid ticket. The paid ticket can be seen in their own photos that they took and sent in their letter!
